They have completed a lot of remodeling and design improvements to the self check out system for the better. More convince im the flow and management of self check out. You no longer have some one behind you huffing and puffing about how long you are taking to complete your check out. Lots of added shelves for the toy department as well, a great selection for all ages. Great improvement. Highly recommended.

Employees are always nice and helpful. Store is usually neat and the bathrooms are actually clean. Btw...Great sales happening right now!! Get in there folks! The freshness and quality of fresh produce definitely needs to improve.

The Walmart in North Augusta has got to be the worst in every aspect. I was in the store in electronics for at least 2 hoursand not one person ever come to try to help me after I asked at least three or four store attendance. I know they may have the lowest prices but that kinda stuff makes my blood boil. People, Im telling you that this is what we gotta get used to.ALL I WANTED WAS FOR SOMEONE TO UNLOCK A GLASS CASS SO I COULD GET A CHROMECAST FOR MY TV. Nobody had a key. We are in trouble people.

Its Walmart. A month ago in August 2021 you couldnt go in there without tripping over a pallet full of masks. They were utterly out of stock today. Only 2 of the 6 self serve checkout machines at 1 end of the store were working. But if you otherwise want to feed the Chinese economy theyve got it there.

I got an amazing deal on a 7 cubic foot chest freezer. It was listed at $199 just the day before but I had to wait because I couldnt fit it in my tiny car. Imagine how overjoyed I felt when I came back with the hubby and his truck to see the $69 discount. Yippee!!! I wouldve bought another one if I had the space.

Who ever the older white lady who checked us out was rude as ever. Didnt get her name, because her name tag was flipped around. Poor customer service!

Its walmart....there is NEVER enough people to help, there is ALWAYS someone in front of you that is having an issue. I find that these problems are consistent across the board with everyone one Ive been in. Pretty terrible company overall.

Staff was friendly and courteous at all times. Shelves are lacking key staples. Hopefully restocking will take place soon.

This store had no registers open this morning but self checkout. It was almost 11am and honestly nobody enjoys checking out a full cart of groceries themselves. When I asked someone they said they were short staffed however I saw plenty of employees throughout the store stocking shelves,etc. This isnt the first time this has happened at this location. Do not recommend this location at all.

This store lacks on variety but at least its cleaner than most Wal-Marts. The automotive department is good, the self checkouts need some work though, some of them dont register your credit card properly, even if you use multiple cards, it just wont read the chip at all. Staff is hit and miss, there have been a few polite/helpful associates but honestly most are rude/act bothered when asked for any help (as it seems to be the standard with most Wal-Mart employees).

The store was clean and the shelves were stocked employees were friendly.... It was easy to get help.... I heard from a friend that I medium-sized Walmart will employ over 400 people and Im glad to hear that when jobs are needed so badly

The burgers were good, just like we remembered. Havent been there in a while so it was refreshing to see that every thing was working the same.

Unsure as to what has happened, but over the past month your grocery pick up has been absolutely horrendous. I’m talking waiting over an hour for four items. You appear to have plenty of people working- and it was running beautifully before when Quintessa and Lesly were doing it! I’ve decided to only do Kroger pick ups from now on.

Very unprofessional. Management is poor. I arrived to Walmart at about 10:30. As I’m waiting in the checkout line, right at 11, they tell the whole checkout line nobody can check out. Maybe a better management team would improve customer service. You’re better off visiting the one on Edgefield Rd. Don’t waste your time at an establishment where the workers ( who are just there for the money) don’t care about customer satisfaction.

Use to be a good place to shop until the new Store Manager was hired. Always out of stock on basic items like coffee creamer. Veggies are almost always rotten. Just bought 3 bags of asparagus and they were rotten. Customer service is nowhere to be found and when they are they have no knowledge of anything. Please remove Store manager and all managers and get people who love their job and helping customers. This store will be closed soon im sure.

Walmart either needs to pay a better wage to their employees or hire more people for the evening shifts. Do not fo there between 6:00 p.m. and close down time, there will be lines going back to the store and 1 or 2 cashiers, horrible! And some of the staff look like they couldnt care less

I went there today to pick up and order. This Walmart really needs some help. This order has been turned down twice do to not be able to get things together. Mary Walmart is in need of a better manager!

I am always satisfied with Walmart and the amount of services they have.Some associates need a more polished and professional manner in dress, appearance and communication.

Maybe hire people that dont stand around and twiddle there thumbs and actually do there jobs or open lanes to accommodate the amount of customers that are standing in aisles and blocking other shoppers from shopping would be great.

The girl that was answering the phone today for the grocery pick needs to develop a more mature attitude when working in customer service. Very childish, very unprofessional.

Does good about keeping items stocked and isles provide plenty of room so you are not cramped.

Its mainly the store layout and the riding carts I always have problems getting one or the battery is dead or just about every one is out of order and thats all Walmarts they need new ones badly and they need to maintenance them quite often then some one needs to be assigned to go out every 15 to 30 minutes no longer than 1 hour Its hell for those that really need one to do their shopping and cant find one running or they are all outside You never know realize how much they will mean to you until you have to have one either because of injury pregnancy or disability

Placed an order on the internet Aug 17. It said the order would not be ready until August 18 for pick up. The email also said you had three days once fulfilled to pick it up or it would be returned to stock. So the order was fulfilled on the 18th, I arrived on the 19th to pick it up. Are utilized the curbside pick up to obtain the item. After speaking with four different people I was told that if you don’t pick up the item within two hours it is canceled. I advised the young lady that this is a contradiction because it says it will not even be ready until a day later, and also says you have three days from the time it is fulfilled. I’m told that Walmart online and the store or not on the same page. So I ask if this particular item is still in stock because there was only one remaining when ordered. She tells me she does not know and does not go through the effort to find out. So I ask if this means I need to go into the store and try to locate The item by myself after waiting almost an hour to see why I’m not able to pick it up. I also was thrilled to drive the 40 minutes away to the store that said it had one since none of the local stores did. This was a lot of extremely poor customer service and laziness. Morale to the story is don’t buy online unless it’s shipped to your house and if you’re gonna do that it’s safer to use AMAZON.com

Its just unpleasant...hence the reason I order household items and pick them up. I had to go in there because something was left off of my order. My fault...not Walmarts. But so much of the clientele is just nasty. Not all...but far too many to make me very comfy shopping in there all the time.

Ended up here with a valve stem gone bad just after 6pm. Two local tire places had turned me away saying they couldnt fix it until tomorrow. And with a bad spare (my fault) I wouldnt be able to get home. Well, the fellow at Walmart said they are allowed to stay late for emergencies. Less than 30 minutes, and only $3, and Im back on the road! They even replaced a rounded off lug nut no charge! Color me impressed! Thank you!

Was greater ok, shopping was ok, bought material and had to wait 24 min till lady got off lunch. Check out was a long wait also and only two check out people ask mang.to put on some more check out people and was told dont have any more. People with Walmart vest were just walking around playing on their phone.

Ive tried so hard to keep shopping here, as it is closest to where I live, but this Walmart does not perform to the most basic level of customer satisfaction time and time again. I will drive out of my way and spend more money if necessary to avoid the Knox Avenue location at all costs due to the following reasons: Online pickup orders frequently missing basic items to the point that you come to expect it, frequently receive poor quality produce in pickup orders (like no one even looks at what they are putting in your bag), pickup orders frequently delayed, even once my order was cancelled without warning / reason, and the rude, uncaring attitude of many of the people working here. Its not everyone, but a noticeable majority. When I walk into or do pickup orders from other locations it is like night and day. There is something very wrong about this Walmart and unfortunately after many chances I will no longer shop here.

This was Wal Mart in North Augusta where when cycling I would always when on the Greenway go into this business nothing but Quality with the start of covid this store would always put on extra cashiers to expedite getting customers out, not all w Wal Marts do that. This is a plus. I really enjoy this store and the staff. I shall return.

I unfortunately have not been going to Walmart no more than I have to much lately, sometimes they are out of what Im looking for. I dont go early when I get off work (3rd shift) because Im forced to wait on myself. And I dont appreciate not having the one on one customer service. It is taking jobs away from people. And Walmart is not paying me to do what a cashier would be doing. I do order a few things online, but alot of times that takes way to long to get. So unfortunately as much as I use to love to go to Walmart, I try not to go there no more than I have to. Sorry Walmart.

Horrible online pick up service. Checked in well before I was in route only to get there to sit 30 minutes while the 1 and only person they had bringing orders out was unable to locate my order. Called not only the online pickup order line multiple times but the actual Knox location Walmart customer service line only to get absolutely no one to pick up and let me know why my online order was not available. The guy that could not locate my order just moved on to the next customer with no update given to me on my order. After no response from calling or anyone coming out to assist me...I just pulled off and had to cancel and reorder ALL my items from another Walmart. I would not recommend order pick up at this location!!

I love there produce selection. Ernest who works there in the mornings is so helpful since I buy large quantities.

Customer service here is about as poor as you will find. Placed an online order and they not only failed to deliver but debited my account and left out 15 items (about half my order) when I came to the store looking for it. Finally left 2 hours later still missing an item I had paid for. They told me to call the manager the next day. When I call they put me on hold, hang up, and refuse to answer phone lines. The 2 stars are only because of the pharmacy, which has usually been good.

Worse Wal-Mart Ive been to in quite some time. From the way the shoppers and workers acted. Lines down the isles and still only 2 cashiers where open. Shelves empty. Dirty everywhere.

Just like any other Wal-Mart. I would say that this Wal-Mart location had organic grapes that I cant find at nearby locations.

So annoying to shop here! Some of the workers are very nice and helpful, but having no regular registers open and thus forcing customers to do the work at the checkout themselves is just wrong, in my opinion.

WalMart is about the sorriest store in our area. The workers standing around doing absolutely nothing while CUSTOMERS have to check and bag their own items. You’d think they would be SANITIZING and wiping everything down instead of standing around staring at each other getting paid to do nothing! Will not be going to the one on KNOX AVE anymore until they can get their act together.

If you have not been here you live under a rock.Everyday items are always available at average prices.I stay away from their deli and produce.No more firearms or ammo, its whatever.I dont like that I have to do self checkout.

I am a delivery driver and I frequently do pick ups at this store. They are far from being on top of this service. Ive had several instances of having to wait long periods for my order both on inside and outside pickups. I am currently waiting a half hour for a grocery order. Doesnt include the twelve or so minutes it took me to get here. Called the posted number, got voicemail then called again, girl told me it wasnt ready yet. This order had to have been received by the store well over an hour ago. This is unacceptable. Its also not fair to me; I make money making deliveries not sitting in my car waiting for an order. Most of the area Walmarts do a decent job with this but this store is terrible.

The Walmart on Knox Avenue is operated poorly. I would consider getting new management and staff as it appears employees do not want to do their jobs. I placed an order yesterday morning for that evening of 7pm. My order was delayed and status not updated ready for pickup until 5:00 this morning. When I called customer service at 10am it took 3 times to get someone to answer the phone and the tone of voice I got was unprofessional. When they gave me the number to the grocery pickup department, I called and it kept going straight to their answering machine. I called 2-3 times. It did not ring once. Officially, I ended up having to reach out to corporate to put in a complaint against this location and receive a cancellation and refund. The corporate woman over the phone was very helpful and polite and took care of the situation. They agreed that this experience with this Walmart was unacceptable. I hope they will do better for customers in the future. Covid is not an excuse to not fulfill orders.

I usually use this WalMart as a pick up on the way home from my 8-5. The only reason for the 2 stars is because my experience kept declining. The first few times were great. Then they charged me for things here and there that I did not receive.Then my last pick up was horrible.I arrived and saw my order was delayed. I had put the order in the day before so I was confused. I sat there for a bit (30 minutes) before i finally headed home. Im pregnant and had to pee. By the time I got back home and used the restroom, I got a notification that my order was ready. So my husband and I got in the car and headed back. We got there and let them know we were there via the app. We waited 30 minutes again. He then called the store and let the know we were here. They said it will be out shortly. 45 minutes passed and still no order. We decided that its now too late and I needed to eat. So we called for the next hour to cancel the order, but they took their phone off the hook.We couldnt cancel until the next day.I havent been back since.

When this WalMart on Knox Ave., N.A. SC first opened, I enjoyed going. Now I detest going! The employees are extremely rude. If you ask them ifWalmart carries a certain product, in the department the employee is working in, most of the time the ignorant response is I dont know. No offers to find out or assist. The Managers at the registers are unbelievably rude. Never any check out registers open! Just self service with 1 person having to assist customers on 12-15 registers. The disabled, elderly etc... catch hell.

Dont try to pay with cash its double the wait.
