Great facility and unit was very clean. I started the process over the phone which saved time on details when I actually got there to sign the lease. Jon was very thorough and professional. He took the time to show us two units and explained the rental process in great detail. I was agitated after a long day of moving stuff but He maintained his composure. For me, that is what great customer service is all about. Happy one year anniversary to this business and I wish them many more successful years in operation. Please utilize them for your storage needs.

Moved to the area recently and needed storage. Found this place online and got a great rate for signing up online. When I went to the facility I notice there were a lot of empty units but the one that was assigned to me was all the way in the back. I asked Evelyn if I would be able to get one closer to the elevator and she was so patient and helpful and accommodated my request, even though the office was closing and I’m sure she was ready to go home for the night. Evelyn reviewed all aspects of the contract and delivered what is typically lacking at other facilities, TRANSPARENCY.Most customer service representatives skip steps in the sales process and fail to deliver a true customer orientated experience becase they are lazy and do not take the time to know the product that the customer is inquiring about.
