The customer service is superb. There was no wait, immediately helped and a huge selection!! We are visiting from out of state and this will be the only bait shop we use from now on. We were beyond impressed! Very nice employees!NEW OWNERS and they have done many updates!!
Nice people here. Clean Bathrooms and ni e Hot Showers
I think they have a new owner, was in while they were remodeling. i asked to buy 1 carton of worms and the credit card machine wasnt installed yet. so the new owner gave me 2 cartons of worms, just said stop back by. BTW i caught at least 24 fish with those worms. give them a chance, seems like new friendly owners!
Everyone helps each other.Drama free zone..Close to bars and restaurants.
The marina is really poorly maintained and a lot of poorly cared for yachts. Poor lighting on docks and pricing is too much for quality of marina. For price you can get a lot better somewhere else.
Its coming up a better placeI think
Great location, mediocre execution. This place could be really nice if they improved the common facilities, had proper wiring (beakers trip throughout the night), and the wifi worked well on the outer slips. Hopefully the new ownership will turn it around.
Nice people. Motorcycle broke down, and they had no problem letting me park there for a few til I could come back for it.
A real run down marina with a lot of derelic boats that people live on ight be good as a transient 1 day stay ace but thats about itOnly in an emergency would I personally use that at ace. Take a look for yourself it speaks for itself BAD
Awesome place good, friendly people and good surroundings, good bait, tackle, poles,
Good people live here. Great management. All electric on dock works as far as I can tell. They need a stockade fence to block view of trailers and boats they store this would also bring noise of highway down. very shallow. WiFi iffy. I dont believe they have pump out and no grills. No fuel.Nice little bait shop
The tenants there are good people, a locked gate makes the docks secure.. That is the end of the good points. If you can find a slip elsewhere take it. My lease was terminated because I got sheriff involed when the staff was illegally parking in the handicapped parking spaces. Sheriff told me to fight them in court, felt it was time to move on.
Anytime youre closer to the water youre closer to paradise. The dock is small. Some sea walls have been repaired/replaced. The people in that area is the need for more security cameras/security personnel.
Most of the time theres this one older gentleman that is super nice and helpful. And I Love his dog, she is a sweetheart.
This marina has a family atmosphere with friendly helpful staff 😊 Just what we needed to relax with our beagle Dawson on our sailboat!! Very safe with locked gates.
Best place to keep your boat on the caloosahatchee
Had the bait i needed and where helpful
Nice little bait shop
Great place the beautiful lady who attended us was so friendly 😊😊 will go there again!!!
Very friendly employee, good pricing and convenient location
Well run. Safe place
The TRUE Prosperity Pointe MarinaAs a tenant of over four and a half years, these are some observations that I have seen during my stay at Prosperity Point Marina. The docks are in bad shape. Most of the electric pedestals for shore power do not work or are in disrepair. Boat owners need to drag extention cords across the docks to other working outlets presenting trip hazards. Several people have tripped on uneven docks or power cords causing physical injuries requiring medical treatment. The owners have been very slow to repair any item and some issues have been going on for an extended period of time. The seawall is in a bad state of disrepair with bolts coming loose and nuts falling out. Some of the floating docks are coming apart at joining sections with connecting rods coming out causing the dock to buckle at points. Several boats have sunk leaking oil and fuel into the water with no containment booms being put into place allowing the contaminants to foul the Caloosahatchie River and all the fish and wildlife in the water. As far as I know, the proper authorities were not contacted to deal with the issue when they happened. Several derelict boats are roach and rat infested which have caused other boat owners problems. The large fenced in storage yard has a light that does not always work. The perimeter fence is pushed down allowing people to come and go as they please. Some stored boats have been robbed--including ours. As far as stating that the marina is a safe, family oriented place is misguided...the marina is in a area of North Fort Myers that is crime ridden with prostitutes, drugs, burglaries, etc. The owner rents out unregistered boats to sometimes less than reputable people including a registered sex offender and other known criminals. There are no handicap facilities at the marina except for two handicap parking places . Boat owners struggle to bring aboard supplies with no handicap ramp and have to negotiate steps with wagons and shopping carts to bring in groceries/supplies. The owner states that the business was grand-fathered in and does not have to have handicap facilities. To me this states the owners do not wish for disabled people to visit or live at their establishment without undue hardships. If youre a fisher, youre out of luck. You cannot fish or cast net from the docks and the bait store first opens at 9 AM weekdays..Joni EvansUS Army Disabled VeteranDeborah A. Cerniglia
Horrible customer service. drunks and drug dealers live in the marina along with felons who keep guns onboard their boats and threaten to shoot you. All human waste from the boats does not get disposed of properly and goes directly in the river. Horrible place to stay.
Nice little Marina right on the caloosahatchee.
The owner is not nice. you have to be in his clique to be accepted in his marina. He refused to accept my rent because I help my brother in an emergency who was exiled from there because he couldnt afford the outrageous rent
Simple and clean marina, with affordable prices.
Pulled up in my boat, grabbed some shrimp and worms, and was on my way!
Best kept secret in the Fort Myers area.
Friendly helpful staff
Good live bait shop
Quite and clean
Shady guys working in the bait shop.
Beautiful place
Westcreek circle
I noticed it was not very stocked, but nice and if you want live bait and other supplies before going fishing this is a good place
