I loved shopping for stone at Vitoria International! They had so many beautiful options, their inventory is amazing!!! I am so excited that I found this gorgeous piece there, I cannot wait to see my counters installed!

They had the nicest marble selection in town!! It was so hard to make a decision, but we found everything we needed for our home. One stop shop, highly recommend!

BUYER BEWARE. I received a quote from Vitoria. In the quote the sales person said that she wasnt sure we could afford to pay for the stone. I gave her no reason to say anything like this - I did not give a budget and said nothing about cost as I was solely looking for a specific stone. I also can afford to pay for the stone but sadly wont be spending $24,000 with her, I will happily give that money to another company. Shame on you for profiling customers Vitoria - if she did this based on race or ethnicity they have an even bigger problem on their hands. I like to give companies business who show respect for all people. Sadly Vitoria did not.

CAUTION. We purchased 3 slabs of quartzite which is not suppose to scratch or etch and our selection did both. If you don’t want your countertops to etch, stay with granite or have an independent stone expert verify that your quartzite selection is 100% quartzite and will not etch. Option 2 is to pay extra $$$ and have an epoxy coating placed over the stone surface. We loved the look of our stone so rather than tear out all the false quartzite, we went with Option 2 provided by a different company.

A great experience! The entire warehouse is full of a variety of beautiful slabs. They were great at answering questions about care/maintenance, durability, and pricing. The only negative was trying to narrow down a choice! Youll be glad you went to Vitoria!

While this business may have very good looking stone, do not do business with them!In good faith we chose two slabs of stone for our house we were renovating in Mt Pleasant, SC. The slabs were marked, the numbers written on our order, and we were assured they would be held for us. We chose a nearby fabricator and paid a deposit to hold the slabs.Now, several months later, the fabricator has the stone delivered to begin work on our house and the two slabs he gets are NOT the ones we chose. We picked two that were very light colored, consistent in appearance, and without any large distinguishing features. The stone delivered was very grey, and had a large pink vein running diagonally across each piece.They clearly sold our stone to someone else. When challenged all they produced was a photocopied bill, with the slab numbers delivered to the fabricator written across the bottom in a different color ink. Unfortunately they were warned we were coming to challenge whether the correct slabs had been delivered had had ample time to prepare the bill.We know this is a lie. We chose the two slabs precisely because of their color, consistency, and LACK of any large feature cutting across them! We even got a relatively large sample of the stone that looks NOTHING like what was delivered.We have sense heard a number of stories about how this business has done this to others.You either just need to stay away from these people, video them reading the slab number standing in front of the stone you pick, or take the stone with you.

I had a great experience at Vitoria. I went back a few times and the customer service was stellar each time. I met with both owners, Fabio and Adriene, as well as other employees and they were all very patient (emphasize patient because I have a hard time making decisions :-)) and super helpful. I really appreciated the time they took to walk me through, show me different options, discuss pros and cons of different stones and ultimately select the perfect slab for me. I am very pleased with the Stone I selected for my kitchen - it looks amazing - and would highly recommend going to Victoria’s!!!! Excellent service and high quality product.

Our company has worked with Vitoria International since they opened, fabricating in the Low Country for 36 yrs. We send all of our clients to them, their customer server is the absolute best in the state and the inventory they have is amazing!!I felt compelled to write a review after reading about the horrors of getting the wrong material installed...Vitoria is NOT the responsible for the material put into your home, your fabricator is.As a fabricator, I cant stress enough the importance of viewing your material with your fabricator once they have ordered & have your slabs delivered to their shop. After hearing the comment, after several months the fabricator had the slabs we selected delivered, I just want to scream, why would you think that Vitoria would hold your material for several months? They are in the business to sell slabs, not hold them; they hold slabs as a courtesy to us fabricators for 2 weeks, after 2 weeks they will notify the fabricator to either purchase or release the slabs so they are available for others to purchase. Its the responsibility of the HOME OWNER to make sure your slabs are ordered and delivered to the fabricator of your choice IN A TIMELY MANNER & also to view those slabs with you so that you know you are getting the right material...Vitoria is a whole seller to fabricators, they are not responsible for any actions taken by the fabricators!!!! If your slabs are not purchased when you select them, dont blame the store for selling your slabs to someone else who paid for them, blame your fabricator for not purchasing them when you selected them!!!Be smart about who you work with, ask questions, follow up & dont just trust us..actions speak volumes over words.I would urge all to visit this company & use your own judgement regarding Vitoria International, they are family run & wonderful company to work with, but they are not fabricators they only sell to fabricators, so please put blame where blame needs to be placed!!Continue the awesome work you all have done for the past many years & our company looks forward to continuing our work together in the future!!

Vitória International was wonderful to work with. A lot options of granite, quartz, marble and quartzite and the quality are outstanding! Adriene, Fabio and the whole staff are super friendly and very professional, answered all my questions. Very good prices too. I couldn’t be happier and more impressed from the start to finish! STAY AWAY! We went to Vitoria International LLC and picked out 1 large leathered slab for our kitchen. We were very specific on which slab we wanted because we did not want a lot of black spots on the slab and this one specific cut was exactly what we were looking for. When you go in they give you a paper to write down all the stones you like. We wrote down this specific stone by name then by lot and slab number. They then told our fabricator about our selection and we paid a deposit to hold the slab. As installation day arrives, I look at the cut granite and can tell off the bat it is not the slab we selected. I confirmed this with the paperwork I had from my original visit to Vitoria and then the invoice my fabricator had and the slab numbers were not the same. I called Vitoria and talked to Stephen, a front desk clerk. He told me that they spilt oil on my slab and sent a different one to my fabricator in the same lot. This made me very angry because I paid for one thing and got another with no notification, I felt as if I was scammed, if they would have called me I would have made another selection and that would have been the end of it but instead they tried to play it off and hope I did not notice. I told my fabricator to stop installation because I do not want the slab they sent. When on the phone with Stephen he told me to come back to Vitoria and they would “Fix It”. So I took off work and the next day came to their shop. I met with the owner Fabio and his wife, we flipped through the rest of the lot but I was not satisfied with any of the selection so just requested that I get a full refund and call it a day. The wife started to yell at me telling me it is almost the same slab, this really infuriated me and I started to raise my voice. We go back and forth then her husband Fabio yells over both of us and says you are not getting a refund- take the slab you originally selected (the one they damaged with oil) and that’s all we will do. Now, I am not taking a damaged slab that I paid 2 grand for, they made the mistake, I except them to fix it. With that they say they are done and walk out of the room leaving us no choice but to leave also. Please, save yourself the stress and go somewhere else… I wish we did!
