Granite State Oil has been providing oil for my home for years. Although it is a one-man operation, I prefer him over the larger companies. I wouldnt rate one star but that is as low as yelp goes. I requested the oil be delivered on Wednesday so I could be there, instead they came Monday when I wasnt there. Its a one truck/one man operation and when he called, he really could have cared less. I wanted to put in a fuel treatment before the delivery was made, which is why I asked for the specific day to deliver. Well now comes round two, I confirm the price that they were advertising but I was billed higher, so I call again, why did you say one price and bill another? His response in broken English is the office is supposed to tell customers, they forgot whatever. He started cursing at me and that was the point I ended the conversation. Honestly, there are plenty of great oil guys on the seacoast, take your business elsewhere!

I had arranged delivery of heating oil and gave instructions to the rep. When they arrived they did not have the instructions and left without delivery. Upon calling I was meant with rude customer service and blamed going to my location for nothing. Thier price may be low, but the savings is not worth the rude, poor customer service.
