Excellent customer service they will do what it takes to get you riding.
If you want to be stuck with a car that will break down within couple weeks of buying it and stuck with a car loan for the car cant even drive then be my guest. Very Shady.
I bought a 2007 Hummer H3 on January 21st, 2020. Johnny, the owner of the dealership, was very friendly and definitely knew the customer service aspect of his business.Initially, I pointed out to Johnny that one of the speakers was making a crackling noise, so he had it replaced for me.In addition, Johnny went out of his way to fix a couple other issues that I had with the vehicle, even though I purchased it in “as is” condition as that’s how used car clauses are in the State of South Carolina and probably most other States. Anyway, about a month after I had the vehicle, the front right wheel bearing went out. He replaced that for me at no charge. I then had a manifold issue, and he had that fixed for me at no charge as well! The only thing I regret, during the purchasing process of the Hummer, is that I did not purchase the extended warranty that Johnny encouraged me to get through the lending agent.
Car dealer is extremely nice and honest. I felt good about the cars he was showing me and he kept what I was looking for a priority. They have been in business a while and they will show you why. Great little place.
My boyfriend and I went just to kinda see what we had when we were looking for a new car after being in an accident. We just stopped by to look.No saleman or anyone even came up to us. We were the only ones there. We looked at a couple of vehicles and none stood out. They really werent in good condition in my opinion, even for a used car dealership.I know cars extremely well, so I know how theyre supposed to look. I personally wouldnt buy any from here, but thats just me. I also feel the pricing is high for them as well. I wont be back.
I purchased my first vehicle through Johnny Boyd @ Coliseum Motors and it was an absolute pleasure!! Buying a car CAN be a big headache if you let it. Its no fun going into dealerships, feeling like your just a dollar symbol, dealing with annoying salesmen who are trying to sell you ANYTHING on their lot! My experience with Johnny was AWESOME!! NO HEADACHE, NO run around! Going through JOHNNY, was EASY, FUN, and I left EXTREMELY HAPPY!! 6 MONTHS LATER, my vehicle is doing GREAT and I will NEVER go ANYWHERE else, than JOHNNY!! He is the BEST CAR DEALER in the state of South Carolina!! Dont waste your time going anywhere else! I SAVED my $$, got a GREAT DEAL, SAVED my TIME, and GOT EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED!!! :)So, do YOURSELF a HUGE FAVOR, and go down and see JOHNNY! Him and his WONDERFUL, VERY HELPFUL, & SUPER FRIENDLY FAMILY will help you with ALL your car buying needs!! You feel at home, they make you FEEL like your part of the family, and TREAT you like your FAMILY :)A HUGE, HUGE THANK YOU to JOHNNY & HIS FAMILY for EVERYTHING that YOU have done for OUR FAMILY!~Your Suburban Family!
Very good customer service reasonable prices
Great cars for great deals. Family owned and operated. They think outside the box to get you financed and in your new car. No Junk sold at this lot.
A GREAT outcome from a very uncertain beginning! My husband Mike bought a 2002 Ford Ranger as his new work truck from Coliseum about a month ago, and it quite literally started falling apart within about five minutes of driving it off the lot, ha! We were pretty on-edge about it because the truck was sold in the expected As Is - No Warranty way that an older car from a private lot, nearly always is. We were bracing for a possible big brush-off, but to our delight, salesman Marc Bailey was very concerned, pledged to make it right, and did, which included a fellow named Johnny coming out to our home (twice) to install a new alternator and do an A/C recharge (plus a couple other smaller things).Cant recommend this crew highly enough - they are honorable, eager to please, and did things that technically, they may have gotten away with not doing. Will be sure to patronize them again and again!
This place feels shady from the first time you walk on the lot. I didnt purchase from here. The professionalism just wasnt there.
I can honestly say from the minute I stepped on the lot, I felt welcomed. Being a first time buyer, I was extremely NERVOUS but they made all that go away instantly! I wish I could give more stars!
Have known and dealt with these people for years. They are knowledgeable about their cars and their financing and will try their best to help you
Great deals and always willing to help you find the car you want.
Mission accomplished. We found a nice truck
Down to earth. Well, after 2 years of troubleshooting a bad coil.... Denali still is not right. Buyer beware!
Most horrific place ever ! Johnny sold me a 2007 GMC Seirra SLT that was messed up. He want a shade tre mechanic to work on it. The engine after 3 months needs to be replaced and the front end needs to be redone and the electric system is messed up. When having it for a short time he pretty much told me it’s my problem. Worthless and no heart when it comes to selling cars. A guy who is friends with him was told by Johnny that he wouldn’t even buy vehicles off his lot THEY ARE ALL JUNK !
Dont buy a car here.Drove passed and saw a car on fire more than once.
Typical used car lot. Wiling to negotiate but still leaves things to be desired
WORST DEALERSHIP IN THE WORLD. DONT BUY FROM THEM. MY PARENTS HAVE HAD TO GO THROUGH 2 VEHICLES WITH THESE CLOWNS. THE MOST RECENT VEHICLE KEEPS FALLING APART. DIRT BAGS THROUGH AND THROUGH...
Excellent customer service
I called about an F250 that they had that the salesman said that they lent out as a loner, because the first truck that the guy bought had broken down so they sent this truck out as a loner and when I spoke to him he was very rude and short and when he found out that I was a diesel mechanic he seem to be worried so I wouldnt recommend buying from this place.
Very kind individuals
Go see Johnny.
Great cars
I went back here since I had a good experience with Coliseum a few years ago, when I bought my wifes 2012 Ford Fusion.Whomever the salesman was today didnt seem to want to sell me a car. Came there this morning to replace a car that was in an accident recently, and was greeted with a stand-offish attitude. Then with the first car I wanted to test drive, I was informed that it was not ready for sale(even though it has been on the website for weeks now) And I started to inquire about another car, I was asked Are you going to buy a car today? My first thought was, dont you want to sell me a car? Im sure I was dressed presentable since I just came from my job. And not that he knows, but I was prepared to go to the bank if the numbers made sense. I do want a car to replace the total loss one...There is a car Im still interested in, so I might still check them...well see.
