I love this place, but my sister gets giddy when we come. She likes to find new and different (to her) spices and flavors and this place doesnt disappoint. She got Asafoetida. What American wants Asafoetida? Anyway, they had it, she was happy. Definitely going back.

This was my first time going to taza bazaar, the young man at the front helped me with everything I needed in the kitchen. There Chicken curry is the best. Chicken tikka pizzas are amazing. That young man was very nice and polite and helped me out. Definitely recommending to my friends.

Good place to shop. Basic veggies, all kinds of meats, hot food and Desi pizzzzza. Prices are decent as well. Am surprised by how quickly the kitchen grew, pizza is the highlight of the place and other Indian speciality food is decent...guess depends on the day but, no bad experiences yet...

I been a going to taza bazaar very often now, I had a party 2 weeks and I talked to the young man who’s name was Arham he helped me with everything I need and the food was fantastic. Chicken legs,, Chicken Briayni, chicken tikka boneless, Chicken Tikka masala, and the sweets were amazing. Good customer service definitely recommending to those going for the first time.

Mr. Asim is excellent business owner, he handled our wedding party arrangements in a short notice,The food was absolutely delicious, and the quality and quantity was incredibly excellent.Being from out of town, I was very nervous, but Mr. Asim was wonderful. Highly Recommend!!!!! Excellent place for halal meat. very good service with lots of fresh vegetables. they have variety of rice, flour, spices, daals, steel utensils what not to name a few. The mango juice exported are amazing, a must want for my family every time we drop in there. The meat section has fresh goat brain, goat leg as well. its neat and clean and the service is fast. we went it for a whole goat and after measuring infront of you ( unlike others who do it before you come in) they quickly took our requirement and did it as fast as possible. They also have quick snack section as well. I would highly recommend buying Indian grocery/meat here.

I have been a regular takeout customer for around 1.5 years now. Tandoori chicken and chicken seekh kabobs are the best in the greater Philly area including places in the city IMO. Other dishes are above average to very good depending on the dish for Desi takeout. I also really like their Desi style pizzas although they may not be the choice for pizza purists (Ie it has very soft crust with no crunch which I personally like, but I know pizza experts would balk.)I don’t usually get groceries or meat from there, but I’m always impressed by their really extensive options especially for Desi/middle eastern snacks. They have a good amount of Arab groceries even though they are a predominantly Desi business.I see the people who work there a lot since I have go there regularly, so I may be biased, but I have never had any issues. They are a bit more reserved, but if you have a question or issue they try their best to address it. They are always honest and helpful when needed.

The was great but now way more expensive for a much less quantity! I’ve complained over the phone but no one cares. Will cut my spending here in half and things don’t improve I’ll go elsewhere.

First time have pizza at this place and it was Fireee. We ordered Achari Paneer & man i havent had this type a pizza anywhere else. Definitely recommend it. Also Chicken Sekh Kebab was amazing 💯

Oct 20 2019 lunch delivered to KOP home while we played cards. Got 2 pizzas: kadhai paneer and mix veg pizza: kadhai paneer was way better than the other one, tasted similar to domino’s In India . Need to explore the menu further to get more insights.Recommendation: yes!

It is a great place for halal product and grocery. Also food quality is great. Restaurants is very good. I love the food, especially the BBQ plates. Lamb chops are amazing, along with other items. So far I had good experience.

After hearing several positive reviews about this place. I have ordered chicken chargha at 8 in the evening and I am really disappointed. They have served me a very bland, dry and stale chicken. I was afraid that it will cause food poison to me. I have thrown everything in garbage bin. I will not recommend this place.

I ordered goat curry and Lahori Tandoori chicken . The goat curry was was not good at all but the Tndoori chicken was one of the best I had in last one year. Chicken was 5 star and goat curry 2 star. You must try the tandoori chicken. The goat curry was watery and too much oil and no taste Even the goat pieces were full of fat n less meat

Ordered Naan and seekh kababs and they were not bad, they were actually pretty good. The salad wasnt closed properly and 1/4 of it fell out during the ride home. Also picked up some kati rolls i remember they used to be $1.79 and now they are $2.79. Which is not bad but i think its a little over priced for one roll. Management is pretty good. Definetly will come like once or twice month. Thank you and have a good day.

The waiting time for Halal meat is very high. The staff always says the wait time is 5 mins though it is 25 minutes. This happened to me about 5 times. I wouldn’t recommend Halal meat from this store

Very nice people very nice shop restaurant

So we were in love with there food.. but from last 2 times it was not good.. but yestersay night it was the worst!!! We ordered seekh kababs, goat haleem and kheer amd trust me.. all of it was justtt worssttttt... kababs were dry and tasteless.. kheer was a disaster.. literally disaster and haleem was nothing like haleem .. its looks and taste both were awefull!!! Never going there ever again neither recomending it to anyone!!!

Recently visited Norristown for a family trip. Meat section people are super rude. They don’t clearly take of skin and fat.They don’t even cut chicken into small pieces upon request also. I’ve never seen this kind of behavior in any of the meat shops in US from last 20 years of my stay!!!Need another well mannered halal meat shop in this area.

They have some hard to find items such as snacks, condiments, masalas, etc.Meats are fresh and very good quality. Bought chicken and goat.Also tried their food, samosas, chicken seekh kabobs, tandoori chicken, and kulchas (sesame naan). All freshly prepared on site and delicious. Jalebi and gulab jamun were v good too. I think this can be our goto takeout place for good desi food.

Great place for halal meat with the best prices, the spices are great and theres too many kinds, the manager is very welcoming, I like that I can find many middle eastern groceries not only Indian and they have very delicious icecream.Its good place to shop.

Im a regular customer at TAZA, i like everything about this store. Aziz & Management are excellent people to do business. The only issue is with the meat shop guy (Javed) he is very arrogant and has a nasty tongue towards the customer not acceptable. Today i order Goat Leg and came back after sometime to ask if its ready, this guy looked at me like i asked him the hardest question and very angry disrespectful way told no its not ready and ignored me. Another person from meat shop made my order right away and i was on my way home. I will think next time before coming to buy meat. So sorry to say this but i had this issue with this person many many times.

It is a nice store with great customer service. The grocery prices are better than nearby stores. The price and quality of take out food is very good. Recommended.

They were good....but in CORONA pandemic...they becomes greedy.....selling detergent water as disinfectant. No proper price labeling, You will find mismatch on invoice vs the price tag on the product on most of the time. They sometimes refuses the product we bought from them.

Better avoid this place.

Initially, when I started going here as they opened up, I wasn’t a huge fan. However, since experiencing around other locals, this seems to be the best for me. I usually need my non American food and meat from here, which helps because I don’t need to go to other stores for any specific item. Javed uncle is really nice, more than anything he treats me like a daughter. Also, I can’t wait for them to open up their take away section! (Who doesn’t love a takeaway idea, especially for families)!!

One of the worst places to shop. Had a very bad experience. They treat like a third grade person. The butchers are horrible*. Their age would be more than 50 but they seem to flirt with ladies who order. I was waiting to order and they just ignored me and were flirting to the lady standing behind me. After couple of minutes I just got irritated and asked them if they will take my order. I guess this irritated both the butchers and one of them asked what I want and after listening to my order said that it will take time as there are other orders to fulfill. I was irritated when I noticed that he parceled the order given by the lady behind me. I just barged out of the shop. Those guys should shut the shop in my view. So folks either you send a lady to order or you better be prepared to face such hostility.

I bought some food from their kitchen and asked for some salad. They charged me 3 dollars for this tiny tray 😂 and the lettuce wasnt even fresh. I dont know about rich people but for a few slices of tomatoes and onions it seems pricey to me.Anyhow, I wouldnt have written a review just for 3 dollars, the reason is when I politely asked can I cancel the salad? The guy said No, its in the system and cannot be done, so it seems like in system = written in stone. Then he says I have charged you less, usually you would pay more for it. I should probably thank him the next time I see him, 🤣 also pay him the additional $$ he didnt charge me.This review is just for the kitchen, other people/staff are very respectful and nice and also known how to take stuff out of the system

I shop here regularly. My last visit I thought I would try their restaurent inhouse and ordered veggie biriyani. I picked my order and went back home to see chicken in my order. I can imagine they must have picked rice from thier chicken biriyani and throwed into my order along with some veggies. I had to go back and return the order. It would have been nice atleast had they tendered an apology for the mishap. Anyway I thought this would help other vegetarians considering of trying their in house restaurent. Cheers..!

Usually a well mannered staff but very unprofessional carrying excessive amounts of expired items marshmallows, candy, stale chips, sour ice cream and the most disturbing is the unsanitary meat butchering going on in the back WOULD NOT FEED MY KIDS AND FAMILY THIS! Be careful of what you purchase!

Best Kababs 🙂 in area. If you are foodie you wont be disappointed here try out Kababs and chicken Tikka (I ordered and loved it). Visited recently, Desi grocery store with wide variety of food at slightly lower price in my opinion, products were cheaper than other stores. But what makes it diff that others stores is the fresh cooked food they serve to eat/ take away. Sweets are good too, try jaggery zilabi or kheer. Owners were courteous it was my first visit so they helped me to select food item from menu. Thanks guys and good luck :) will visit again for kababs/tikka.:)

Visited last week.Prices of all the grocery items are either equal or lesser than Other Indian grocery stores.They provides Food also either to Go or have it there.We ordered Samosa, Jalebi and Kheer to taste and it was Just Awesome!Hence I didnt stopped there.We had lunch there. Lots of Veg/NonVeg option available like Paneer masala, lahori chana, Veg/Nonveg Biryani, Chicken Tikka masala, kadai chicken etc.. the BIG naa Roti in Punjabi style was just superb.Hope to visit very soon.Highly recommend to try!

Grocery at affordable prices and super friendly staff. One opportunity area is - Food tends to be super spicy and I wish there was a way to request to adjust it. I have attempted twice and did not have luck the second time. I like Lahori Chargha, Channa Massala, and Kabobs the best. I recommend the place for meat, groceries, and dessert minus the spicy entrees.
