Did a great job replacing the windshield. Installer was very knowledgeable and professional. He even did the Honda sensing programming right there in the driveway like the other auto glass companies said couldnt be done unless it was brought in to the shop.

Unfortunately didnt work out, I tried to reason but no success, they came installed it once they came back three weeks after the original date of the appointment just to say that there was a rock impact behind the wiper therefore warranty would not cover, just so ridiculous but hey good luck to the fitters I hope I dont deal with them a gain.

Stay far away from Auto Glass Fitters! They were selected to repair my back window by my insurance and completely failed in their customer service. Initially, I was told that they would come and repair it the next day. However, when the technician arrived, he told me he was missing a part to complete the installation. Then, the Pennsylvania office called and said it would take a week to ship this missing component. After a week of waiting, without the use of my car, I received another call from the Pennsylvania office saying that the part came, but I was told that the part appeared to be damaged. Furthermore, I was told that it would take another week for this missing part to arrive. When I voiced my concerns to an Auto Glass Fitters representative, I was blamed for driving a foreign car and was told by a supervisor that nothing could be done. Nevertheless, after I contacted my insurance, they found a shop that would do it the next day. In summary, Auto Glass Fitters demonstrates unprofessional business practices and does not deserve your business.
