Was told I needed front end work done on truck. Totaled $3300right away went different mechanic. Needed $75 dollar part. Not the first time they tried this. Tried to give another chance after 10yrs, never again!!

They will not nickle & dime you with unnecessary parts/add-ons just to rack up the bill. That being said they do have to keep the lights on (as with any legitimate business) so labor can sting a bit. At the same time they have also Not charged me for telling me my tailpipe was loose!

I went in to have my tires changed after recently purchasing the vehicle. The previous owner of the vehicle said that the tires would need to be changed so I took it in. The guys at Mickey Franklin’s were completely honest and told me my tires wouldn’t need to be replaced for a while. They could’ve have easily have charged me for tires I didn’t need, but they didn’t.They even rotated my tires for free! So grateful for their honesty and for how amazing their service is!

Couldn’t respond to your answer so I will respond here. These wheels were factory from Polaris, this is the first set of tires being installed and offset would be what Polaris installed. There was and is no damage to the inside lip, I would be more than happy to send pictures along with the damage caused to the barrel. There is nothing wrong with my control arms and no rubbing has occurred, I believe you’re receiving false info from the tech. As for the first set with the cracked wheel, I was never notified until it was paid for and I was picking them up in the parking lot and the tech asked if I knew the wheel was cracked.I have nothing to gain from this review, I have not asked for replacement or money back or anything, I just take pride in keeping my things nice and when it is damaged by someone out of my control it is frustrating. Just wanted to let the business owner know so you can keep an eye on it in the future. I must say your staff is always very friendly and I would compliment you on that but this isn’t the first incident.

3rd time is the charm! Not one to write bad reviews but have given this place more than one chance. 1st incident was over 5 years ago when they installed 3 36” tires and 1 38” tire on my truck which caused differential failure. Second time I took some atv tires and wheels in to have tires swapped out and rim came back cracked, they said it was like that, can’t confirm for sure whether it was or not. However this 3rd time I took another set of atv wheels in for the same service and received all 4 back with deep gouges in the back side of the wheel, even sliced my hand open getting them out of my truck. These wheels were in like new condition with no issues before I dropped them off.I will find somewhere else to perform these simple tasks in the future!

This shop is professional, fast, courteous, & trustworthy, & clean!! I had air leaking from my tire due to a bent rim. On a Saturday, I felt hopeless thinking that everything was closed. I found this place open until 2 & I called 1 hour before closing & made it in by 1.30. Sergio Greeted Me & made sure I was taken care of right before close, although he was not accepting new orders he made one exception. It was a huge relief-- Customer service like this, humane!!! Do not go here. I came in to see if they could lift my van, they said that they could and recommended a specific kit. After buying the kit with wheels and tires all myself (because they never gave me a quote after I asked for it is twice) I called to ask about labor. The associates answer went from 12 hours to 5 hours in the course of a minute which seemed untruthful. He asked if i could bring it in to look at the components. Why does he need to look at the kit when he was the one who recommended it, all of the components are listed online. I told them its a lot to bring the 100lb kit and 350lb wheels and tires to their shop just for them to look at; when ive been to their shop before and have been in frequent contact with them about it. Sergio kept rudley stating that he goes by the book and cannot make any shortcuts with labor, so when i asked for a copy of the rates for services that they provide he would not produce it. I was not asking to make shortcuts, i was asking for HONESTY.The manager, ron, went on to tell me that it is what it is and that they purposely INFLATE PRICES AND COSTS. I dont know why he even told me that, but I told him that i was fine with whatever labour rates they had but after a very rude interaction with their associate that i will not be doing business with them. Shouldve read the other reviews before coming, my experience is not different than many others. Thankfully their shop is a dime a dozen. Now watch how their response will be very catty and not addressing the issue i presented, rather how theyre sorry about how I feel. Just bad business man, cmon.

Every time I come here I am treated like I have been coming here for years, even though I have only been there a handful of times. The prices are more than reasonable and the workmanship is on point!! Serge, who is always there greeting you with a smile, is always more than helpful. He took his time to explain several options, provided rough estimates (for future work) and he was HONEST!! I asked him to do a complete check of my vehicle and to do what was ever necessary. I was surprised when he told me that all I needed was an Oil Change, tire rotation, and an alignment. All of this was standard Maitenance. I basically gave him the opportunity to do whatever he felt I needed and left there with exactly that!! Five stars for sure!!

These guys have been taking care of me for over 15yrs. Whether Im buying tires there and having them installed on trailers, trucks, suvs, cars or bringing them tires to install on drag wheels, never had an issue. No hidden charges, no surprises and short of buying the equipment and doing it yourself, theres no place more affordable. Honest garage with excellent work product! My husband told me to go to Micky Franklins on Pondella to get a quote for brakes, timing belt, my A/C and a few other items. I went down on Saturday morning without an appointment and they took my car. I knew that there was a ton wrong was expecting a quote of over $2500 (what I was quoted by the Kia dealership). Well, not only was the estimate WAY under that but they even fixed that day! They stayed open late just to get my car done and saved me about $1500 bucks! My car is running better than ever. Just went for a flat repair. After repair was done I had to tell someone that my Lug nut cover wasnt replaced. Then when I got in my vehicle tire pressure was low on that tire and there was no valve stem cap! Couldnt do a simple flat repair would definitely not come here for major auto repair or work!

I had purchased new rims and tires with new tire pressure monitoring system sensors installed at another tire store. In order for my TPMS to work properly, the sensors must be calibrated to the system. I did not have the tools to do so. When I took my Honda Odyssey to Mickey Franklins, they did it for me. When I asked what I owed them, they did not charge me. I appreciate their courteous and quick service.

Unfortunately they could not get the tires I wanted in time so I purchased them at COSTCO. Even though I did not buy them here they mounted and balanced them according to my standard, which is nothing less then perfection. They did an excellent job. The service manager was VERY professional and polite. Was in and out in an hour. I feel confident that i can recommend them with confidence.

I highly recommend this place. These guys are always very nice and work me in. I trust them with my vehicle. I bought aftermarket wheels for my grand Cherokee and only trust them to rotate and balance my tires. I have tried other places and they cant seem to get it right which is why I go back to this place.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. They are better than having family in the business, BUT treat you like family. Actually they treat me better than family. Tires, repairs, service, what you need, they will exceed.

They say 1st come first serve. I was first one there, 2nd in the door though. Told them I was leaving next morning to go north. 11:00 I didnt hear from them so I called. They said I was next. 2:30 I still hadnt heard, so I drove there, and there was my truck....some spot. Went in told them they screwed me, now I had to reschedule my business meeting up north. I ask for my keys, they said I was next. Saw different cars and people go through. Needless to say I was upset, manager said it is was it is. I took it elsewhere. As a business owner I would never recommend them. Period. Take the Christian speech off.Your response was an excuse. 2nd, the guy in front had a fairly new truck, for a break job. He waited for it. That was 8:00. By YOUR policy, I was next. 2:30 you still said I was next. My truck never moved. There were people in there waiting on their vehicle that werent there earlier. No I cant judge salvation, but I can look if there is fruit. That is why above i made that statement above. Since I own a business, Im familiar with service. In your response to me on this post, you still shifted the blame. As I told you, lack of integrity. Couldnt just admit you screwed up. I wont respond again, so say what you want.

Came in this morning because of a screw in the center of my tire. This shop is very warm and inviting, staff was in a good mood. I didn’t get his name but the young guy who checked me in was great, very informative. He gave me an estimate on four tires from lowest to highest which was refreshing; I had options instead of one set price like I’ve experienced at so many other shops who were quick to dismiss me. Ron was extremely pleasant and discussed how I should get at least two tires to prevent excessive wear, but he still patched my tire today and alleviated any concerns that I had about blowing out and crashing. This shop is great - they don’t pressure you into things which says a lot since many other shops will rob you blind. By the way, when all was said and done they didn’t even charge me for the patch. I will never go anywhere else, you earned a loyal customer today. I could not be happier after being turned away by two other shop this morning who couldn’t see me without an appointment.

I came in and they were the only tire repair company who claimed to be able to get me in and out in one hour for a tire patch. Very disappointed when I came back an hour later and no work had been done. I will not be back. I hope moving forward they will be more accurate when representing wait times to customers.

My old repair shop I went to was charging me a lot of money and problem was not fixed. and not done right. I went to Micky Franklins told them the problem. they looked the truck over and showed me all the things needed to be fixed. and found other parts that the old shop never checked. they even found some wrong clamps. they worked with me and help me to get it all right. I was told I am not the right customer for this shop because I was unwilling to continue to believe their false advertisement of first come first serve. When I came to pick up my car, the parting words were, Take it to the dealer. You will have to wait two weeks for service. Ironically, I have gone to this auto shop 3 or 4 times in the past two weeks, and my car sat in their parking lot for a combined 3 days and was not serviced or diagnosed. Dont be fooled by their old reputation. Irresponsible with your time and property.Colt, in response to your explanation. I took the vehicle to an auto shop today and the problem was resolved in less than one hour, and I was there as a witness to see what was done to my vehicle. In fact, there is evidence that one original honda part was replaced by a cheap part during one of the times my car was taken in for an oil change. And guess where I have taken my car for oil changes in the last two years? Your shop. You should take my review and complaint seriously.The problem was diagnosed and solved in one hour, and there is evidence that original parts from my vehicle were stolen in your shop. Grand theft is a felony in the State of Florida.

Got a leveling kit put on my 04 ford ranger and they said it’ll be ready by noon at latest the next day but wasn’t ready until around 3 (not a big deal) but after the fact they said it need to be aligned so of course I said to do it just to find out when they were done they said it needed something so I can get a full alignment after I already paid the 100 for the alignment. Would have been nice to know before so I could have done that before or just not have gotten it aligned until I bought the part. I also asked for my alignment papers to see how far I was off and asked multiple times and kept saying they’d text it to me... hint hint never got it. Then they said my fuel injector #5 was leaking and it’ll be around 300 to fix at this point I didn’t trust them so went to my trusted michanic and quoted 190 for the injectior and turns out was only the orings that need to be changed and fixed my problem. And my leveling kit was just about $140 when I find MUCH cheaper kits of good brands for half the price around 550 for just getting it leveled not fair should have went somewhere else

Never come here... they have been working on a Jeep for half a year already and somehow it got stripped which they are held responsible for... DO NOT COME HERE unless you wanna waste your money to not get anything fixed. Horrible service they suck.

I went in because couldn’t get my brake lights to disengage which drained the battery. To my surprise the gentleman there immediately took a look, found the problem and immediately replaced the small broken plastic thingy that was broken. Asked how much? Nothing they said. Amazed in this day and age and they will become my go to guys.

I know Mickey Franklin personally and now have met his son who manages it . I recently broke down and had it towed there . They were very kind and courteous . The price was right on and done in timely manner. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Dont go here!! They will only offer the most costly fix available, that you probably dont even need!! I stopped in hoping to get an estimate/diagnosis on a noise in my suv. (I had my two year old son with me) As I walk in the guy at counter was on the phone, he wouldnt make eye contact. .no greeting. .nothing! ! All the other employees turn their backs to me and disregard my existence. So I took a seat in the lobby(watched the service guy trick an elderly lady out of her core fee return on her battery )classy folks!, finally after waiting 15-20 minutes for the guy at the counter to get off the phone . I approached the counter again, everyone diverts their vision from me. So I asked does anybody work here? They were no help what so ever, they were clueless what was wrong with my truck and were only interested in doing a bunch of costly/unneeded repairs on my transfer case. Long story short. .I pulled two fuses and fixed the problem myself! No $1000s spent!! No thanks to this classy rip off establishment!!

Never come here. Went for new lift, tires and wheels . I told the Sergio one the service advisors :For this package, the wheels and tires were the wrong measurement and wrong tires so they rub On my truck another employ mechanic said its ok we can just cut the frame to fit tire. Are you crazy!!! I Complaint Colt a supposed owners son.We did not come to an agreement. So my truck left over night to return the tires wheels that did not fit in the first place. Came back next day to pick up truck and my truck is all scratched up, the more I see my truck the more scratches I find. I complained to Colt and he just gave card to get my scratches fixed, Im like wow really ??? This is a newer truck please be very careful these people must have complaints but people dont come forward with them.
