Stone was broken when installed. Jury is out as to how that happened since I made the mistake of not watching. However, we came to an agreement on a discounted price because of it. We were assured that they could fill it and it wouldnt be that noticeable. Wrong! For some reason they used a tan fill that makes it more noticeable. We pointed that out immediately but also made the critical mistake of paying in full. Now, Brian will not return calls or has every excuse to not correct. They also made a new cut when installed. They were going to come back to seal that but never showed up. Weve been patient but it looks like were stuck. Please see pictures below for our experience with this company.Update- after seeing my post Brian came out and looked at the stone. He shared he was getting a new fill in and would be back the following week (which ended up being about 3wks due to the supplier?). He had previously told me wed need to move the grill. He gave me 1hr notice and I am not able to lift a 200lb grill by myself so the grill wasnt moved so he didnt redo that area. Just what he could reach.Brian could you please respond to me about the new issue we have. We need to know what you used so we can fix it.
