I do work as a Sales Manager at Stokes Mazda, but I am going to be blunt. Tyler Slawson, one of our technicians worked on my personal vehicle today. He was fantastic! He diagnosed and fixed the problems. It was not a Mazda. But that did not matter. He showed and explained to me in a way that I could understand what was going on. He is waiting on one part, not his fault. But Chris in parts found the part and will have it in a couple days. The way he treated me and kept me informed was just a great experience. No, I dont like spending money on repairs, Maybe I should have purchased a Mazda for a long commute to work vehicle. Thank you Tyler and Mac n Cheese. I want take any of my vehicles anywhere else for maintenance or repairs.

Tim in the service department has always taken EXCELLENT care of me. He is a clear communicator, prompt, thorough, and takes the time to explain and answer all my questions. He has even arranged, on more than one occasion, for my finished car to be dropped off at my office and the complimentary loaner taken away without me having to do anything but swap keys with the driver. My assistant owns a 2010 Mazda SUV, she unfortunately left a light on which ran the battery down, after a jump start she noticed that a message on her backup camera screen read take to dealer for reset.She took it to Stokes Mazda and without even running a diagnostic test on it they simply said that it would cost $6,000 to repair and that she should just buy a new car. Well it doesnt take a rocket surgeon to figure this one out, they saw an innocent woman come on their lot and they figured they could make a double profit by being able to make a trade, and get a very sweet used vehicle and sell a new vehicle at the same time...very very poor business ethics
This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Everyone was friendly and treated me like a human, not a number. They where honest and got me into a car I love within my budget. I will be getting my next car here!
Gotta tell ya, my experience buying a car at Stokes Mazda was unbelievable. Called up, asked for the car I wanted. Dropped by a week later after it got off the truck, and drove off with it. Chuck didn’t give me the runaround. Was transparent the entire process. Went above and beyond. Felt like family. I tell you what, this is the only dealership I’ll go to in the future. Thanks Chuck!
Outrageous Service ChargesThis place charged me $145 diagnostic fee plus $22 shop supplies fee for someone to hook up a computer and give me an outrageous quote. Shop supplies for diagnostic? I recommend another dealer for service. And I’ve called 4 dealers in the Carolinas, all quoted less for the repair than this dealer. Go elsewhere unless you’re desperate.
Q Was sent out to my home when my fob stopped responding and my key got locked in my car. The cut key didnt work so he had the use the door jam thing to open it. He was quick, gentle with my car, and informative about what to do moving forward. Thanks Q and stokes mazda!!
Poor ExperienceI called in twice with the year and model of my car and was told that they could update my infotainment system to Android Auto. I called in again this morning to confirm that they could do it and to make sure this was a good time and they told me to bring it in. When I dropped off my car I was then told that they couldnt actually do it on my exact model.Very frustrated at wasting part of my day off.

Jeffrey the sales was trying to sell us a car at one price but jacked up the price the second day I came in to finalize the deal and didnt run down payment that night like he was supposed to. Mike the sales mgr told me car price went up because it was the next not a real professional way you do business. Would never buy a car here.

I bought a Mazda CX-5 back in January 2020 from a FANTASTIC and OUTSTANDING salesman named Riley! If anyone is in the market for a Mazda or any other vehicle, RILEY was absolutely wonderful to work with. I came into the dealership Knowing exactly what I was looking for, but wasn’t quite ready to trade my old Jeep in just yet. Riley heard and understood what I was looking for, and did NOT try to sell me something else. This was my first dealer car buying experience, and Riley made it my favorite. I ended up closing a deal within that week and keys in my hand the next weekend. Funny how when you start looking for curiosity and end up finding the perfect car for the right price. The sales manager was also extremely pleasant to work with and very friendly (apologies for not remembering your name). Other staff members were knowledgable and answered all of my questions! After owning my Mazda for a few months, this was the best purchase and investment I have made beside my education.My advice, if it could change anything, GIVE RILEY A RAISE!!! Had a great experience here considering we were not planning to buy a car that day. Went to charleston for a day and decided to go look at a car they had on the lot and got there pretty late. Chuck was the guy who came out to meet us and the rest is history. The car had a chip in the paint which they offered to fix. Chuck got the chip fixed and drove the car over 2 hours to meet me in my hometown of Augusta to bring me my wifes new car later that week. Pretty happy with my overall experience with stokes mazda and would definitely consider them in the future.

Explained the negative equity in my parents car, was told no problem they had it approved, called three times to verify that we were good before I brought my parents up there as I did not want them disappointed as this year has been bad enough. was told yes everything was good on all phone calls made. Get there start signing paperwork and oh wait I’m sorry we made a mistake we can’t do it, are you kidding me???? Where was that no on all the phone calls made before traveling to your dealership, sorry but you will never get my business and my 1000 plus friends on Facebook will know to stay away! Bad business !!!!

My wife and I just moved here from Boston and one of our first tasks was to get a new ride. We always loved the design features on the Mazda small SUVs. We made our way to Stokes Mazda to test drive a few vehicles and see which one might fit our needs. We met our sales person, Adrian, who couldnt have been more friendly, responsive and patient. He really explained the great features that come standard with the 2020 CX-5 and answered all of our questions on both test drives for my wife and I. This is a lot of car for not a ton of money.They were busy at the time and Adrian was also trying to service another customer and asked if we would mind completing the sale with his colleague Riley. No drop off here, Riley, coordinated all of our insurance and finance needs. When we took delivery he made sure everything was perfect and thoroughly explained all of the features of this vehicle. We then sat with the office manager, Bonnie, who finalized all of our documents. This is a well oiled machine, they really understand what customer service looks like and I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone in the area looking for a Mazda. We love our purchase.

I have a 2016 Mazda3 lease that will be up in a few months, and I went in to Stokes to checkout the 2018 Mazda3 and the 2019 CX-5. Our salesman Chuck Meyer was excellent! I cant say enough good things about him, he was knowledgeable and worked to get us a good deal despite an uphill battle trading my husbands truck. If youre looking at a Mazda he is the person to see, Stokes has a good selection and Chuck takes good care of his clients. The price took a little work, but the experience and service was better than Id expected. Thank you for your help Chuck!
Finding a vehicle that fit our large family as well as our budget was rough. Riley Rauch was hands down AMAZING from start to finish. His service was personal and authentic we were treated like a friend not a sale. There aren’t even enough words to convey how much we appreciate Riley’s kindness and willingness to help even if he couldn’t make a sale. He worked so hard to get us into a vehicle when it seemed nearly impossible with our credit score. We will be returning in the fall to purchase again for my husband. You will not be disappointed if you purchase from this dealership.

The folks at the service station are excellent. They look out for you in every way. When we figured that the time on the work was going to take longer than I anticipated, they lent me a rental car without cost. They told me about a recall on my car that I had no idea about. And so much more. I love my Mazda and I am happy that Stokes is taking care of it every mile of the way.
Customer service was gutter trash, Very Unprofessional. I had to get up and leave; I was not feeling it at all. Wasn’t greeted by the salesman on the lot because they were sleeping. When I got inside, I got weird looks. Absolutely no welcoming feeling. Definitely looking somewhere else! They looked like they were there just to get a check and couldn’t care less about being there. My whole point is, Y’all need to GET IT TOGETHER.

We just purchased a new Mazda at Stokes. My wife hates the process and the whole game that usually occurs when making a car purchase and I can be very difficult to work with as a buyer because I also know the game and prefer to skip all of the B.S. . Our purchase from Stokes was easily one of the better experiences we have had. Chuck was our salesman and he did an excellent job knowing when to sell and when to be passive. We had some good laughs with him during the sale and appreciated his sales style. Overall it was very pleasant and low key. We strongly recommend Mazda Chuck and the Stokes team.
I leased a car from Stokes Mazda, and there was a time that I thought they were a bit crooky at the service department. You have an X but well fix it, no worries, and then being presented with a (relatively minor) bill for a replacement that from my perspective, may or may not have been truly necessary. In hindsight, maybe it just was, and Im happy to keep my car in shape.However, I had a one in 500,000 chance of having a car that had catastrophic failure, and here I was. The car wasnt even at Stokes, it broke down 600 miles away. Im not sure if Stokes had to give me a loaner while I figure it out; I dont think they did. They didnt even have my car. But they went out of their way to help, and they seemed to really care.I dont think it speaks badly of Mazda, it appears to have just happened randomly, and it was a huge anomaly. But I greatly appreciate the exceptional service for what I consider well above and beyond whats required, and I feel an urge to buy a car from them just because they seem to really give a ****. Good for you guys, I will recommend you to everyone I know regardless of whether I can find a Mazda that suits our needs, kids and giant dogs and all.

I always receive great service from Stokes Mazdas service department. The first time I visited I shared the problems another car servicing company told me I had. I had recently gotten a new car battery. One of the service attendants listened to me and then hooked my car up. He let me know that because I had a poor battery when I took it to the other company, it appeared to have issues. He let me know that everything was fine with my car.I never had a chance to review my service last summer. Heather was an awesome employee and took the time to explain each thing that needed to be done to my car. I really felt like she cared about me and my car repair needs. My car had to stay for a while and wait for a part to be ordered. She made sure to keep me informed of everything that was going on with my car.They always go above and beyond to meet my needs and they have reasonable prices. My most recent visit I got the oil changed. Wiper blades were put on my car by mistake, and I ended up getting them for free. I would recommend them to anyone with a Mazda.

I love my car dealership! The service department at Stokes Mazda is really nice, helpful, trustworthy and considerate. They have a great space for me to work, or relax while I wait for my car. I cant imagine bringing my car anywhere else. Brian and all of the associates are great. I have been bringing my out-of-warranty vehicle here for years and they always treat me like its brand new.
I got pulled over here for a rolling stop. The entry way has plenty of room for my car and 6 police SUVs. The lighting from the car lot and mazda marque was adequate for me to find my license, registration, and proof of insurance, it was also enough for the cop to search my vehicle for drugs. Id say my visit to Stokes Mazda was 5* since i was let off with a warning.Another thing to note is i recently purchased a car from Stokes Mazda, if the car buying experience is anything the same as Stokes Mazda id say again 5*.
