Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good coffee and all kinds of different drinks. A great place to meet friends.

This place is often packed in the morning but the lines move quickly typically. They usually make my drink requests perfectly. Staff is friendly.

Well, its what youd expect from Starbucks, good coffee, good bagels etc. Good but limited seating.

Starbucks is a little overpriced, but thats no secret... The staff here are very friendly and the iced chai tea lattes were delicious! 👍

Even with an extremely long line we only waited about 10 min for our beverages. Always yummy.

I always thought Starbucks was overpriced and it never really was that good. Now they have these paper straws that fall apart halfway though the drink. The straw also gives the drink a taste. Not getting Starbucks anymore.

The people that work here are amazing! They remember what I want each morning and always greet me with a smile and a fantastic drink! They keep the drive thru moving so I am never late to work!

Used mobile order. Walked in to pick up and they said they didnt have my order. Showed them my receipt and suddenly they found it? Otherwise, the drink was spot on!

Nice atmosphere. I cant have much of the food or drinks...not much gluten free or low sugar. Very pricey for me.

I really liked the the jolly attitude the guy serving the drive thru had. It makes a world of difference when your server is friendly, energetic and serves you with a smile.

This Starbucks is always quick, even despite being busy and always follow directions for specific drinks and follow it to a T, drinks are always good and they are always extremely friendly. When the one closest to my house is busy, which is most of the time, I come to this location because I know Ill have my order fast.

If i say i want my drink really sweet, that means make it really sweet. if i wanted straight black coffee over ice i would have done that at home

Ordered a drink and stood for 10 min then left without a drink! Very unprofessional service. The drive thru wasn’t even that busy as usual. This happened inside since I couldn’t make it thru drive thru with my truck.

I have tried to like this location but yesterday was the last time for me. Staff is nice but the store is frequently out of items, the coffee I always order tastes different each time and sometimes not so good, the temperature of the coffee is never hot enough like they are too rushed, and there is one manager type girl that is just too loud. The Alliance store is much better and the coffe is consistently good.

This location is unique, and in a cute part of town with some nice trails nearby and a little college. What makes it unique though is whenever Im here I see people praying together, doing Bible studies or just reading the Bible alone. I dont really know why this location attracts all of the prayer but Ill usually drive out of my way to go there if Im having a crummy day, its just a peaceful place. Plus, theres Pavs right next store to get you through a REALLY awful day 😂

I am so sick of this location giving me terrible drinks and service!!!They take forever to fill orders and they always find a way to mess up my drinks. I’ve waited in the drive-thru line for almost 20 minutes at times!Today the woman in the window insisted the drink that she was handing me was an iced latte. However, it was the darkest brown possible and had whip on top. Told her that it looked like a latte and she told me I was wrong.When I asked them to remake the drink they actually make something that resembled a latte but was still wrong! Please follow the order I ask for. With all of the options you allow people to get a simple half-caff iced peppermint latte with an extra shot should be easy enough!Paying over $5 for a lousy drink makes no sense. I am completely done with this location! If I could give it 0 stars and still be able to rate... I would!Best of luck to those of you ordering drinks from here!

Our go-to starbucks around here. Usually friendly staff, and fast service. Parking is never a problem, and has a drive through if you dont want to get out of your car. Location is nice with a walking path nearby if you feel like taking that drink for a tour of the local area. Also, with ice cream and Jimmy Johns in the same plaza, you can get anything you want to go with that $6 cup of coffee

Always a good atmosphere with friendly baristas. Easy place to do some work, study or just chat with a friend. My kids love the croissants and hot chocolate.

Usually has a crazy long line inside and in the drive through, but if you order online they will have your coffees waiting at the counter when you walk in and dont have to deal with the other people. So far they have made every order correct on the first try despite high volume!

Who can afford this?. I wonder how many divorces began after an evaluation of the significant others checkbook? I only know one item on the menu, the rest is rocket science to me..

Forget trying to have them make you a simple custom drink. Its either, order whats on the menu or they will not make your drink correctly if you prefer it differently. I prefer all my drinks bone dry, thats it; they fill it with milk all the way to the top everytime. And then they call out your drink of whats in it verbally stating BONE DRY. But they cant make it that way. Ive wasted $4.15 for the last time.

Im not a huge coffee drinker but the staff is really nice and its always quick in and quick out. They were able to answer my coffee questions and offer good recommendations. The drive through is pretty convenient as well.

The employees were great and kind and my drinks were made perfectly, the problem was that there were flies everywhere. It wasn’t just a few, it was enough to warrant me pulling out my phone and leaving this review. They were all over the dining area, behind the counter, and in the restrooms. Hope they can fix this problem because it is kind of disgusting.

For the most part, I love frequenting this location! Have been coming here almost weekly for a few years. Recently, the medium roast has been brewed incorrectly or changed somehow. I can’t finish a cup. The location by Applegrove x Main Street still tastes fine, so not sure what is different here. There have been times I have waited 15 minutes in the drive through, and times I’ve barely waited 2-3 minutes. We know not to hit this drive through if we’re short on time, since there is no way to pull out of line if you do get stuck for a lengthy period. Overall, I will definitely continue coming here, but I do think there is room for improvement.

When I was in college Id bring my dog to Starbucks and wed split an iced mocha. Those were great times. Rest in Peace Woofles 2006 - 2007.

This location is always a hit or a miss. For a few months, itll be great service with perfect drinks, but then for another few months, youll always get a messed up order or wait 20 minutes for one iced coffee. I avoid going here mid/late summer because they usually get a really bad fly problem and it just seems really unsanitary.

I ordered a Dragon fruit Refresher and it was delicious. I will definitely be getting more of those . Taste like fruit flavored water without all the sugar .just the fresh dragon fruid .went through drive thru .they were quick in north canton on main st .

Always a good experience when needing to meet up with a group or hide away and do work by myself. I normally get a triple Tall Americano because I prefer that over a cup of their drip coffee. Also try their food, its not half bad. If youre not sure ... Ask the barista and theyll help you out!

This place is great. Everyone is so friendly and, although there are long lines sometimes, the Baristas keep the lines moving at a reasonable pace. The drive thru line is usually much longer than the line inside. All and all, a great place to patronize.

I typically wait 15 minutes for a drink here, Im charged a different price for my drink on the regular and it tastes different almost every time. And Ive given up on going the drive thru here. Way too long of a wait.

Typical Starbucks with overpriced coffee and uncomfortable chairs, but this one is directly across from Walsh University, so its often crowded with college-age students. Not a bad thing, but if youre an adult looking for a quiet place to have a cup of coffee, this probably isnt it.

Even though I ordered a decaf Americano the barista caught his mistake and corrected it free of charge.

I ordered oatmeal and they gave me dry oatmeal. Ive gotten it before and they always made it. Im ordering through the drive thru Im not going home to make it.

I ordered a hot chocolate and it was a block of chocolate microwaved.

My slowest Starbucks visit ever! Waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru. Fortunately my online order was ready when I finally got to the window.

I normally am not one to complain or leave reviews in general, but as a customer who spends on average $10-$11 a day at Starbucks I feel as though I should share that I am routinely getting horrible service and wrong orders for food and drinks that are not exactly what I would consider to be cost effective to begin with. Therefore, I am in essence wasting quite a bit of money on being disappointed. This store, which is the only convenient location for me otherwise I would not even bother going back, is horrible at 1. Paying attention to customers, 2. Making correct orders, 3. Having food items in stock and 4. Getting you through the drive through line in a timely manner. For instance, this morning I was trapped, and I say trapped because one you are in line you cannot get out, in the drive thru waiting to place my order for 10 minutes, after placing my order waited for another 5 minutes, on top of which was not able to order the food item I wanted because it was out of stock, finally was driving away and took one drink of what was supposed to be a caramel macchiato only to find out that it was hot chocolate. You can imagine how frustrated I was after this excursion took in total, from start to finish, almost 20 minutes. I wish I could say this was a one off experience, but I am here to report that this happens more often than not. On top of all the mistakes, once you finally make it to the pickup window you will 90% of the time be greeted by a less than stellar employee who is too busy talking to another employee about whatever aspect of their personal life is more important than your $12 order. Or sometimes they are singing and dancing around in a completely unprofessional manner. I’m all about having fun in the workplace and enjoying the time you spend at work everyday, but not at the expense of the customers. To me, experiences like this are just unacceptable for the price you pay for the products. You would think that a large corporation like Starbucks would hold their employees to higher standards.

Great place to drive through and get a coffee. I usually have to fight for a seat inside so I rarely meet friends here.
