I will not going to 7-Eleven unless I absolutely have to. Every time I go in there its usually to buy a lottery ticket and I usually have a problem getting the ticket. The girl seems to think that even though I stood in line for her to take care of three people in front of me that I needed to stand in line for the three people that came in behind me before she would punch out my lottery ticket. Sorry but 7-Eleven sucks. Especially both 7-Eleven in North Arlington have the worst help.After notifying 7-Eleven corporate offices about my bad experience, they gave my phone number to the employee involved who called and chastised me for making the complaint! Is this what 7-Eleven has come to be? Bad service and retaliation are acceptable? If she had done her job right there would not have been a problem. And, for them to give out my personal information is beyond comprehension. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN A 7-ELEVEN AGAIN!

The cashiers at this location are always super friendly, energetic, and positive. It really makes my day better when I go there.

I know this will sound very lame, but their pizza is excellent. I’ve eaten it all the pizzerias in the area over the last 40 years, but I like their pizza best. And I like the fact that they always have a couple slices of pepperoni pizza ready to go.

Great customer service. Always offer to carry my water or bags to the car.Stay away from the 7-11 on Ridge and Noel in North Arlington. Had an issue and all employees ganged up on me when I asked if the manager was available. No manager. Owner called weeks later and I couldn’t understand a word he said. Nothing was resolved.

Horrible customer service, I went into the store to buy my vape pod with my 23 year old nephew. While I was using the ATM, I asked my nephew to ask for my pod, the guy asked him for ID, my nephew said they were for me, as he was not carrying his wallet. When I walked up to the cashier I gave him my ID. The guy who was the assistant manager “CODEY”said I can’t sell it to you cuz he asked for it first. I told him they were for me and that I was 50, he refused to sell me the pod. I felt humiliated and embarrassed. I told him him he couldn’t refuse to sell to me as I was a customer and he said Oh yes I can, I’m not selling them to you. I was then leaving but turned back around to ask for the address and tried to get the attention of another cashier to ask her for the address there, she ignored me for a while then walked up to me as I was bothering. Shopped in that store for years. Now the 711 on Ridge Road will be my go to store. Where they respect customers. Codey needs to take classes on how to treat customers. He’s rude and very unprofessional!!!!

I was a long time customer as were my children. Until last week when my 11 year old daughter left her phone in the store and someone stole it. She Returned immediately and the phone was gone and turned off inside the store. I ask if they could look at the camera. I got the run around. I was told the Manger wasnt there, he would call me back. He Never did. I had to make a police report. They wont let the police look at the camera either. Sound like the store has something to hide. The phone is useless to anyone in any country. I had it locked to the phone company and reported it stolen.

I went in for some taquitos at 5:45pm Wednesday evening & the nicest cashier was attending me and daughter. He was pleasant, polite, and inform able. The best customer service I ever received. 7-11 is very lucky to have such a great employee.

People on the night shift at 8 pm turn off the oven and do not want to sell hot food and they always have a bad attitude as if the customer bothers them

I try very hard not to go into chain convenience stores theyre generally a ripoff. my question is, if every candy bar on the shelf is marked two for $3 then why do I have to buy two of the same candy bars to get the $3 price?

Im here to put a great review on Coty who works here...his customer service is excellent and he goes above and beyond for the customer as he did for everytime I go to this store. His kind and patient spirit makes me have the pleasure of seeing him every time I shop here for my Fit Crunch bars!! Hes a great employee and deserves a raise and employee of the year!!! 😁

Cody and Nick and the multiple younger staff this 7-11 has are some of the hardest working and kindest corporate chain employees I have ever met! Both of these boys remember what I drink, eat and have even kept the door open a few minutes late for me on multiple occasions! How this store managed to obtain such unbelievablelly bright young workers blows my mind! Both of these guys deserve promotions and raises immediately because I feel they will both find their paths soon and their future paths will be super bright!!! Nothing more I enjoy then seeing hard working kids, still in school that are unpaid but still happy and caring about where they work!!! Thank you Cody and Nick for reminding me why I wake up and work hard everyday!! I work hard because of people like you, that are up and coming and on the brink of finding their true passion and calling!! Easily the worst store ever..the aisles are laid out like a obstacle course and the employees are upset if God forbid they have to make change.

Went to this 7-11 at 11:47pm sunday and they were closed not 24hrs as stated they should update this.
