Purchased a king 2 years ago. About 60 days in we got the sink hole in the center. Busy lives... and you only think about it when you go to bed. Went back about 13 months later I guess to get one for my sons room... expressed concern about the sink hole. They took it in and made a repair. It was great for about a week. Sink hole is back. I’d say it’s a great mattress for a small child or guest room. But not everyday.

We have an elderly uncle that needed a new, adjustable bed. Researched on the web and found this company but their online experience is miserable. Called yesterday morning, spoke with Kenny, a bit abrupt at first, made feel like he didnt have time to be on the phone with me...almost annoyed, but did finally answer all my questions.So, we drive over, walk in, and nobody is at the reception desk, we stand there a minute. Then, this gentleman gets up from his desk, asks what he can do for us. Told him I spoke with Kenny earlier that morning. We all walk back to Kennys office, and just as expected, Kenny doesnt even remember talking to me, and is to busy eating lunch to help us. Okay, so far, I am NOT impressed!The man that greeted us continued to walk us down the hallway to the showroom, showed us the bed and mattress, my uncle laid down, and within minutes made his decision to buy. The gentleman walked us into his office, wrote us up, we paid, arranged delivery. When they delivered they forgot the remote to the bed.So, how does this experience get five stars? That man, his name is ET. He was so kind. He made us feel like the most important people on earth! He took time to show us some of the cool things in his office. When he asked when we wanted to take delivery, I responded ASAP, he got on the phone, and Ill be darned if the delivery truck beat us to the house and was waiting on us! They were polite, and quickly set everything up. Apologized for not bringing the remote. About ten minutes after leaving the house, hubby and I were preparing to drive back over to get the remote, I look outside and there is ET, he drove the remote out to us himself!I cannot express how impressed we are with this man. He knows how to care for his customers! Thank you, ET! My uncle slept happily in his new bed last night! And, I slept because I wasnt worried about him. You are the best ET, and know that youve made a customer for life!
