Heads up if you buy iced coffee here unless you put the coffee in ice you will be charged extra $0.30, also cashiers are very rude and disrespectful should probably go through more training! Sadly all race tracks are going downhill.

Not the best not the worst. They just remodeled the hot food section so I go in for pizza. They have a piping hot fresh pizza sitting behind an old stale one up front. Was told if I wanted pizza I had to pull from the pizza up front. I was like nah ill pass they can both sit there, or someone else can eat the old food.

Gas station n more..as long as you dont get the guy with the attitude behind the counter..its a nice place

Im beggining to notice that the race tracks were closing at 3 a.m. for 1 hour they claimed it was for reprogramming and then other notes at different stores would say it was for cleaning but it was only for one hour and then afford pick back up then after a while they begin to give these doors and the window where you could pass things through and actually still provide you some sort of service even though they were closed but Ive noticed some of the stores are gone from 3 now to 5 some dont open until 6 after they close at 3 and then I just come across this particular store and it was closed at 2 a.m. how long exposed for doesnt State doesnt have a sign on the door doesnt say its for cleaning does it say it doesnt say anything he just waved at me with a goofy smile and pretty much telling me that I need to go somewhere else well send covid-19 this is one of two stores that stay open all night I work at night and I take a lunch at night I still have to get everything I need in the morning or in the afternoon before I go to work because nothings going to be open as far as the hour to 3 hours various stores I guess they all have different rules based on their managers to kind of do whatever they wish since there seems to be no Regional manager who would be overseeing the stores are making sure that they were keeping a uniform type of action amongst all of them in one County or a city but I guess theyre allowed to do what they want to do individually even though its franchise whats up tonight is the last time Im going to stop at a racetrack I thought I saw in 45 minutes left or so before it was 3 a.m. that I can get something in here Ive wasted my time my lunch hour come to Racetrac and get something thatll never happen again youre lucky I gave you two stars!!!!

It says 24hrs but I went there at 1:50am June 6th and the doors were locked. I knocked and the bald guy in blue ran behind the door.

Time was about 10pm on april 22nd. Lady got mad at my fiance and I for using the catch tray to put melted iced cream in it. And testing another to see if it was working. Terrible customer service. Never returning.

Clean place and nice people at the registers

I just left the gas station after fueling up and purchasing lottery tickets. I went to use the restroom and it had a strap across the door, I asked the male employee If the restroom was closed and he answered, yes they are and proceeded to go in to use it. I noticed the womens restroom also had a strap across the door. I asked the female employee at the register if the restrooms were going to be closed all night. She said that I can go in there. It looks to me like the employees are just being lazy and dont want to clean the restrooms at the end of their shift. I hope management finds this review useful.

I come here almost every day. Employees are kind and helpful, restrooms are generally well maintained, and food/coffee is fresh and delicious. I drive all over from Sarasota to Marco for my job, and this is my favorite RaceTrac to stop at.P.s. love the rewards app.

I go in to get a Coke zero from the fountain machine and it seems like the salsa water was not mixing with the syrup very well so I dumped the soda and use the same cup for ice and grab me the two bottles of coke zero for $3.50 and the lady still wanted to charge me for the ice and when I asked her why shes upset and saying that it wasnt her fault the machine was not working but she still removed the $0.35 but it was very unprofessional she made me feel like if I was stealing because of ice

Nice location and very clean. Their ice cream is so good and they have a great selection of drinks and quick snacks.

Employees are sometimes polite and at other times curt. The store is maintained and cleaned well. However dont expect a large variety of beverages or chips in larger sizes. Too expensive. But what really makes me drop a star is I bought a coffee that literally tasted like soap. As in they ran a cleaning program and soap was still in the machine.

I love this Racetrac. So conveniently placed 2 minutes from my house. Great selection of different suns, food, coffee, and fountain drinks. Lets not forget the Swirl ice cream with the toppings. Love this place

Really bad service ...

The District Manager is excellent at customer service....In saying that, at this point in time, he is the only reason I make an effort to stop here anymore, and he is there in the morning typically.The normal business hours of 24 hours per day is falling short. I have made numerous attempts to shop on my way home after a long day (this is the most convenient place due to distance and safety) and I am aggravated at the amount of times I find it closed after 11:00 pm. There are handwritten signs on the door, which are extremely unprofessional and there are homeless people lingering around the store. The staff do not seem to be able to smile, at all, ever... Except the District Manager. And the cell phone usage in front of customers is appalling. I work in customer service, I deal with the public every single day. This store needs to have a meeting about service, treating the customer as a positive versus an inconvenience, to try to show some joy in the role they provide and to never be on their cell phone when the customer is waiting. I am highly disappointed at this point.

Went there to but a cold drink. Newly built. People are very nice and there is quite a nice assortment of quick food if youre on the run!

Very poor customer service. Also it is supposed to be a 24 hour store yet they have been closing at 12 midnight. Bathrooms are filthy the employees bring their kids in and keep them there... Is it a daycare? Or a store?

This is the second time I’ve had terrible customer service at this location.The first time I walked up to the register and the woman who was supposed to ring me up instead walked away from the cash register to refill her drink before she came over to take care of me. She didn’t care about taking care of any customers in the slightest and it showed and by the time she finished strolling back to the register there was a line of customers waiting for her to deign to wait on us.This time I waited at the register for a couple of minutes until a woman came over to wait on me and she was talking on her phone the whole time she was waiting on me and I had to repeat myself a couple of times because she was focusing on her phone call instead of me. Then when I paid in cash she closed the register without giving me my change at which point I told her to put her phone down and pay attention to me. I was upset because she almost stole $10 from me. She told me that I can go to another store other than Racetrac and I got my change from her and left.I can’t believe how rude and terrible the service is here. I’m disgusted.

They have fresh made subs similar to wawa. I had the mega meat ball and it was delicious. Only problem it was to big I needed someone to help me eat half. Lol I enjoyed it...

I have come here almost everyday since this location opened, as I love the surrounding RaceTracs. The coffee at the other locations is always fresh and all types available. This location is terrible for coffee. There only choice is regular coffee, and one container has soap bubbles in it... the other has floating chunks... When I said something about the coffee to the cashier, the trio standing behind the counter rolled their eyes at me. This is not the first time there hasnt been fresh available coffee. Or the first time the staff gave been rude. BEWARE: This new location is a bad stop if you go for coffee, drive 3 more miles to the other location.

I come way punta gorda just to come to this racetrac they have the best manager (chat and peaches) unlike other Racetrac’s they have manners and are very respectful they keep the store clean and up to par I have never had a bad experience here .. I travel to different Racetrac’s and have never got the treatment chat and peaches gives me.. I feel like family !! Keep up the great work girls

Okay so today I went to put gas and decided to pay at the pump so I didnt have to take my toddler out of his car seat. This is the second time I’ve used the pay at pump system and did not have an issue the first time I used the pump. Well today I tried to use my card and it declined saying insufficient funds, and never had that error EVER with money in my card. I then decided to take my child out and pay inside & after pumping and returning to my vehicle I grabbed my phone and saw that the pump tried to charge me $99 without my permission, and because I didn’t $99 in my checkings my bank did not let it go through. So sound like the pumps are hacked and I won’t be paying at a pump anymore ! Like I said never had that happen but thank god I didn’t have $99 on my checkings . I know when you pump it usually lets you swipe, choose card type and then put the pin and select the grad then pump however much YOU decide to put, just like the first time. That’s so sketchy . Thought I needed to raise awareness !

This gas station puts a $100 hold on your card before you pump gas. So even if you pump $26.00 of gas, your card shows a pending charge of $100. I won’t likely use Racetrac again.
