I called in to get some service work performed and talked with Andre. What a great guy. He informed me on everything I needed to do and arranged to have the boat picked up for us because we didnt have a trailer. When it was ready, he made had the boat dropped back off to us and everything looked great when they were done. Great place to go for sales and service.

Our experience with Ingman was unparalleled! We began our search with minimal knowledge and experience, searching online and getting word of mouth recommendations from neighbors. Ingman Marine was a name we kept hearing and we were not disappointed. Our first experience was by phone, where our calls were returned promptly, so we decided to check it out in person. Again - we were very pleased with Taylor, who answered all our questions and gave recommendations and suggestions which led us to a perfect fit for our first boat. We had our first outing with John, who was patient and informative - making us feel very comfortable and guiding us through every detail. My Husband and I recently bought a boat at Ingman and we cant’ say enough good about the whole experience. They are a great group of people. From sales to trial run to sealing the deal. They are patient, honest and have stood by what they say. John was amazing on our trial run and Andre answered a lot of question. Jared bent over backwards to help us, Ernie explained everything there was to know about the boat and did a great job at installing our GPS. Henry gave us a great deal. Jared and the staff there went above and beyond including staying late and helped us get into our new boat so our kids could start making memories as soon as possible. Just completed the purchase of a Bennington Pontoon boat from Ingram Narine. Negotiated the deal over the phone & internet due to Covid 19. Worked with Larry Storm at the Port Charlotte location - he was honest, straightforward and I was able to strike a fair deal (thousands $$ less than Marina Mike’s). Won’t take delivery till sometime in October and I will be sure to update this review after I take delivery. Up to this point, Ingram Marine and Larry Storm are great to work with and I rate them a solid 5 stars.

Purchased a brand new Hurricane 2486 SD $70,000 boat from Ingman in August of 2019 and I am still waiting for multiple repairs to be completed that should have been done at delivery, almost one year later. Dont get any help, dont get any calls back, no one seems to care.Boat was delivered in unprofessional condition and efforts to resolve many many issues, not minor ones, has been very poor.

Make sure you dont pay fully until everything is done.Have some small chips in the gelcoat, brand new 24 ft. Sea Born, waiting for months to get fixed. Keep putting me off.Boat was poorly detailed and poor caulking job. Was told the boat wouldnt need a jack plate and it does. Had to readjust the trailer bunks.

Hands down worst customer service Ive EVER seen anywhere . If I could give zero stars I would . Saturday May 19th 2019 we went boat shopping and looking to spend around $40,000. We are out on the lot and not one sales person comes out to help us. Okay thats fine we can look but now we have questions so after we look around, we go into the store. An older man is staring at his computer and doesnt even acknowledge us and the only another man wearing black dress socks is in his office with his feet up on his desk! He says hi to us with his back to us and his feet still up on his desk! (mind you his shoes are off thats how I knew what kind of socks he had on.) Thats it, neither one came out of there offices, they both completely ignored us. I said wow really nice customer service loud enough and still nothing! We stood in the show room not really wanting to leave when finally We said okay lets go!!!!!! I really wouldnt waste time or money here, they obviously dont want to sell you anything, apparently they have more important things going on then helping the ONLY customers there ! Yes, we were the only customers there. As a manager at a very large financial company I am completely appalled. You lost out on a sale today as the boat we had been looking for was on your lot ! We were prepared to purchase her today!

Jared Brimer and Mark Burpee, at the N. Ft Meyers location, gave me an outstanding price quote on a new 2020 Sea Hunt Gamefish 27, that I ordered pretty well loaded up with options. They beat everyone else’s quotes for the exact same boat, ... hands down. They bent over backwards to support my requests w/ Sea Hunt, and I’ve been thoroughly satisfied throughout the sale, tech support, option installations, and first service. The entire staff at that location does a fantastic job. From electronics, service, parts, to boat delivery/launch and learn, they had me covered. The Sea Hunt runs great and performs as expected, with no unpleasant surprises. The boat is a good as the dealer that sold it to me.I’d listened to a few horror stories about Ingman Marine before I bought, but I experienced nothing but AAAA++++ sales and customer support. Those guys are GREAT, and I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Stopped in to purchase a 20’ pontoon and didn’t get much service at all they were very slow at helping and looking at my old boat for trade in, was very displeased when I called a year later to see about getting warranty service on a sylvan pontoon I bought somewhere else [because of their very slow response ] and I left my number and still never got a call back ! Wow not a good place to do business.
