Great store always nice and clean. The staff is super friendly. Doesnt always have everything I need but no grocery store does anymore. Still recommend coming here first.

They have some great summer specials...Not sure if I could really use 20 yogurts for $10.00, there are plenty of other great deals too.

Employees admitted to locking the doors 15 to 30 minutes early and refuse to let customers in to buy last minute groceries. I had to go in the exit when a customer was leaving at 9:50 pm. The store closes at 10 pm.

Showed up few minutes before closing time and they already had the doors locked....I asked nicely If I can grab the one item I came for and they said no. I would’ve been in and out before 9pm if they let me in.

Alot of food out of date

The store was good. Had what I wanted, on sale. No waiting lines to check out. The reason for the two star review is the customer service desk. The two girls working at the desk acted like I was interupting them. One didnt even lift her head when I asked my question. Wouldnt waste my time going back.

Its a great size to be in and out and big enough to get you through a week+ of groceries. Fantastic products for the price.

Ive always shop at here and I got to know a lot of the employees who have worked there a long time. They take the time to chat a little without hesitation.

Very organized and prepared to adequately handle the situation of the pandemic, I feel safe visiting to obtain basic necessities and fresh food and a great variety.

Always enjoy going to Stop & Shop, they have great flowers, fruit, vegetables, almost always find everything I need.

Thank God theres one still around

Normally this is a GOOD store... In a great location... However lately some of their staff hasnt been up to the HIGH STANDARDS and for that.... I have to give this store a poor rating.MAYBE with some retraining of staff on proper food preparation in deli as well as PROPER customer service SKILLS.... ONLY THEN WILL I START SHOPPING HERE AGAIN.

Editted to add: they close early, which on one occasion cost me 10 dollars from a missed sale. I had to lower their rating accordingly.This is a very nice place to shop. They have all the perks youve come to expect from a premium store: video rentals, banking, liquor store, florist, propane, bakery, deli, coin changer, carpet cleaners and more.They have large carts, small carts and baskets. They offer 4 lanes of self checkout and have the scan-as-you-shop option. As a North Andover location, I think they still offer bags, too, which Andover no longer allows.There is plenty of parking. They have some clothing donation bins in the lot.

Dont shop here if you need anything specific from the butcher. Had to wait 15 minutes to even talk to someone (i was the only one in line) I asked for a certain cut, three times he said huh? and then oh yeah ok. I should have walked away then, shame on me, $50 later hes yelling at another employee to wrap it up. maybe it was his first day.

Never very busy, nice if close and easy. Expensive and produce is never great. Go to Market Basket down the road and fight the crowd.

Not enough register open, no staff to bag shopping

What I like most about going to this location is that it is NEVER crowded. Even the day before Thanksgiving, I can move up and down the aisles without the threat of being hit or blocked by other shoppers carts. Obviously, the prices are a little higher than at the local Market Basket, but if you watch the flyer, there are plenty of deals to be had, especially if you take advantage of the Stop & Shop app. Plus, if you shop enough there, you can get a significant savings on your next gas fill-up.

Good grocery store always good experience. They seem to have items that are hard to find. Only negative I can say is theyre a little pricey.

Only one live person check out line.I hate self chck out...hate it. ..they are on strike now.the com.trying to take benefits. The bottom line looks great on paper, until its results is seen. Shame on you stop n shop.I go to market basket and enjoy saving money. I also enjoy the wonderful range of diversity of people who shop there.

Its a good supermarket for those living in the area. 24 hour service and a wide range of choices makes it a very convenient spot

Dont apply here. You will never hear back from Jason. When you call, he gives you the run-around and says he will call you back and doesnt! You will be homeless and have no food waiting for the call.

I dont like the employees. Almost all of them are very unfriendly and they have no personality. They should not work there. It seems that Stop and Shop never teaches employees how to be friendly to customers.

Parking lot is small with annoying speed bumps but the store itself is decent

They have a broad selection of high quality items, and I can usually get a lower bill here as the store brand tends to be of much higher quality versus the competitor down the street in which I have to spend more to get more name brand items. The service is also far better as well, as it is extremely rare to see lines more than 3 people deep, while this is a common occurrence at the store down the street.

Corn on sale 10 for $2. Today is first day of sale. Arrived at 9:30 am . No corn. Asked 4 different employees as to when more corn is arriving. Could not get a straight answer . Never shopping Stop and Shop again.

I usually go early in the morning and thats a great time to get shopping done. Deli opens at 7am but the store opens at 6am. Very convenient.

So overpriced! The produce section was very disappointing. I gave 2 stars because the fried chicken near the deli was really good.

I placed a peapod order today for pick up between 3-4 and the manager of peapod (jake ?) Went above and beyond and truly made this first pick up order a success!!!! Kuddos to such a great leader!

Yesterday while shopping I needed to use the restroom and when I entered this area I was totally surprised to se how filthy it was. I did take pictures to show toilet paper all over the floors and the toilets were disgusting. It was also evident the hand towel dispenser was empty and paper all thrown around it. I brought this situation to a clerk at the desk to inform the Manager how awful of the condition the restroom was in. I actually had to go over to Dunkin Donuts and utilize their restroom. How can the employees use the restroom in this condition and not bringing it to Managements attention. They dont have the ability to clean their hands so imagine they handle all of the products in the store such as the meat dept, deli dept, bakery dept etc. This turns my stomache and deters me from shopping there ever again. The Management needs to step up ASAP. You lost this customer. NO STARS FOR THIS STORE!

I went to go bring back a cat toy my daughter wanted to get back to Stop & Shop. They could not find the cat toy in the pet food aisle so they did not take it back and Im left with a cat toy that is too small for my cats.. I live next to Stop & Shop I shop there twice a week every time I go there its over $100 I will seriously think of different options at this point for a $10 cat toy

Market basket has better prices but this has decent selection and is nice enough

Every time Im here I have a problem. Never enough cashiers. Tried self check out today, and card scanner was not working, so I had to get back into regular check out and wait another 10 minutes in the one lane that was open. All this to buy 4 items. Terrible service.

The registers arent managed well here. I see a lot of staff, but not enough at the registers. Even the self-checkout lines are long. Until the issues with service are addressed, I wont go inside this store again except for the atm
