I ordered couple of drinks one of which was an iced chai latte. Finally the drinks are ready but the chai latte is hot not iced.Instead of making the replacement drink right away, the barista continues with the other orders and after making 3-4 drinks finally gets to make the iced chai latte.Mind you that this chai latte was supposed to be made with oat milk but the replacement wasnt. 3rd time is the charm, ugh!

Great service, great location, and service with a smile. This location is convenient to my home and office. I truly feel welcomed every time i visit this location.

Really efficient even handling a rush of remote and in store orders

Not a fan of this location, it’s so unwelcoming (the morning crew) as if the baristas are scared of certain types of people but that area is basically are that way. What baffles me is that the Pike and Rose location is about a mile away and they have noticeably better attitudes and front facing customer service etiquettes. They did not pass a vibe check at all.

I first visited this location one morning, while I was on my way to work. The staff there are very polite and full of great vibes! Not to mention, but it was only 7am! Ever since, I have been going back to this location for my daily morning coffee runs before work. I truly enjoy how upbeat the ambience is in this store, especially on a Monday morning, before an 8 hour day of work! The baristas make great coffee as well! I highly recommend this location for anyone looking to get coffee in this area!

Friendly staff and nice atmosphere

This is my go-to Starbucks. Theyre always efficient, professional, friendly and quick. I always use the app to order ahead and Ive never had a problem. A friendly, welcoming group of people.

Good outpost of Starbucks. Your regular complement of coffee and non coffee drinks, small bites and desserts. Friendly staff here. Seating could use better arrangement however. Parking can very much be a pain, in this congested tiny shopping center. But if in the area, its a good Starbucks.

I’ve been to a couple Starbucks’ around town and have always had a positive experience at this one. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. Today, in particular, I asked the Barista making my drink if she would add nutmeg topping and she said, “Sure,” with enthusiasm. She asked me to “say when,” to the amount of my liking. Additionally, she told me to have a great day. It’s the little things but I appreciate her positivity! Will definitely be coming again.

Ms. Chris (Kris?) was fantastic! During this pandemic period, I could not enter the store. Chris went out of her way to come to my car on a cold, sleeting day to get my card & come back with my order. And she did this with a Warm Starbucks feeling despite the freezing weather! Thanks, Chris!

Pretty great STARBUCKS! Gets my drinks pretty quick (online orders) and accurate! Can’t complain.

Few outdoor seating options here so be sure to wear your mask if decide to do a bit of work outdoors as people passing by on sidewalks will be walking by you often quite closely. No indoor seating options at all in this location. Relatively quick service but person at register seemed to have a bit of trouble although my order was directly from menu with no modifications. Parking can prove problematic with few street options that are constantly filled. Not the most convenient for running in and out and no mobile order or curbside pickup despite COVID so saw a few people park illegally to pick up their mobile orders potentially causing issues for other drivers. If looking for Starbucks with plentiful, easy and no cost parking-suggest look elsewhere.

Barista Marquita is always great. Every time I go here she is friendly and helpful. Today I had a next ones on us from a different location. But they didnt activate it. So she used her partner drink to make sure I got a free drink. Her customer service is great!

There is plenty of space here

Had to wear my mask to enter, and there was no one there in the middle of the afternoon. They had hand sanitizers and the staff was wearing gloves and masks. It was all good.

June 18, 2019 around 3:10 pm about not so busy 2/3 customers in line when I get there. A cashier took my order of a tall pike, I paid in cash, a $5 bill he gave me back the change and left the cash register to the room right behind. I was the last person in line and I waited for about five minutes, never came back, another five minutes, he totally forgot or ignored me. Nothing breaks my heart than not being a to be treated fairly while I am paying for my food. At least say something if it is not ready or tell how long it would take to make it ready, so that the customers will change their order to something else or decide to get from a different place. What can I say other than racism in practice at this Starbucks store???

This is by far the friendliest group of staff of any Starbucks Ive been. They work very efficiently and maintain a clean and organized environment. Good job guys!

As its a little hidden from the main street (Rockville Pike/355), this is a nice quieter Starbucks where I like to enjoy a cappuccino and read a book. There is a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating and the service is quite good.

This location is very small and you need to be careful about parking in the area, as there are a lot of metered spots and very little in the way of parking for the Starbucks. A pretty busy location with little sitting room and no drive-through offered. A nice staff but I prefer the Pike & Rose location without a doubt!

Look, I’ve been going to Starbucks every day for the past 15 years. I’ve been in so many different locations over the years that I have a good sense of great vs bad service. This location has always been friendly and efficient. To the few people complaining I note the following: 1) if you claim bad service because the barista didn’t hear you say thank you while they’re busy with dozens of other orders and customers, you’re too sensitive and should just go somewhere else. 2) discrimination? Seriously? This is an extremely diverse group of baristas and I’ve observed them for years with tons of customers, they do not discriminate. 3) Wait time varies depending on mobile orders and customers who believe they’re the most important person so they hold up a line with questions about drinks or ridiculous demands. This location doesn’t have a problem, they have great service, it’s the customers who are the issue. I’ve lived in Bethesda for 10 years and I’ve been around enough persnickety, privileged people to see their idea of great service is having their ego stroked. BEST STARBUCKS IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY! (P.S. - no, I’ve never worked at a Starbucks and I’m a real customer)

Recently discovered this nice little place, quiet, good music, nice drinks, perfect for reading or writing in the weekends.

Nice and clean, don’t like the coffee, but bagels and teas are ok. Service is good, I wish they would just switch their coffee sometimes, it is boring. Close to whole food market.

Customer service lacking. There is no way they did not have an iPhone charger. They seemed very careless and I asked nicely. Barely had knowledge of what the frosting on their cupcake was which is dangerous if you have an allergy. I was very disappointed, I usually get a lot of items but I can not trust individuals that are hesitant about what is in the products they are selling.

This is a decent Starbucks in the middle of it all - as is, Whole Foods, restaurants, gym. Yet, this place fails to excite me to stop by for a cup of coffee. The place is generally quite empty - I have rarely seen more than 3/4 people in line. Yet the service times are excruciating long! The last couple of times, I was the next person in line, standing at the counter, and it took over 5 minutes for someone to come take my order!In all fairness, I could see only one employee working both the registers and making the drinks! So she was being efficient, but what Starbucks should have only one employee working on the floor? Even Dunkin Donuts has multiple people behind the counter!The location of this place is what brings me back here, but that is about all there is about this place!

I don’t use straws because of environmental issues. I always ask for nitro lids. However, my barista decided to straight up put a straw in my drink without asking me. I am deeply troubled. and I couldn’t even ask for it because it defeated the purpose since the straw would be wasted anyway. Really bad experience. It disturbed me to the heart.

Today is October 3, 2018, Wednesday. Nothing new with this Starbucks coffee shop at Paseo Drive in North Bethesda, Maryland, 20852. This place is located next to Seasons 52 restaurant and Whole Foods Rockville store. I witnessed and experienced bad horrible discrimination. Many customers were right about this store. Customers labeled this store as negative and bad on black list. I agree with the customers who had bad experience with this store. This morning 8:45-8:50am I placed order Iced Caramel Macchiato Almond milk for $5.85. During the order process the cashier Niki Lila decided to skip me because I am Deaf customer and she served next customer as a hearing man who can speak orally. I was shocked and speechless. My morning was spoiled and drained down because of the discrimination. I asked Anna, manager of the store and Anna concurred with cashiers action because they needed to process orders quickly. I am customer and they decided to skip my order because of delayed communication and I am Deaf customer. I was ready to pay for the order $5.85. The store team demonstrated disrespect, impatience, and discrimination how they allowed themselves to do this. I was unable to complete the order and get a drink because of the store teams attitude and discrimination. I was distraught emotionally and cried because I faced discrimination how they treated me as a customer and I drove and wasted my gas and time to come to the store.

Not a lot of comfortable seating, but enough to hang out quickly with friends over coffee. Staff were knowledgeable and took our order well even though it was a bit complicated. Overall good experience.

The attitude of the staff is off-putting. They give the impression that your presence is an annoyance and not the source of their income. There is no greeting, unless you consider Ill take you over here a greeting, no thank you. And damn little eye contact.The location is not well kept, the counters and table tops are dirty, and the primary activity of the staff was talking to one another.

Great little Starbucks tucked here off of Rockville Pike. Nice relaxing courtyard with equal amounts of sun and shade for when the weather is either too hot or too cool.

This is your average run of the mill Starbucks but they have slow service when they should be faster during rush hours - its best to order via the mobile app. Its never too crowded; you can usually find a seat.

Upon every visit, I continuously receive rude treatment. I am never greeted or extended any sort of customer service, which extremely frustrates me. I had my first poor encounter with Marquita, and things never improved, even after speaking with store manager Anna. Marquita displays a nonchalant mean countenance every time I order, and I cannot figure out why she lacks service. Then, on my most recent trip, barista David followed through with the rude treatment when he ignored me each time I thanked him for making my drink. I had to repeat my thank you four times to receive a response, which was a very sarcastic antagonizing one. He scoffed and laughed in a demeaning manner that humiliated me. As a customer who is entitled to superb treatment and service, I receive neither when I come to this store. I plan to make it my duty to never revisit this Starbucks again.
