I unfortunately have had to seek out advice and help to my hearing problem. I have visited six hearing centers for help. Gladly I landed at Florida Medical Hearing Centers, located near the Publix in N. Ft Myers on Tamiami. I was greeted with a smile and genuine concern for my issues.. My hearing aids were not purchased from them but they welcomed me anyway, unlike several other companies. They indicated that their primary concern was getting me hearing again. I understandably had to wait for a fitting appoint....There was a minor snafu with the programming as his equipment would not recognize one of my aids....No problem for Jim...He called the manufacture and spent 45 minutes on the phone with them solving the problem...I am hearing again..Thank you Jim and staff for a wonderful experience... I have been in customer service all of my life and if you need hearing aids and excellent service with a smile....Give them a shot, I do not think that you would regret it.
