We went in there to sign up for some phones and a plan. We were helped my a kind young lady that helped us elect an affordable plan as well as phone all of which fit into our budget!The fact of the matter is when there was an issue she could not fix, the store collaborated another near by store to resolve the issue! The gentleman from the near by store even drove over to help us!Dont go anywhere else!
The worst experience! Rhae waited on me, and was waiting obviously only interested in her commission on the sale. When I arrived home, I found there IS no Verizon service in my area. After many phone calls and a trip to Grants Pass; I was able to return the two phones, at no charge. I later received my Verizon bill for $264.00 for 5 days of service!!! Crazy. More phone calls to Verizon, probably spent 8 hours on the phone to get out of the whole mess.
I went into this store in the pony village mall and found John C working at the branch and he went out of his way far and beyond what he had to in order to help me and get my situation resolved. If anyone comes into this branch talk to John C hes a fantastic help! I dont know any ways to make this better but if I could credit him more I would beyond anyone else Ive dealt with working for the version company. I give many thanks to this guy for going so far out of his way to make sure I got the resolution I was needing, thank you John C for helping me, I hope you see this on here as well. Verizon company should give you a bonus of some sort just for appreciation of having great guys like you working for their company!
My old phone was on its last leg and I had stopped by to see the different phones available. John went over what phones were comparable to what I currently had. He helped me find a new phone that wouldnt raise my bill per month. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He got all of my content from my old phone transferred to my new one. Definitely reccomend them and make sure you ask for John!
Went into store with very low hopes on getting a phone ended up getting great professional help and curtesy from both employees John C and Connor. Both were very clear and to the point and did whatever to help me get set up with a phone, I highly recommend to anyone without a phone or service to come by and speak with these gentlemen they will do whatever to help you, very cool. My mothers phone died while she was visiting us. We bought a replacement phone, and took it into Verizon in North Bend as my mother was worried about setting it up on our own. (Even though Ive done this a number of times, she hasnt.) The manager Dalton was amazing! Relaxed, very helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time we needed. Mom was completely confident with his assistance. We left with big smiles! Thanks Dalton for stellar customer service!
Rude woman there. Charges different from corporate store. Awful place.Never the same answer from them and corporate customer service. Charges to transfer data when you buy a phone. Go anywhere but there.
I switched my plan to Verizon and was helped by Dalton. He has the patience of Job. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. I even had to go back the next day to check something and he went out of his way to help. If you are thinking about switching to Verizon, make sure to ask for him. Thanks again, Dalton!!

Short on patience and high priced. Sold me a double charger saying it charged faster. Well it did, for three months. 65.00 single 12volt cigarette lighter charger. Never again.

Never before have I had an experience there like I did tonight. I go in there to activate a new phone. Without even checking to see if the phones are compatable for SIM swap, the balding middle aged employee who I apparently interupted in an important game on his phone sighs and says just swap the SIM cards. If you want me to activate it that is all I will do. Never have I encountered a customer service provider so obviously disinterested in helping a customer. I was under the impression his hourly rate was for helping customers not playing games.P.S: before telling me all SIM cards are the same I want to see a full size SIM fit a micro slot, or a micro SIM fit a nano slot.

RED went above and beyond, or so most people these days would say. He never lost his patience or his personability. I had so many thoughts and he never rushed me. He also didnt constantly give me the corperate line, so i felt like I could trust him. Thanks a lot Red. You made what could have been a very painful experience much less so.
We switched ou service from t mobile to Berizon. We received excellent service from the store at Pony village Mall. The manager took care of us and help us out. He was professional and very knowledgeable. I am very glad we went to the mall store and not to the free standing store. We received much better service. Thank you for your l knowledge and expertise.
Jesse is absolutely the best. He solved a problem that my husband and I have been trying to resolve since May. It took about 20 minutes from beginning to end and we were so grateful. Big thanks to a very bright and professional young man.
Skylar helped me diagnose my broken phone and unfortunately it could not be fixed. He then helped me choose a new phone and moved all my apps info, etc to my new phone! He was so kind and helpful!

John and Dalton helped me into an awesome Google pixel phone when I broke one over the weekend and was due for an upgrade. They let me ask any qeustions I wanted and helped me leave with a nice case and very happy :) thanx!
