We were visiting Charleston; my husband needed a replacement part for his CPAP machine. On Christmas Eve, everyone went beyond the expected to help him. We appreciate their efforts!!

We were visiting family in North Charleston during the holidays and my husband realized he had forgotten to bring the water chamber for his CPAP machine. The machine will not work without the chamber. He started calling suppliers on December 24th at 8 am.After several calls with no help in sight, he called Special Care Medical. The customer service representative told him that she would contact the office in North Charleston and see what could be done.Within thirty minutes, she called my husband with good news. We went to the office and he was able to buy the water chamber. The staff working at the office were friendly and courteous.Kudos to Special Care Medical !Thank you.Janice Swearingen
