Our firm, Haver & Skolnick Architects, has come to rely on Opus for all our clients audio/visual & home automation needs. Worst service ever! It would take too much time to write down everything but at the end I was sent 8 video tapes back while only one of them was half properly digitalized.Im always open and willing to understand if theres any problem but from the first contact they were very unfriendly, blamed me as the customer for anything ... and at the end I got charged for everything, never got an answar on my final email so this is the only way I can communicate.Sorry to write like this but I hope nobody else will experience all the same as I did.
