I only have great things to say about Ear Tronics! I have been a customer for over 5 years now. Kyle has always had time and patience with each visit, The lab is courteous and extremely helpful with any problem, I have been to their 3 locations and the office receptionists all all kind, friendly and very professional. When I go for my 4 month visit, I feel welcomed! Yes, they definitely deserve all 5 stars !

I am very pleased with Dr. Cooper and his office assistant, Sherri. They are truly professional, but still kind and patient. Since I had never had hearing aids, I had many questions, and they took all the time I needed, and I didn’t feel rushed. There are so many kinds of hearing aids, and so much they can do besides just helping you hear better. If you are considering getting help for your hearing problems, I encourage you to visit them before you de decide on any others.

Great experience. Both Sherry and the doc have hearing aids and, therefore, are very knowledgeable in the problems we who are hard of hearing have. They did a good job of explaining and offering options, and helping me make the best decision for myself. Best of all, they run their office on time! You just cant beat that combination.

Having owned hearing aids for twenty plus years, leasing them has become the standard I will follow and I encourage you to do the same. Batteries are a big expense, but are included with a lease program. Hearing aid maintenance is also a big expense after the first year, but that is included with the lease also. The College Parkway has service technicians who are courteous and prompt; usually fixing issues in less than an hour. Add to that the thoroughness of Dr Hooper(s) and their courteous staff and you won’t find anything better!

My mother-in-law has been going to Ear-Tronics for several years and they have been wonderful in caring for both her and her hearing aids. We have a contract for regular maintenance and care, but they have been completely responsive to our needs when the instruments have needed additional attention without warning. We normally go to the N. Fort Myers office, but have also been seen in Cape Coral. Our family highly recommends this company.

Hi, I went there recently because I had to cancel my appointment, met up with Sherri wiz kid she fixed me right up, cleaned up the hearing aids and hooked me up with my batteries. I am one HAPPY LADY, this is the place to by far.. Ill be back

I received my comPilot system a couple of months ago. The best system I’ve I ever had and at age 73I have gone through a few. The Ear- Tronics people are the best in my book. Having the phone and TV transmitted to my hearing aid is terrific! I could not have never dreamt of such a great use of technology for the hearing impaired.
