Came to get phone unlocked. The sign said open. But they closed 20 minutes early with open sign on. They are still in there but no one will unlock door. When i went to leave the lady pulled up and unlocked the door. So went inside and she said she couldnt help.

Drove from out of town and when i got to the store at 10:45am there was a note on the door that they went to the bank. I waited and she finally showed up at 12:47! Where do they bank at....Eugene!!! An employee of a nearby business said they do this all the time! Ive had cricket since 2001 without any issues until we started dealing with this store. Its been one issue after another at this store! Dont waste your time because obviously they dont care weather they have customers or not! I will be looking for another wireless phone service and suggest you do the same!

Went there today and the lady was rude and had no customer service. I had to replace my phone and add a line which also added a new phone plus my phone . She pretty much was slamming stuff down on the counter and was very short with us and acted like we were not good enough to wait on or that she had better things to do. She also told me if i bought the screen protector she would give me the case for free later i looked at my receipt and she charged for the case 5.00 . She was very pushy and just plan rude.

Kevin was Absolutely an Amazing Grace. I have been with Cricket for awhile now. I must say Sabrina and Kevin are an Absolute Gem to the Coos Bay Area. Kevin and Sabrina, thank you so very much for helping and accommodating me every single time I have had an issue.

I had a difficult time getting a new account created with Cricket, but agent Sabrina at the North Bend location genually was the most helpful and dedicated person helping me the whole way through. I would probably have changed my mind about switching to cricket if it hadnt been for her. She is a rockstar of an employee and representative!

I am not a tech person and was looking for a screen protector for my moms phone. I had the phone with me but didnt know why version of the phone it was. The guy working with long curly hair was super nice and explained a few things to me, which then prompted me to go home and have to buy from Amazon. Had he not been kind and explained to me I might have continued to search in town and not get any where.

We sat in their parkinglot for 40 minutes during business hours while they were “out to lunch” according to the sticky note on the door. Open sign on, door locked. No one answering the phone when we called. We had other things to do so we had to leave unable to pay our bill... and we live 25 minutes away. Sooooo frustrating!

Im getting it a 2 star because the gal that was there actually helped us and the guy that was helping us went to go grab a phone for us to see if I wanted to buy it. And a gal walked in and hes like ya u can buy it I was like but Im wanting it and I was here first the way he handles things he shouldnt be in customer service whatsoever he was unprofessional and not very nice. Cricket service is amazing though.

New store to the area. Cricket is a good overral business and fair prices for cellular service. However, the regional manager was late 30 minutes to an interview. The other district associate was 1.5 hours late to an interview. To top that off they didnt call back when they said they would. After attending the store also I truly believe the associate still needed more training upon my questions at the store. Good luck taking care of your customers and your employees in the future

Yall allowed a person to makecmake major changes to MY account without my permission then refused to access my account even though yall have accessed my account with me on the phone you refused to give me the corporate number when I do indeed know you have the corporate number when Im over six hundred miles away from your store

Went in to switch from my free phone (Asurance Wireless) to a new phone and hoping to keep my phone number. Keonna was very helpful in completing this task. It was important for me to keep the same phone number and she was diligent in making sure this happened. I am so pleased with the service and dedication provided.

My overall experience wasnt the best. My wife and I came in to the store a few days ago to browse our options for the 4 lines for 100$. All the deals and phones were great. My only issue was the lady who helped us. I believe her name was Miranda or Melissa. She had a snarky attitude with every question we asked as soon as we told her we werent going to join that exact day. As we have been with our cell phone provider for 12 years and wanted some time to really think on it. She then began to act like we were wasting her time. We questioned her about the different plans and options the store had. My wife asked her about hotspot for the phones and the sales girl told my wife it was completely unlimited. Then I questioned it again myself when I read in store is 10gb she then began to back track her story and pretty much tell me my wife was lying. I really hope that this was just a bad day for this lady so this isnt happening to others. I will not be back due to this lady. I wouldnt come in to the store if I already knew the answers to my questions. I hope cricket notices what they have working for them cause I would never want someone like that working for me. Sounded like a great plan just was ruined by the attitude and not followed through story. I understand its a new store but she should have plenty of training on the plans before selling to customers. Horrible experience!!!!

Im actually impressed. We got great phones for pretty darn cheap.. didnt cost us a lot.. the monthly bill is low.. and the coverage is great.. I dont think Ill need another phone company.. the employees here are amazing.. took my two kids in and one employee here kept them busy the whole time. I wish I knew her name cuz I would give a great review on her part. And the associate that helped me didnt b.s. me.. thanks guys.
