Had my bottom of boat painted several years back and was looking for them on internet. They did good back then. Hard to find them.. they need to boost their presence.

The guy that runs this place has been really good to me. Ive bought multiple used Yamaha outboard parts - both on eBay and in person - and they have always worked for me. Not only does he sell you good parts at a fair price, he is also incredibly knowledgeable and shares his tips and tricks. Very reasonable prices and hes honest and upfront about what he has.

All I know is I paid 8 hundred and something dollars and my boat still hasnt been in the water since before I gave it to him to fix. He did some things that added up to that amount. So I paid him because that was the bill. The boat still doesnt have enough power to put in. I called him and told him. Then he tells me he isnt a specialist in my mercury motor. He gave me somebody who is. So I guess I go give them 800 also. Why didnt he tell me that from the start. Its not right. If i could take that 1 star off I would.

So took my boat in to have the motor swapped over, Johnson to Yamaha. Now keep in mind this is a 20 year old boat with original wiring. He kept complaining about how dirty my bildge was and how i needed to have the boat rewired for $2500. I said no thanks. Also wanted to charge $125 for 8 foot battery to motor cables, i told him I would make them my self. Anyways motor swap was completed took the boat back to the house, thought i would check to ensure everything was working correctly. Well only thing that worked was the motor, key switch and controls. I spent 2 full days tracing wires to fix the tach, fuel gauge, voltmeter, navigation lights, and Live well pump. needless to say, i would never recommend him or his work. BUY BEWARE!
