Definitely not crazy deals when you can purchase out of cash at least 300 dollars cheaper at Walmart for a TV. Then if you let it go on it cost you 4 times the amount anyways. So, glad we are done. This place is a scam. We had the cash to pay upfront, Id prefer Aarons or rent a center if you cant buy in full amount. Rip off period I only went through them as my friend use to be an employee. The place is a complete joke.

After shopping and waiting on furniture for nearly 2 months i found exactly what I was looking for and they had it delivered same day! This is a wonderful store with excellent customer service! Anthony was so very helpful with helping me look for the perfect couch. They offer fast, convenient delivery (next day for my purchase!) They have a huge inventory that is always changing, so go here when you are looking for furniture. This isn’t a regular discount furniture store experience! Here, you will be treated fairly and even the owner, in certain cases, will follow you home with your purchase! We walked in, were given time to look around, were approached by a sweet sales lady, and then left alone until we needed help. We left, then decided to go back and we’re treated even nicer than the first time. Thank you Mitch!

We had a great experience here. Got an awesome deal on a high end leather sectional, they delivered the next day (on a Sunday) and every person we interacted with was SO NICE. The delivery men treated the couch like it was their own. I would highly recommend this place! No frills but treat you like family.

Pretty much like a poor version of rent a center except they dont accept weekly or monthly payments very easy credit approval but cheap furniture would not waste my money buying here rent a center has nicer furniture if that says much very low end store prices are marked up extra high so they can reduce it for you to let you think your getting a crazy deal lol Id go to rent a center or anywhere else if your on a budget or in a bind dont get caught up in this very unorganized and unprofessional store wont be around long pretty much bet on it

Kelly and Stephanie are like the dynamic duo. Their knowledge and customer service skills are amazing. My son and I went in there after a long day of moving his entire bedroom around amd we were beat. We needed a new bed (and didnt know where to start or what we were looking for exactly). I went in lost and left focused. I was in and out of that store in literally 5 mins. The ladies cut right to the point with what they had and what the best deals were. Very misleading regarding financing. The owner lied about the payment! We asked him 5x how much the payment was going to be. He told us 208.00 when the payment came out of our account he must have forgotten to tell us its was 222.00 including tax 2x per month. So i have this sectional that i am paying 444.00 per month which makes me sick to my stomach. We are not fans of people who are liars. Buyer please beware of how much your payments are per month. The owner of this store misled us. He can keep his merchandise. Will never recommend this company to even my worst enemy😡

Found this store via let it go app. Anthony was my contact initially. He was beyond helpful. Then I spoke with Kelley, again, beyond helpful. Drove all the way from Lake Suzy to Ft. Myers. Was greeted by Kelley. She was courteous and helpful. Not pushy in the least. After we looked around she suggested we drive to their new location, just 3 minutes down the road. Great suggestion! We were greeted by the owner and his beautiful wife. We ended up getting the most high tech leather sectional for $1700 and a beautiful coffee table for $150. I looked at other stores and no one was anywhere close to their prices. We made our purchases on Saturday afternoon and they delivered everything today, Sunday. They called before and were abt an hour EARLY! Both of our delivery men were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and hard working. Great personalities!! I couldnt recommend the store and ALL the employees from my first interaction until my last. The furniture is beautiful, set up perfectly to exactly what I wanted and the 2 delivery men took away our old stuff for us. 5 stars all the way around. Thanks to everyone on staff that made this a very satisfying purchase.

Well it started out great. Just found out that I paid 2700 for used furniture. Now I have to take some responsibility but when they tell you that they are taking enough out to pay it off in 90 days dont believe them. We fell for that and now still owe 1500 on 900 stuff. Will not recommend business to anyone....

Exactly what you’d expect of any discount furniture place. Pushy sales staff, not very clean and very low quality stuff at premium prices. It looked like they had second hand mattresses from other retailers that they said were new even though they didn’t come with a manufacturer warranty.. Just do yourself a favor and filter the reviews to lowest rating and see what others are saying and how the “Owner” responds. It’s very telling.

Great store and great prices... The staff is great took good care of me down to the delivery guys... But please be careful of the company that they use to get you credit.... I know or at least I think the store is not affiliated with the lending company but please read and understand your contact...the girl who I made the purchase from explained everything about it but after shopping around I was at a whatever point... My credit is shot do to a divorce so I was happy to hear I got approved.... I was actually like hurry up and get it because they must have made a mistake....For some reason I thought I had 90 days to start my payments or pay it off within 90 days to avoid high interest.... The store told me everything but like I said I was so over the hole shopping thing...well the credit company started taking out payments 2 times a month... I called and they sent a copy of the contract oh boy they had me by the b#lls....if I dont make the payoff within the 90 days the $1.800 couch becomes $3.500.... please Google the credit company its no joke... Thank God Im going to be able to pay it off in time but if I didnt check I would have been screwed.... I still will shop there and if needed would use the financial company but I know what Im getting into... please Google the credit company they use and totally understand what you are getting into.... But still love the store ....

I just got a 65in Samsung smart TV from Crazy Deals. The girls took great care of me walmg me through the store, and Mitch held up to the name of the store and made me a crazy deal I couldnt refuse.

We bought a couch and a table from them. When it cam to delivery they were 3 hours late and I am still waiting on a bench for my table to come in and it has been two weeks. The prices are great though. And the employees were very helpful!***EDIT*** We have had the furniture for only a few months and part of the couch is falling apart and part of the table is already broken...cheap furniture...buyer beware...do not waste your money here!!!!

This experience has been a nightmare! The wrong couch was delivered at first and then it took forever to get here with the correct one .The financing was NOT explained properly and I complained. I am paying a huge amount of interest which was never explained. Their can say I signed a million documents but they were not honest or I would NEVER had financed at such a rate .They never explained the total amount I would be paying for a cheaply made couch They tacked on an extra month to pay . The whole experience has been a nightmare.The “ leather couch “ has yellowed and the “ leather “ has peeled.I told the finance company but they did nothing. Very misleading. Steer clear !

Would not recommend this place to anyone. We went here looking for a couch and they were selling the couch for $4,300 leather. We left there and went to rooms to go which had the exact same couch for $2,500. Same couch with same features way cheaper. They are not truthful in their prices. Do your research before buying here. Look up the furniture at other stores to get prices.
