Went in to the North Bend Game Stop for the 1st time on 11/2/21 and I believe his name was Jason but he was so helpful and made my experience great! He helped me find my kids power ranger toy for Christmas.. I was so pleased I even signed up for the pro member card, with the experience I had, I will be shopping there more! Thanks jason!

Decent selection of various products. It was a nice experience to actually go in and for once and not be immediately and constantly asked if I need help or pressured to be sold things or pre-order anything.I cant speak to all Gamestops but this was the best experience Ive had in a while.Also if youre looking for cheap PS4 games go to the playstation store on your console: I got the Friday the 13th game for under $4. As where a pre-owned copy at Gamestop was $20

Guy seemed a little behind on game knowledge and a little condescending when I knew of a game release he didnt know about. I only go there if I have to which isnt much. Gamestop cant go out of business soon enough as far as Im concerned.

Customer service is great, dont get alot for trade in. That shouldnt keep you from going there and seeing what they got.

Super helpful and they almost always have the games I am looking for. Only problem is that the desk people are super pushy to try to get you to buy more games. If it wasnt for that I would give 5 star.

But honestly I can say this persons love of playing video games helps me as a parent make better informed decisions for my child trying to pick out the next great game. Great selection of new & pre owned games, goofball staff that are both knowledgeable and fun. They work with you if you dont have all the parts for a system that youre trading in and that sure helps your pocketbook! Theres always a new game or collectible coming out that I want and the staff makes sure I dont miss out. Thanks! 😊Overall its kinda like going to your favourite aunts house where its a vacation everyday (and you hope your parents dont find out what all you brought home).

We stopped in to trade some equipment in, apparently didnt have all of the pieces to the Nintendo switch like we thought, however the guy was definitely willing to sell us one if we wanted to take $70 off of our trade in.They educate you, provide an environment for your family to explore things they enjoy, and you might run into someone who you know too.

Wouldnt shop here again to save my life. I bought a few items and during my visit and the manager felt the need to belittle a family member right to my face. I walked out with my purchase and came back a few days later and returned everything. While returning my items the lady behind the counter had a snide comment of her own. I will never step foot in this place again.

Great customer service, but with a long wait. There were two employees at the front counter but only one of them could do game trade ins, that is a big part of their business so I feel like that could be improved. The wait was 10 min, which was justified because it was about 5 customers in front of me and the employee was moving very quickly and professionally. I was very happy to get much more for my traded game than I had seen online because they were running a promotion for preordering Destiny 2; I got about 30% more. I will continue to go here, I just know it is a busy place and I cannot be in a rush.

I had an AMAZING experience I came in on Thursday night the 22nd around 8 pm and the staff was truly awesome they informed me on all the deals with every item I showed interest in. And just a super helpful group there. I didn’t catch their names but the one girl was super into Pokémon cards was super helpful and same with the guy who sold me the switches and the manager was also super helpful!!!!!

Its funny that when this store opened at first they were a wonderful company but now the store has developed into the biggest ignorant employees. They dont honor the costumers and they treat you like youre the biggest moron on the planet. Heres a good example the sale this week is buy two get 1 free on all preowned games, awesome right? Well when you go into the store with your eyes set on one then you get up to the cashier and he spends fifteen minutes looking for this game. Well come to find out they didnt have it in stock which is fine but the guy said to me instead of getting one free just buy these two its the same price anyway. Like no thats not how it works but keep treating like Im a dumbass. Good for you gamestop lost another costumer.

Game stop never has what I need, and the selection they do have is severely lacking. The staff is rude and would rather talk to eachother than to talk to the customers. They put no effort into selling people on products and I would rather go to other gaming stores in and around town.
