This is a great storage facility with both outdoor and indoor (climate controlled) units available in various sizes. The staff is pleasant. The location is safe and secured by keyed gated entry and keyed door entry.

This place is really nice and clean. The elevators are easy to move large items in and out. Its really easy to reserve a unit online. Due to the current social distancing guidelines, their office was closed to the public when I moved into my unit but Jaye in the office was able to walk me through the lease agreement on the phone. She was very helpful with setting up the unit! I really appreciate her help!

I just want to say that Im a firm believer in checking the way customers rate their experience with a business it gives you a good idea of what to expect in most cases.I have used a number of storage facilities in the last ten years due to my working abroad and most of them just want your money and good luck getting any type of service. My last few years have been with Extra space storage and while I have been with them service has been vary good and the units are clean and up to date in like new condition. The personnel have always been very friendly and cordial. I recently noticed my bill seemed off so I called and asked if there was a increase recently and the employee that helped Mr. Norman seemed all to ready to find out what it was and he would get back with me shortly, after about an hour Mr. Norman sent me an email letting me know that yes there was a change and the reason I missed it was because my address changed but he was able to give a discount of half the increase, which goes a long way when youre talking long term. Thanks Mr. Norman for going above and beyond the call of duty all the while being so polite and reassuring to maintain the customers loyalty, thank you because my next move was going to find a cheaper unit. They care about the customers at Extra Space .please give them a try.

This was a very clean facility. Norman was a great help. Very fast very reliable. Only thing is they close at 10 p.m. so make sure to get in early

As far as storage goes, it’s never fun but this has been the best experience I have had storing my extra stuff. I am out of town a lot, and when I received a call that y lock wasn’t working I got worried. Diane ended up getting me one of their locks and the problem was solved. Later down the road my card wasn’t working. Not a problem, they called me I gave them another one and everything was fine. They weren’t shady, they weren’t rude. If you’re far away the last thing you need is issues with storage. These people are helpful and friendly. I highly recommended them to anyone in need of extra space.

Fast setup, friendly staff, affordable climate controlled storage (cheaper than a comparably sized non-climate controlled unit at my previous facility- including insurance!) Would definitely recommend!

I searched 8 spaces to park my trailer, some way or another, there was something unsettling with each one, until I walked into Extra Storage and met Trish. She gave me a run down of the facility and a tour to see my space which was exciting. I signed up right away. Getting this space released a lot of pressure I had in finding a good safe space. Great service! Was looking to get into a small storage unit since I was moving into an apartment. Diane was very helpful and showed me multiple units. The site is very clean, super affordable (relative to market), and easy to get in and out of. Cant recommend them enough.

Ms. Jaye was very informative about the storage units and was able to help me with the untis that is best for me. She was very knowledgeable about the fees, rules and regulations and I am very thankful for Ms. Jayes expertise.

Needed a storage space right when I got into town! Haley and Extra Space Storage not only made that happen, but they had the exact size of unit that I needed! I am a repeat customer with units in other cities and am Very satisfied with them as well!

Walked in and immediately was greeted and helped. They have an excellent facility that is climate controlled, clean, and safe. This location has everything needed to move pack and store properly. You can take a tour and view all sizes of units. They have a fantastic layout as well as multi-floor availability with huge elevators to help. They even have on site moving hand-trucks. I really liked this location because of how easy it is to get in and out with moving trucks. You can even see the eco-lab traps they are required to have and this is to assure any pests are take care of. Units inside are all climate controlled and under a code-entry system as well as video surveillance at all times. Go take a tour I promise you will be sold! The prices are amazing and first month is free!

Great storage facility, cleaner than many other places. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are on par with other Charleston area facilities, which in my opinion is a little high. Having an indoor 3rd floor unit was great during the hurricane season, I knew my stuff would stay secure and dry.

I am thoroughly pleased with how welcoming and informative Hayley was when I was purchasing my storage unit. She even took me up to view it before signing anything to make sure it would fit my needs. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I have had to use storage places before but this time was one of the best. Travis was the one who helped us and he was friendly and didnt get annoyed with all my questions. He was also very knowledgeable. He was so patient with my son who talks a million miles an hour and tells you everything and asks a million questions. Will definitely use them again if needed.
