I purchased an older home a couple of years ago with a Spacepak HVAC system. This is a high pressure system that uses a very small duct. It is very unusual and not common in our area. I have ordered several items through skip the warehouse and have been extremely pleased with their quality, pricing and rapid service. In addition they are very knowledgeable and I’ve been very supportive in helping me figure out exactly what I need. A special shout out to Dominic who is very patient with my questions. Excellent communication! I called ahead of my online order to insure that the product was in stock. They took the time to verify that it was available and shipped the product on the timeline that I was promised on the phone. I was even provided photos of my shipment before it left the warehouse. Great service, replaced old 2.5 ton with new model magic pak, 5” taller, fit like a glove where old magic pak was, just had to modify plenum, nice to have aircon again, I’m buying one more to put in my wife’s condo, hers worked, but same age as mine, time to replace

To early to tell yet. Ordered an ac condenser unit and we are waiting for delivery information. The website is easy to use and so far we have been contacted back once about delivery questions and emailed the invoice information. But the unit hasn’t been delivered yet, so I can’t comment on timeliness of delivery or condition of arrival. Their prices were less than most but we still don’t have it in hand — so.I will upgrade when we have received the item.

I purchased a whole house purifier that turned out to be defective. I called Skip the Warehouse and they were very accommodating. A new purifier is on the way and I will send the defective one back to them. They were helpful and wanted to make sure I was satisfied.

They sent images of the pallets before they were shipped and it arrived shortly in the same exact condition. The problem with the replacement unit was the same(wrong parts).I message them back with the situation with the new unit. they totally were astonished was this repeat problem.This was on a Saturday and they would attack this on Monday. On the following Monday they Email back that prepaid return label was on its way(already in my Email) and a new unit was also on its way after they personally inspected the contents for the correct items. It appeared that the factory had put the wrong items in several of the kits.I am very pleased with which the speed this problem was squared away.Most companies today would have taken a week or longer, even replying that they would need to investigate before they would make any replacement. Thats even if they would take the time to reply to my Emails in a timely manner.Again thank you for the quick attention you have place on this problem.Rick

Dealing with Pat and his military veteran team was a pleasure. It really is like a military on time operation logistically speaking this business and its moving parts comes naturally to them. They treat you with respect and are appreciative. I highly recommend this business, specifically I did a whole house mini-split install and they provided all the Fortress line hide parts. I later learned that they sell Mitsubishi and if I had known that I would have ordered my compressors and air handlers through them. In the future I see them as my one stop shop for all my HVAC needs.
