If I could give them zero stars I would. Door and window say pharmacy is open till 9pm, they decided to close at 8. I am trying to transfer my prescriptions over to Goldenseal Apothecary, but this location specifically wont answer their phone. They are basically holding my scripts hostage. Im pretty sure its illegal. The pharmacy manager Cathy, is unapologetic for the pharmacies shortcomings and inability to do their job effectively. She keeps saying they are short staffed, but not at all acknowledging the atrocious service. And to top it all off, the drive up windows tube system has been broken for about a week, so my sick handicapped mother cant even use that service. They should just close and let people go someplace where they can actually get prompt full service!

I tried calling the pharmacy department today multiple times, probably 20, waited for 30 minutes on hold, and got hung up on, and called back and got hung-up on multiple other times. The pharmacy department is horrible, all I wanted was an update on a prescription I was trying to refill. I DO NOT recommend having your prescriptions handled here, they are unresponsive by phone. I’ve had this issue with the pharmacy department in the past too.

CVS pharmacies never answer their phone. Useless. Just had all our scripts transfered elsewhere. Good riddance!

Management is horrific especially Mike. No one knows what they’re doing. It’s disappointing.

Please FIX YOUR SERVER, I have been trying to see my prescriptions for 3 days now, and if you could STOP ALL THE PHONE CALLS like I asked that would be GREAT, I at this point am Ready to find another pharmacy, its getting out of control and expensive and the lines in the North Andover MA store are crazy

The turn over in the pharmacy is insane. They are understaffed and over worked. I literally always have some issue when I go to pick up a script. Its not their fault, but they tend to be rude because they are so over committed

Do not get your prescriptions filled here. Staff was low key rude and unhelpful while taking three times the amount of time quoted. Our family has used this pharmacy for years but the time has come to go elsewhere. We will not be returning.

I was on hold for over 45 min. for the Main Street location.

Worst store cashier. Both lady and Kristina trio are completely useless. Never help with coupons. Both old lady and specially Elaine is so rude with some customers who used coupon. I saw her so many time with behaving with different with different people. Store should get rid of like this rude staff.

Do not get covid tested here they obviously lost my test results and said I didnt make an appointment when I have proof with emails that I made an appointment just ridiculous

I phoned in a prescription and asked that it be ready for 9:00 AM No, problem, it was confirmed. (I always give them an extra hour because they’re notoriously slow.) Long story short, I got busy and wasn’t going to make it there until around 3:00 PM. I checked my app and only one prescription was ready. I called because I was sure it was a mistake. No, it was no mistake but they’d have it ready in half an hour. Again, knowing how slow they are, I gave them a full hour or more. Guess what? It still wasn’t ready and asked if I wanted to wait. Sure, I’d wait since they were going to ‘expedite’ it. A half hour passed and finally both prescriptions were ready. Get your act together please.

If I wanted to ring myself out at CVS I would get a job and ring people out. Not my job to ring myself out. What a waste.

I am becoming more and more frustrated with Cvs pharmacy. . Scripts are taking too long too fill. The staff is obviously understaffed I tried calling pharmacy three times and it rings and rings and rings. Took them over 15 min to answer. Time to hire more staff. There is always a line at pharmacy. I wish we had more options.

Been to this store several times with no issues. Today an associate named KRISTEN kept following me every where pretending to fix things that were not even broken. The manager joined in and this continued for a few minutes as the two followed me around.I did complain because I felt profiled and greately judged. SHAME ON YOU KRISTEN Next time do a better job pretending to do your job!!!Judge people by their actions not what they look like. GOOD STORE POORLY REPRESENTED!

The pharmacist associate(bold guy) its very incompetent I being going for the last 4 weeks to get my refills and every time its the same thing he looses my Rx and keep me waiting for about 20 minutes when Im coming back to pick it up. Doesnt know anything at all.

Always issues & always needs 2 call & bother my doctor.......last time I went same thing & I waited 7 hours & called them 2 see if it was ready but still no call back from the doc (which they didnt NEED!!!) I took script back, went 2 another CVS & they filled it in 5 mins w/o needing 2 call My doctor!!!Waste of time here & very annoying.
