My favorite game stop to go too. The staff is very kind and understanding. Theyre very knowledgeable about their products and even stuff they dont have. And Ive found that if they dont have it in store they can get it for you. Prices are always great and the return policy, which Ive only had to do twice in the years Ive been going is a seamless and painless process. Me and my kids go here often to find the best games at the best prices for a store.

The staff here are helpful, knowledgeable and determined. I was in looking at PS4 games and being a huge fan of Doctor Who, I was checking out the POP collections and the assistant found my very first POP: DAVROS. Whenever I come in I find what Im looking for and if not they tell me which store has it next.

Casey & Steven were great. Only been to this location a few times but they quickly learned what I like and provided me with a great shopping experience every time. Also got some free goodies from Casey today because both employees remembered how much I like Overwatch! Surprisingly thoughtful and friendly staff ! Feels like Ive been coming here for years. Always a pleasure to visit my GameStop. Awesome manager and employees..sometimes im tired and grumpy and when I visit he always turns my experience to a great day. Hes always super informative and definitely displays his love for his work! Hes definitely going places..take all my money! Lol

Really poor customer service and whoever I was dealing with (possibly Oliver because thats whos name is on my receipt and what appeared to be a manager on duty) basically refused to refund me due to a price discrepancy of what was posted on the games because the bar code stated that the priced ended on a previous date. Why have it marked that way if your unable to honor the pricing? Thats false advertising as well as your regular consumer is obviously not going to know this small detail. After going back in immediately after I realized that the pricing was wrong, he said that they did not need my card for a refund (that was fishy as well) and refunded a partial amount and recharged it. No refund was given for the incorrect pricing and I have chosen not to take my business back to them and have started a case with their corporate office because of how I was treated by the store associates. Thanks, but you guys really suck for not being an honest and friendly store.

Staff very helpful. Could not find game my kid wanted, but the young man there located another store near by that had the game my son wanted.

Always friendly staff that really seem like gamers. Prices are never special and i hate that they rip open games for security reasons which is crap. Just put one empty case out front and leave retail unopened ones in back. Problem solved. I only by here as absolutely last resort.

Fun and friendly place

I spent $130 today at this location, on games and a xbox 360 controller with a charging kit for my PC. I was wrongly informed that the xbox controller was going to work off the bat with just the charging kit. I am very upset with this misinformation. But, other then that nothing to complain about. Still disappointing but I 100% guarantee that my problem will be fixed by that staff.

I only have a problem every once in a while. But over all it a good place.

Expensive to purchase new and used hardware, software, and collectables. Dont expect a fair price when trading anything in. The price they offer to buy your stuff is so low that its actually insulting.

This GameStop does not sell buttons. I know that the GameStop near my home sells the buttons for $1 but Chris suggested that I go to the Comics And Games store to get my buttons for $0.50. This was false! I drove 10 minutes out of the way to buy buttons for the same price in a store that smells like feet and cat pee. Dont lie to customers Chris!!
