I’d never rented a storage unit before and everyone I spoke with took the time to thoroughly review my options with me and made sure I had what I needed before securing my rental. Customer service is exceptional, the facility itself is clean and secure. I’d recommend it to anyone!

My experience with the North Andover, MA Extra Space Storage since 2011 has been excellent overall. The facility where we store our things has been consistently clean, well organized and well managed. The manager there, Rob Reynolds, has always been very helpful and professional.

Very smooth and easy, manager is a great help. They do have the bathroom closed though, sign said because of the virus. Not a complaint just FYI not the first place I’ve seen this.

At the very last minute I decided to look for a storage unit and came across extra space. Not only was the price reasonable but Tanya the owner was absolutely amazing! She made the process quick and easy and made sure I knew exactly what to expect and how to utilize the units security. She was very pleasant and it hour ought appreciated her knowledge and experience. I would highly recommend storing here!

This is the best storage facility I have ever encountered. Well lit, incredibly clean, good temperatures. But in addition to the great storage facility, there is Rob, the Store Manager who is fantastically helpful and well-organized. He makes an already great storage experience 100% better!

I utilize extra space storage for the first time in September while moving from the South Shore to the North Shore. Though, I only used them for a month, I had no issues. From the moment I walked in, Rob was beyond helpful. He did everything in his power to make sure he accommodated me and also help me save money. I had no worries after speaking with Rob. Not even the need to go check up on my things. I appreciate him for being so helpful. I did speak with a another employee towards the end of the month and there was some miscommunication regarding the account. I called in today and Rob happen to be in. Within a period of less than five minutes, Rob was able to close my account, send a confirmation and make sure there was no remaining balance because of the miscommunication. I want to thank Rob for all his patience and hard work. If I needed to use another facility in the area going I’d go back in a heartbeat . It is appreciated.

Everything looks clean and new, were very happy with the place. Just make sure to push the metal bar over when you lock the door. I thought mine was locked but I hadnt done that.

The best customer treatment like allowed seriously. Manager working to fit our budgeting situation and timetable. You can switch units to up or downsize. No pedestrian traffic to boot!

Rob was terrific - building is much cleaner than where I rented before. Wish I could just drive up to the space without going in the building but it is what it is and they have carts.

While undertaking a re-organization for our companys off-site document storage at the Extra Space Storage facility on Osgood Street the management team (Rick and Vikki) at the site went out of their way to help my staff and me during a challenging project. The storage facility is clean and well lit and provides easy access for receiving shipments from our vendors. About 10 plus years ago I was in the need for a storage location due to the overflowing business and no where to put my materials. I chose this location as it was the most close location to my house and Im glad I did. Ive stayed at this location for 10 plus years and just moved this week and yes I am very sad to go as this has been a wonderful experience for me. The managers are some of the nicest people you will find and are always there to help you in any way they can. You call on the phone and leave a message they call you right back and take care of your needs right away. The location is clean, neat and managed excellent and Ive never had one issue in 10 plus years of being there. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone who has a need for storage and will miss this location greatly!
