They where very knowledgeable and had great customer service. If you need gear for your next gig this is the place. I got some speakers and lights from them for a wedding. The equipment was great and the event turned out even better than expected. Thanks guys!

I rented a haze machine along w/ two lights. The haze machine worked properly only when being held manually. I now know it was because the time interval wasnt set correctly. I was asked howd the equipment work with no expectations of getting a refund, I explained how I didnt use the haze machine because I would have to sit and hold it for full use. The worker was very polite and helpful. He asked if I had time so he could check it out and see what may have went wrong. He seen what issues I was having and grabbed the owner. The owner was super rude and really nasty. He shrugged his shoulders scolded the worker for great customer service and said well the renter should know what shes renting. The worker had issues w/ the machine at first as well and to my knowledge the machine should have been preset on the proper settings. Again, I never asked for a refund all I wanted to do was be informative for the next renter. The owner then states give her a refund I guess... I dont know what for. He never addressed me as a customer! He made me feel like my experience didnt matter. Needless to say I was given half refund back reluctantly when all I really wanted was Im sorry your experience wasnt all that you wanted.
