I started by bringing one of my vehicles into the shop when I was in a pinch and now I send my whole family to Steve at North Hampton Service Center. He’s a family man that takes pride in his work and always gives me a reasonable price. I highly recommend him.

Short version: Steve is the MOST honest and kind person/mechanic I have ever met. Please give him all your business and tell anyone else you bump into.Long version: My husband and I are military, and as such we move around, a lot. Four times in 5 years. Soon to be 5 times in 5 years. With every move, one thing that is towards the top of the Not Looking Forward to this list is finding a mechanic. A GOOD mechanic. With each move I have been fortunate to have found one, though when comparing them to Steve? I am doubting my past fortune because hes that good. He cares about the person. He cares about their situation. He listens. Theres not a greedy bone in him. I had a complicated situation (because of the moving around a lot) that was the cause for my being turned away at 3 different auto shops, but Steve worked with me in resolving my issue, and I now feel at ease. Added bonus, EVERYONE in that shop is nice and easy to talk to (coming from a person who has difficulty talking to anyone). Go to this place before you go anywhere else. You wont regret it. ^_^ And please leave a review. Those who move a lot rely on reviews to get settled faster, and finding good places like this one relieves so much stress. :)

After getting the run around from two other mechanics, I brought my car here, they brought my car right in for a look, put it on the lift (which the other two neglected) Not only did they agree to do the work i know it needed, but they also checked the overall quality of the car and found another issue that needed immediate attention (a seized caliper causing break and tire issues) within a week it was fixed, After the alignment was done they showed me the print out of how off it was, and how correct it was now. Ive had the car for 10 years and dont think it has driven this well since it left the dealership. The guys there are really nice, attentive, and show that they care about the work they do! Customer for life!

I can not say thank you enough to North Hampton Service center. From my wifes suburbans fuel line to my life changing repairs to my 323I suspension and tires to making my 72 Cutlass purrr again thank you.. It is a shop I can trust to know how to fix them all.

Was hesitant about visiting this garage after the long time owners sold it to this new crew. They charged more than twice the national average for an oxygen sensor replacement. Charged $50 for the free engine light check! And the guy was an a-hole to me on the way out when I pointed out how out of line the bill was. Wont be back after 30 years using the place.

I went to North Hampton Service Center for a simple state inspection, the guys working there have a major attitude problem, they try to oversell you on things, then because i didnt go for it, they told me that they will fail my inspection for wipers blades unless I buy the wiper from them. I asked how much? They quoted me $45. I said that was high, what if i go and get the blades myself from Walmart and install them myself? They said they will charge me an additional inspection $20 fee for coming back to finish the inspection. I said that this was unheard off and never in my 40 years of driving i have seen this. Their reply was that they have plenty of customers and they didnt need my business. I said that just moved to the area and i was looking for an honest mechanic and this was not the way to build customer. My advice to customers, if you respect yourself and you dont like to be taken advantage off, please dont use this shop! There are many other honest people wordy of your business.
