This store has gone to the dogs. At least Second time used their mobile app to order 1lb of expresso beans.Showed available and went to pickup in mobile line. After waiting 5 went in mobile line went to front cashier. No idea how to find my purchase until manager appeared.Said they don’t update availability so will issue credit. What a total waste of time. And this isn’t the first time. It’s no wonder their business is down as they just aren’t dependable like they once were

Very busy, but still nice and clean. Staff was pleasant and quickly replaced a misunderstood order.

The staff at this location is by far the best compared to any Starbucks I’ve been to! (I go daily and switch up the location a lot, for reference). Every person I’ve ever interacted with is super friendly and always remember my order even after not coming in for awhile! My drink is always made quickly in addition to the pleasant customer service which makes every visit here a 10/10 :)

They are always very kind and making sure the store is clean and safe for customers. They always get my order right and make it awesome! One of my favorite locations to, and always make me feel welcomed when coming in the store :)

Very little sitting and standing room. Waiting for your coffee at the counter can get crowded and sardine-like. GREAT barista talent though. Lattes are always on point. Coffee is always brewed correctly. I know the manager at this location is picky about being a good quality location. Im all for that pickyness because it seems to be working. LOTS OF ELECTRICAL OUTLETS!

Waiting outside for my to go order when the store can only hold 4 people is really frustrating. Sometimes it will take 10 minutes just to pickup my order. Why should the people ordering in the store get to wait inside while their order is prepared while all the to go orders must wait for them to get their huge order?

The staff members are very friendly and the store is nice and clean.

I come here Saturday mornings with my girlfriends after the gym. The location is clean and service is good. It is sometimes hard to get a seat- it is packed around 9:30AM on Saturdays. When the manager isnt there the location seems a bit slow, they sometimes have to shut down mobile ordering.

I have NEVER been so disappointed! I heard the barista say she wasnt making mobile orders because those people arent here. Well duh! If I wanted to wait for my coffee, I wouldnt have placed the mobile order. I wait 15 minutes for my mobile order that I placed 15 minutes before I got there. 30 minutes to make my order. I am so disappointed! I literally cant even right now!

Its a Starbucks, so the offerings are as youd expect. Im a regular, but I dont bother to go in when I see the line backed up to the door. They need more space there (seldom room to sit, and no soft chairs) which is why Im giving only 3 stars.

EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED!! It is the only location near me, so I frequent this awful cafe. for the past year I have been disappointed with: beverages not made as they should be, handed drippy cups and yesterday takes the cake. My mobile order was skipped for 20 minutes. watching them make the easy ones first. my second order was ready before my mobile order. Waited 20 minutes for my mobile. defeats the purpose of even using the app. I will definitely start driving a longer distance on the weekend for better quality service that is expected for the price spent at a starbucks.

I have been staying here in Mass for a week and this is the closest Starbucks to where Im staying. This place has consistently gotten simple orders wrong. Venti iced black tea with no sugar... Comes with sugar. Venti hot black tea with cream, comes with whole milk. This place is pathetic. I like Starbucks but I only like it when they get my order right.

Depending on the time of day, service can be as quick as 45 seconds or as long as 5+ minutes; for this and for some mobile pick ups being mixed up but corrected on the spot it’s 4 stars.

Quality is standard Starbucks. This location is overrun by mobile orders and is very slow on weekdays. Staff is excellent

I just love it there the passion tea is to die for it is a cozy little coffee shop over the phone they were very helpful the worker Joseph was vey helpful he told me every thing I needed to know they have lots of caffeine free tea they always have the tea bags I like best place ever

Yummy lattes and happy hour prices are good to socialize or read the newspapers.

Mixed feelings about this place and Starbucks in general since they started the whole mobile ordering thing. I find it annoying to wait for my in-store order to be made while multiple mobile orders are prepared. This particular location can get quite crowded and can have a substantial wait for your order at times. This location does not offer the full Starbucks menu but does have a lot of food offerings

This location is way too small for the area it services. Leaving crazy long lines even for mobile orders, no place to sit, no place to park and grouchy employees. One of my least favorite locations in the area

What lousy service tonight! Stop talking and fill the orders -- Starbucks employee walks in behind us, prompting way too much conversation and distraction and gets his order first while 2 of our 3 coffees were incorrect! Oooopps, Im sorry, would you like me to make another one? And wait another 15 minutes?? No thanks!!

Ive been to many different Starbucks. Although Starbucks serves the same product throughout the chain North Andover MA store is a cut above when it comes to customer service. Mel, Eva, Andrew, Tim, Shauna, Shavon, Steffy, Cam, Nolan, Anude, Andre,Blake, Brooke, Dave, Katie, Bridgett, Andrew, Mia, Evan, Dylan. Currently with the ever changing staff, influx of new trainees, and some difficulty with customers ( Customers are rude) they still give 110% and they should be recognized for it!!

Food and drinks almost always delicious. Only missing piece is the friendliness. Long faces, ignores regular customers, just terrible customer service greetings. Seems like a lot if turnover at this location, new faces constantly.
