Brakes needed immediate attention. Paul worked our car in same day on a Saturday. Set of brakes, pads, rotors and serviced the calipers and emergency brake and finished the job before closing at 1pm! Service with a smile!! Thanks so much, Paul.

I visited these bozos to ask if they had experience in doing inspections on older cars. They assured me that they did, so I took my 48 Chevy there for a sticker. They told me that my car was unsafe due to bad ball joints, apparently not knowing that ball joints were not in use until the50s. A total waste of time, and a real mechanic later inspected the front end of my car and found no problem. Dont take your old car there.

Went here for a car inspection - was done very quickly. Got the car back and it totally reeked of cigarette smoke and I had nasty grease / black marks all over the car pillar - you can tell whoever conducted the inspection is a chainsmoker with greasy hands who just totally dirtied up and smelled up my car. Wont be going back to that place.

We came from out of state for a funeral, and had car problems as we got up to Andover. We headed to the closest service station which happened to be Kinsman. We let the owner know what was going on, and he could not have been more helpful. Not only did he squeeze us in to his busy Saturday, but he literally went the extra mile and drove to NH to get us the parts we needed. What a lifesaver during an amazingly stressful time. If I could give them 100 stars I would.

The people are perfectly nice and I’m sure they know what they’re talking about, but not a single worker (out of three there that day, one being the owner) wore a mask, gloves, etc. Two different people got into my car without masks on and without asking me. When they drove it back around no one wiped it down with any sort of cleaner or sanitizer. There was not even any sanitizer available at the checkout counter for customer use after having to use the card scanner buttons. Two different men tried to stand within six feet of me to talk to me without masks on. Made me very uncomfortable. Wish they would care as much about their customers’ safety as they do about cars.

Wish I could rate this place lower. Went in for an inspection sticker. The owner asks for my registration and I tell him I don’t have a paper copy due to recent purchase and covid situation but have an email confirmation of registration. He asks in frustration again and I repeat, he starts yelling l, I tell him that there is no need to get frustrated and yell and I repeat that all I have is an email confirmation of registration. He starts swearing at me and tells me to remove my mask and speak English, maybe because I am not white and he assumed I was an immigrant. I tell him, I from the US and that English is my first language and he tells me to get the F..... out my store. Learn some professionalism Jack Kinsman. We expect more especially from the owner of the store. Racism and unprofessionalism is not good for business and a sensitive topic right now.

Jack gives good prices for work done based on honest assessments and frank conversations. Hes a man who takes your word and stands by his. Ive used him to service a number of Hondas that Ive owned and have always been satisfied.He is very flexible and can usually work out a loaner car. Probably going to be a 1995 Ford Explorer! I love it...keeping his costs low!

My alternator gave up on a Friday night on my way from Maine and I had just enough charging to make my destination in Andover. Saturday morning I called Jack with my tale of woe and he said bring it right down and by 1:00 pm I was up and running. He did what he said he would at the price he quoted. Im very pleased.

I had put in aftermarket headlights on my truck as the old ones were all foggy and yellowed. I couldnt get them aimed so I called Kinsman and they answered immediately. I scheduled an appointment the next day and it only took 15 minutes and was a great price. Now I can see well when I need my lights!EDIT (4/23/19):I also needed work done on my truck, but it was a major job. I had to get the coolant reservoir, radiator cap, thermostat, thermostat housing, and the thermostat gasket replaced. They alos flushed my old coolant and put new coolant straight from dodge into my new coolant reservoir and radiator. 3 weeks later I have not had a single issue!

Took my new truck here for a state inspection. When I got it back it smelled like an ashtray. Someone was smoking in my truck or very close to it with the door open.

Brought a used car for them too look at to if it was all good to buy . They checked everything even took it for a test drive . Fantastic service
