Only thing I dont care for is they wait till 10 people get backed up in line before they open another lane. They they try to push you out the door. Reasonable prices .

Always accommodating! If they dont have what you need they are willing to refer you to where you can get the product/service you need.

I realize that many women dont work on their own vehicles,however I was a poor single mom for many years and know just a thing or two.So, when I come in an tell you that the wiper you sold me is wrong,its very rude to heave a sigh and take the wiper out of my hand(before you check the computer to even see if you in fact sold me the wrong part)go out to the car like you are going to magically put a hook type wiper into a snap type holder. Then,you blame my husband and insult his intelligence telling me that since he got the little one correct, he probably pulled the wrong one. Did it occur to you that YOUR employee pulled these for him. Im thinking that it was in the wrong place. Regardless, you should NEVER blame the customer.I cant even report you because apparently employees dont wear nametags at this location. I appreciate the service,however, I dont appreciate the attitude that went with it. I hope you learn that you will catch more flies with honey.

They are by no means mechanics, but truly know what they sell! Super helpful when I was trying to make sure my alternator was the problem. After talking it over with the store manger (he was working the counter) I determined it was something I could do my self. I did run into some issues and he was able to talk me through them! Again, they don’t claim to be car mechanics they just know what they sell! Very helpful and went above and beyond.I took back bad alternator to get my core and got windshield wipers. They put them on a nasty rainy night 30 min before closing. I think I found my new auto parts store.

Bill was very helpful testing my battery when it wasnt charging properly and was able to help replace it when it was found to still be covered under warranty. Would reccomend highly!

This Advanced was very helpful. Very nice associate from the beginning. I should up at 20 minutes till close after jumping off my wifes automobile and not sure of battery or alternator. He immediately said lets go outside and run diagnostics. After testing he said everything is fine just watch out for problems. Did not try to sell any thing and gave us a copy of the written diagnostics test.

Stopped by Advance Auto Parts this afternoon to get a brand new window shield wiper and because of the outstanding integrity of the employee I learned I didnt need one. . .I just needed to clean the one on my Mercedes. WHAT HONESTY. I really appreciated this type of service. I have a 22year old truck, my truck needed headlights, it being 22 years old it was not listed in the books and had to be looked up in the computer.The man hands me 2 BULBS costing me over 60$ . I get home pop my hoodI needed sealed beam headlights both costing me 15$ a piece, my advice is to know your needs because they will sell you the wrong part without hesitation
