Norm and his team were outstanding. They got me in first thing in the morning with a tight packed schedule. They also were very honest about the work needed to be done on my vehicle. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and was able to install it same day. Ill go back for future services the entire experience was easy and fair.

Ive been bringing my cars to Norman and George for almost 15 years, since they worked out of the BP gas station. I used to work around the corner from their shop and it was convenient to drop off my car in the morning and walk to work. I dont work there anymore and live 25 miles away but still wouldnt bring my cars anywhere else. They are fair, honest and do fantastic work, highly recommend.

Great experience! Dropped my car in at 8:00AM for brakes and rotors and they completed the job by 9:30. Will be back for more work in the future.

Several times they have even told me that the work Ive requested doesnt need doing (e.g., brakes).This is a very professional outfit, and I will never take my car anywhere else so long as I live in the Boston area.

Way too expensive and charged me for a service and didn’t even perform it. I ended up going to the dealership and they said there was no way they changed my transmission fluid but yet they charged me almost 600

They do not wear masks for COVID so I had to stand out in the rain. The owner and several staff members were not wearing masks in the waiting room - One was just sitting there chatting on his cell phone. I try to practice simple pandemic precautions as a courtesy to others, so I had to stand outside in the freezing rain. They were very rude in general and just stared at me thru the window.

Ive had some issues with my catalytic converter and this place made a bad issue worse. They ignorantly installed the wrong part in my car. Then when the check engine light came on & I brought it back, they never informed me of the true issue. They just ruined the part further by trying to add a cheater part to cover for the fact that they installed the wrong part in the first place. They never bothered to tell me any of this. When my light came on again; I took it somewhere else & they explained everything to me properly. C&C auto clinic charged me top dollar for the wrong part & now because its 3 months past the warranty; I have to pay out of my pocket again, for a part that never should have broken down this fast. Dont go to them for quality, value or honesty!!!!! Because you wont receive it.

These guys are seriously the best. I stumbled upon their shop a few years back and am forever grateful that I found them! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and super efficient. I was driving an old car for many years and had such peace of mind knowing that I could go to them whenever it needed anything. Highly recommend and thank you guys for all the help over the years!

I have to give a huge shout out to these guys as Norman and team stepped up big for me to cover a problem with my car that I wasn’t responsible for because it was an airbag issue. They attempted to fix it and it didn’t work but agreed to fix it for free... they are awesome, trustworthy and always do the right thing! Thank you

During a scheduled maintenance service appointment the precious week, my dealer found that I needed work done on my 2008 Tacoma. However, I wasnt ready to shell out what they were asking. So I checked here since it is right around the corner from where I live. I could not be happier with the cost and quality of the service I received. They gave me a quote up front for the work and finished it within a day as promised. They also took care of a small issue free of charge just because. Needless to say, for any future work like this, I will definitely give these guys a call; they are fair, honest, and extremely friendly.

C&C Auto checked my brakes and confirmed my suspicion that They were bad (my car has about 50k miles with a lot of traffic driving). I figured they were bad by how hard i would have to press but a proffesional opinion is always worth it. I dropped my car off Monday morning and it was done a few hours later with top quality parts at a very fair price. The service was top notch. Thank you again!
