Guy at the store was awesome! He was very nice and helped me. I love my new cricket phone!

Guy gets there about 9:55 am, tells me the store does not open til 10. Sign on the door says that hours are 9:30 to 6:30. I get inside and tell the guy what I need his help with and he tells me that he cant do it. Kept interrupting me. I have been with Cricket Wireless for about a year and a half now and have never been treated like this before.

They need to do more for their loyal customers

What can I say? My son lost his phone and he needed a new one. The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the deets about each phone my son picked out. He even had me considering the new Samsung S10 & thats not even out yet. Needless to say we got a nice device for a good price. Hopefully we dont need a replacement phone anytime soon but we will go back there since the service was so good.
