This is an edit. I only wish I could rate this facility zero stars.North Andover employee had been covering for Dracut life storage. The employee (who was from North Andover storage facility) took my phone to give himself 5 stars. At the time I thought that he was rude to take my phone to give himself 5 stars but I let it go.However, after a month of interacting with this gentleman I feel it’s important to give an accurate review. He did not earn the 5 stars that he gave himself. He is unprofessional. Horrible customer service.The facility is dirty.Doors are rarely secured. They are often knocked off the track and left open.The elevator (when it is working) is a scary experience. Door closes very slowly and I find myself hoping that it will open again.In the past month, the elevator was not working at all for at least four days.When I decided to move out, this employee said they would not refund the credit on my account. I had to take some some of their overpriced boxes instead of being given a cash refund.He was extremely rude. He said, “ why can’t people be normal. Why is everyone so angry. “That response suggests that I am not the only customer that is extremely dissatisfied with this employee.My final decision to vacate was due to how I was treated by this unprofessional (North Andover) life storage employee.

Amazing service I thought they were opened until 5 so I arrived at 3:50 to learn they closes at 4 and Shah stayed open late to process my rental unit. He was extremely helpful answered all of my questions because it was my first time ever renting a storage unit. Was very nice and friendly.

My mother is on hospice and i needed help with my storage..Shah had the respect, kindness and understanding towards my situation. I highly recommend you go see him..I will always use life storage if a circumstance ever arrizes again because of him alone..

Storage was very clean, no pests or weather damage. They were accommodating to our needs for moving times and the use of a moving van. The storage units, moving vans, dolly equipment, and accessible elevators are well taken care of. The staff was very friendly and costs are reasonable compared to other storage businesses. Recommended!

Life storage is a very clean place to safely store all of your belongings. The manager is always around to help you if need be and is very nice. There are carts to move your stuff around easily and the way the unit doors open is very easy too.

The Manager at this location makes the experience exceptional!! Very courteous and professional customer service. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The entrance ways are spacious and make it easy to access your storage unit. I am able to drive right up to my unit. There are free dollies in the bays for customer use. I lost my key and needed my lock removed and replaced and the Manager very graciously took care of it for me and even waived the fee. I highly recommend this location!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Life Storage. Shah runs a great business with the highest level of customer service. This place has a kind staff and decent rates around the area. A lot of spaces for parking vehicles. The motion sensor lighting upgrade is a plus!! No more searching for the timed dial for light. I recommend this storage.
