Bought gas here for 20 years and always treated well by manager and employees. Highly recommend.

Used to go here weekly. The last couple of months though though the pumps haven’t worked.

I use to love going here. I could fill up twice a week, get my receipt, and go on with my life. The last several times I have stopped in to fill up no one has been able to give me a gas receipt. Now I drive out of my way to fill up at another shell station. Hopefully, they can fix the problem with getting receipts.

The least creepy gas station around. Its well lit, the pumps arent trashed, and the store has a decent inventory.

Large parking lot to navigate. Lower rating due to fluctuations in gas prices. You have to watch this station for they love to pump up gas prices for no reason, often 5 to 10 cents if the wind changes direction. Theres 2 other gas stations nearby to keep them honest. Gas pumps are slow to fill tank though. Store is well kept on outside. Dont go inside much so dont know what they have to offer. Location is favorable at a stop light.

So tired of coming here and the pumps not working, the machines error out, or other issues. I hurt its a busy location but it seems every time I go here I use my weekly discount on gas, the machine stops at like ¼ gallon, and I lose my discount. Its not a big deal but when it happens over and over it really gets annoying. Will not be using this station any more.Journal Entry 9/18/2019:Ive returned out of desperation. Pumps still pump slow, but at least this time the gasoline didnt pump diesel and it didnt run out! Things are looking up guys.

Always a nice and cheerful staff. Usually best price and its always clean. This is my 1st choice if I need gas or snacks!

I love the location of this gas station, but it seems everyone else in North Chuck does too. The store is great, but it needs more cashiers working at once, the line is always LOOOONNNG! I only stop here when I need gas and can pay at the pump or in the middle of the night.

UpdateIt has been a week and the money they took from my cardby mistake was never returned. I wonder how many times shes gotten away with it....Terrible customer service. The cashier Tasia charged my card twice after not giving me a chance to put my rewards number in. She returned the transaction and rang it up again without letting me know that the money would not be put back in my card until after 48 hours. Then she told me that it was my mistake gave me the managers number the manager yelled at me on the phone kept cutting me off would not let me talk and then hung up on me.... do not pay inside if you want the cheap gas just pay at the pump.

They r the most economical Shell in Goose Creek, Low Country, and the sounding areas. their gas, somehow, last longer.

Often one of that cheapest in the area. Ive never had any issues with the gas. The station is only a few years old but its not the nicest in the area, but certainly not the worst.

Rude and disrespectful night service, I was very disappointed! All I use is shell gas and have never experienced this type of service at any place of service/business. I dont write many reviews but I found time... Service gets one star because I dont have an option to give less!

Either bad training or a horrible new policy. A couple days ago I went to this station to get some fuel and beer on the way home. I noticed a new sign on the door stating ID will be checked for alcohol sales for everyone, not a great policy but understandable. The cashier asked me to remove my driver’s license from my wallet where she was allegedly required to scan it. This does not match the written statement and theres no way Im going to allow them to collect my personal information. I do not and will not trust this vendor with my personal data for them to either loose it or somehow monetize it. Across the street is another station that sold me what I wanted without checks and a smile on their faces. MUCH better experience there. This Shell will not see me patronizing its facility again.

Nice sized facility with plenty of snack choice and drinks. decent carwash, plan on wiping car down after to get the parts not washed it is touchless wash

Great station but generally they are several cents more then the surrounding stations, super friendly staff and a great car wash.

The people who work here are always smiling, joking around and generally seem to really enjoy their jobs!

This is my go-to gas station. They have the cheapest gas in North Charleston (Murphys across the street competes). The store has a lot of options to eat and drink as well.

Staff nice but parking lot ridiculous to get in and out of as far as convenience. However the store was very clean and the staff was very nice so I suppose it was worth it

This is the 3rd time and last time I go in this station at 8700 rivers ave no. Charleston sc. The black lady manager is rude and obnoxious. She was arguing with the man in front of me over 18 cents. She refused to cash my $100 scatch card unless I bought $50 in new cards saying all they pay out is $50 max. And there was at least 8 people waiting to pay and leave
