Walmart Pharmacy at Centre Point in North Charleston is a quality pharmacy that offers good values. The pharmacists here are very knowledgeable and willing to answer your questions if you have any. I have had a really good experience every time I have been here.

Im travelling internationally and getting info and pricing on needed vaccines has been a huge headache this week. This pharmacy is amazing. Super friendly, helpful staff, I was about to pay out of pocket at a clinic but they were the only place I called that looked and told me my insurance would cover what I needed... saved me over $300!!! Thank you!

It would have been better if the greeter wasnt such a jerk. I asked him where were the handicap rider carts, because none were parked in at their evening entrance. Mr. Smart-ass tells me Im not the shopping cart finder. I have arthrist & walking throughout a super store is taxing. It would do you store best to keep this grumpy man off your doors in the evening. There were carts throughout in the parking lot & I found one sitting at the closed entrance. A simple call for the cart team wouldve been sufficient than his mouth😠

Really went down hill! Use to love this pharmacy! The head pharmacist is so rude and so are all his other employees.
