Paid for a car that was not ready when I got there to pick it up. The salesperson had no idea it wasnt fully functional. The minor deficiencies could have been worked off within a wks time or less.

I bought a car there a couple of years ago and went back to get another one. The first car was great! I went back and me and my husband and got two more. So my SUV is doing good but my husbands motor went out not even a month after we got it😖Now its been sitting there over two months and its still not fixed and everyone acting like they dont what the he** is going on🤬

We had the intentions of buying a 2009 Hyundai Sonata today after seeing an ad on Facebook Marketplace posted by Tonya Michelle, a woman working at Showroom. She knew we were driving from out of town, a little over two hours with traffic. Unable to provide a CarFax, we asked her if there was anything we needed to know about the vehicle before making the trip. She reassured us that the vehicle was in good condition with the low miles. We get to Showroom only to find that the car, while it does have low miles, large pieces of paint is missing due to rust. She never once mentioned the rust and purposefully did not post pictures of the rust. When we told her we were no longer interested, she stated that “it’s not that big of a deal & maybe i should’ve mentioned that but we can just paint over it.” More so, we get there to find BOTH front tires of the vehicle are flat with the driver side tire so flat it’s nearly sitting on the rim. I would HIGHLY suggest shopping somewhere else.

The only place to go and get a good deal on a car under 20k. Very professional honest down to earth people at this establishment. I would recommend anyone to buy there next car from this place!

I bought a 2007 Mercedes from this business about 2 months ago and had nothing but problems with the car. When I originally looked at it I asked the dealer why the check engine light was on. He replied, Oh, its probably just a fuse. I will have our mechanic look at it for you. When I came back prior to me purchasing the car he acted like he forgot to have the mechanic check it out. He came back about 15 minutes later and said, its nothing major, just a fuse out. Two weeks and $2,000.00 later it was the fuel pump, sending unit, and starter. I came back to tell him about the issues and he said I should have called him. He took my number and said he would help me in paying for the fuel pump and would set his phone alarm to call me the next Monday and schedule an appointment for me to take it to his mechanic.Monday came and no phone call. I called him for the next three days but never received a return phone call. NOT good business at ALL! I will NEVER go back to this place of business and/or deal with this dealer EVER again. Stay away and BEWARE!

My car started falling apart the first day I got it I wasnt off the lot 24 hrs and all of the sudden it was As is. Also if you really really want a car and have the $ they will falsify you earnings and tell you what to say to the bank

Poor owner an co-owner sell lemon cars they patched up. They dont pay their employees well I was a master mechanic an he offered me 250.00 at end of a 72 hour week

This business have a woman name Jennifer working under the books while on social security benefits. She is very unprofessional and begs for money from the customers when they talking to her about getting a vehicle. I feel bad for the owner because if she keep doing that he will lose all his business and I know he worked hard getting it.

If there was an option for 0 stars, that would be my rating. I bought a car with less than 130000 miles on it and bought a 900 dollar warranty to go along with it because I dont trust car dealerships. Well, this place never put through my paperwork for the warranty, and I found out this car is a complete disaster. The warranty would have covered everything that is wrong with it IF they would have actually put in the paperwork on time. Since I now have no warranty, and no money to fix my car, I am stuck with a broken car and a lot of debt. Would NOT recommend ANYBODY to even think about buying from this place. I have been polite with them and all I have gotten in return is a big F#&! YOU. Wouldnt recommend having anything to do with them.

I brought an 2008 maxima from him. So when I got the car home, I didnt know it had that many literally I only drove the car three times. I had to call the insurance company to tow it back to the place to get it fix. They suppose to have take the motor out and fix the oil leak, put a new Cadillac convertal, plugs wires, and fix the transmission. When I got the car back it still had the same problem and an bigger oil leak. Whatever they did to my car it wouldnt go in drive. They knock the honey comb out thr Cadillac convertal. So I called the car insurance company for them to tow it back..... The guy wouldnt give me my money back, but he didnt have no choice. So I got my money and went some where else and got me a car. I brought me a 2007 Honda Accord that doesnt give me any problems at all and I have warranty on from another dealership.
