Good selection. Some items not available. Enjoyed looking at Christmas items.

This used to be a Kroger grocery store. It’s spacious and clean. You’ll appreciate the use of floor space for display and model testing. The staff is friendly and willing to help whenever you need.

Great place for hard to find items, at half the price of other stores. Damp Rid is just one example. Customer service was very good as well.

Prices too high. Furniture cheaply made. And employees should find another way of discarding their cigarettes. I did find one employee each time that I went that was very helpful on two separate occasions.

Great experience with big lots and the purchase of a couch and recliner!!Very nice folks as well.

What a filthy mess! Much of the store was a wreck. I’m just shaking my head. This is the lane you pass through to wait to check out. You are trapped in it for a good long time. They are hoping you will get hungry, buy some of that food, snd eat it. Nope! I do not recommend this store at all until they make some changes.

The guy at the front counter was very helpful, personable, and quick. He helped me with my daughters birthday present, i got her a bike, and i am always pleased with the greetings when i get in there.. Everyone ive encountered there has been very nice and professional.

Can I have much on the shelves. Kind of find a school section. Prices are very reasonable. they only had one girl working the cash register with probably seven people in line so I had to walk out early.

I go to Big Lots for a certain brand of water, they only place I can find the 24 case.

Ive had always enjoyed shopping here until I made a mistake in July 2020 buying an Ashley sectional sofa. I live alone an no one has sat on it. Noticed couple of months ago the zipper was broken around the entire cushion.The cushions are foam rubber that flattens when you sit on but dont spring back leaving loose baggy material. Its not even comfortable to sit on. I so regret buying it! Piece of junk!

There was no prices on many items so that made it difficult to decide which items should we purchase

A lot like Hobby Lobby in feel. Have some pretty good deals on toys. Not my favorite place to shop but it isnt terrible.

I bought a couch from here a little over 2 years ago. I got the 3 year furniture protection plan (which states it covers stains, punctures, nail polish, burn marks, and RIPS). I called to file a claim, because my cushion ripped by the zipper. I was told it was not covered because I couldn’t prove it was accident. Like I did it on purpose? Don’t waste your money!!!

Furniture Dept took a while to come out (we were picking up an item we had on hold). Had to go look through the window of the warehouse door to get some attention. Then was asked to wait on our item while the employee went back to unload this truck real quick; have about 13 items on it.Hmm, no. Truck waits and customer gets their stuff right?

Its wonderful to be able to go to Big Lots and find all the stuff you need to finish off Christmas. So this was a great experience and I will do the same next year. Walmart is always out of everything.

Went to this Big Lots because they had good selection of oil diffusers. Nice clean store and I found beautiful oil diffuser for less than it originally sold for.

Cashier and floor person was very attentive. She informed you of coupons at the register,and he was helpful in getting down floor rugs,very polite in their service.

Big lots in North Augusta is very clean and organized. And they have very good food products. Some of it better then Walmart.

Big Lotts is a great place to find last years product and a fair price.. A step above something used but certianly not like a trip to the mall.. and most times you can get in and out fairly quickly..A good place to find gifts for the in-laws..lol

Ive been in this store a few times, and every single employee has been extremely helpful without being overbearing, which I think is hard to accomplish.
