Chris and Eric were top notch. Ran into a couple issues outside of their control but they were quick to resolve and get the windshield replaced. Handled insurance aspect as well, process was very easy.

These guys are as good as it gets. We had to have some specialty windows replaced after some vandals hit. Eric immediately offered his assistance and went out of his way to get us taken care of. This is a veteran owned and operated business, and it shows in the best way possible. Talking to the guys at Impact, you instantly know that youre dealing with pros that care about doing things right. Great group, cannot say enough good things about them.

These guys are GREAT! I had my brand new truck for only 2 weeks when it took a rock to the windshield and got a solid chip on 526. I had put off fixing it, but yesterday brought it over to Audio Evolution for some LED headlight installation. While I was waiting, I found this shop next door and walked in to ask if they could help me out. Eric simply asked for my insurance card and put the claim through with Progressive for me, then he walked next door and filled the chip in the windshield while the truck was getting the headlights done! Absolutely awesome service, would recommend to anyone!

Fast and great service, they even cleaned out my sunroof drain line when i asked about it leaking.

They are the BEST auto glass company in the business. They are ALWAYS polite, prompt and professional. Over the last several years I have had to have 2-3 windshields replaced and a passenger side window. One call to Chris (he even handled the insurance company for me) and in no time they were at my job repairing/replacing the glass.

Incredible Service and Workmanship!!!They use a method of cutting the urethane to free the glass from the frame that uses a strong string instead of metal tools. When they removed my broken windshield, they found that the prior repair company had severly gouged the paint and rusted. Impact Auto Glass sanded the rust off and gave it two coats of paint. They even took photos to show the before and after. I asked if I owed them for this extra service and they said No, just doing the job the way it should be done. The owner is there and involved and that is apparent.

The guys were extremely knowledgeable and professional and did a great job. This was on an Audi too which is kind of a pain from the looks of it. They contacted the dealer to make sure there was nothing special needed for the job, and they took precautions to be sure they didnt scratch the paint while scraping off the old urethane, which some glass places dont do because it doesnt show. Thanks guys!
