He took the time to understand what I needed and found the perfect car for my wife initially, then he found the perfect car for me! He is extremely knowledgeable about his products. Extremely good follow up, checked in a few days after the initial car purchase and checked in the very next day after the second car purchase. Extremely honest guy with no agenda except to get you into the vehicle you want and need. All the staff there are extremely nice and won’t push you out of your comfort zone. I know where I’m going for my next car purchase! Eddie their finance guy is also a pleasure to work with. I’ve been at dealerships where the finance portion would take 45 minutes with the same package being offered 5-6 different times. Eddie asks you once. If you want it he includes it and tries to get you the best deal possible, if you don’t want it, he will move on and not badger you like some other dealerships. Their manager Chandran also came out to talk to me prior to my departure. Was extremely nice and thoughtful. Couldn’t have asked for a better team for this car buying experience!
My 2017 328xi manual 6 speed had a long life of 15 years and 291,000 miles. Great car! It finally quit on me as the original, yes original, clutch seized up. I’m thankful Basel was able to show me a few pre-owned 330i’s in stock on very short notice. I’m loving my 2018 330i XDrive. I see the color as pewter although it’s called platinum-silver. My 330i on the left and my old 328xi on the right.

Worst service ever!! We purchased a used bmw 540i in August. Paid 52,000$ for it. At the time of purchase there was a very tiny scratch on the bumper, we were assured it would be taken care of no charge. We used our vehicle 3 weeks then made the appointment for the bumper. They took it in and after two weeks of us staying on top they finally said the vehicle is ready for pickup. When my husband went to pick it up it was parked in the shade so he didn’t realize the two shades of white.. our car is an eggshell white the bumper they put on was pure white. They also changed the original tires and put in used old tires. On his way back to work he almost had an accident because the tires they out on were flat!!!! Again he drove out of his way to go back and tell the managers. Manager also said how can they give this car to you like this it looks horrible! We will take care of it.. gave it back same day Oct. 1st. Got the same loaner back. We call every other day they keep saying it is ready we will call back for the time of pick up NO ONE calls back!!! We went last week to speak with 2 managers. They said they can give us the 2 payments we made and take care of the bumper job, we rejected.. We also stated that we only drove the car 3 weeks and that it has been in the shop for 40 days.Even that day they told us they will call back definitely to see what we can do but no calls!! we no longer want the vehicle back and went to attorneys for help on this situation.. If you are selling luxury vehicles you should stay on top of you employees and customers.This is no way to run a business. They are irresponsible and have no communication with their customers. Good Luck if you are thinking about purchasing anything from this dealer!!
Ive been to service department twice now and they have an extremely helpful and understanding staff. Most recently I got an oil change and as I was driving away realized I was low on gas and had to pull over nearby my service manager Allison and associate Todd were extremely helpful and came to my aid ASAP even though it was almost closing time. If I need nay further service Ill definitely be returning. Thanks!

Needed to go to dealership for warranty repair. Reception was very efficient. Loaner car was ready for me. Service agent sent text with phone contact and link to follow repair progress. Then it all fell apart. One week later the link still showed vehicle arrived and investigation in process. Sent a text, but no response. Called and got a different service agent. After few minutes wait was told investigation was done but no report yet. Two days later I had to call again. Told that they had confirmed the warranty repair to be done but had not yet ordered the part. Expected part by next day and vehicle ready by Friday. No call to confirm, so called again on Friday. Told vehicle not yet ready and needed until Monday. Still no call on Monday, called on Tuesday and was promised a call back, which never came. Finally called on Wednesday and got a call back to say vehicle was ready. Two and a half weeks in the shop and the progress link still showing vehicle arrived??
I highly recommend working with Basel and the rest of BMW of North Haven team for your next car needs. Basel was extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive. He is someone you can count on and trust in this challenging car market.

Since I have mostly driven BMW CPO vehicles during my 10+ years as a BMW owner, I have found them online, from as far away as Ohio and Pennsylvania, but I get them serviced at BMW of North Haven, even though there are options closer to home, because simply put, they are the best! They are the ultimate professionals, friendly and knowledgeable, trustworthy and competent, do their level best to take care of their clients, and are always, always, always customer focused. I had a problem with a recent purchase, and instead of driving it back to NJ for the second attempt to diagnose several issues and concerns with the car, BMW Of North Haven not only brought it in for an evaluation, but coordinated to have a BMW Regional Field Engineer involved, and uncovered the cause of my complaints, in less time than the NJ dealership took to do nothing.I am treated as if I had purchased all six of my BMWs from them... they make me feel like a loyal and valued customer. I got a rental car due to needing a oil change. They called me 40 mins before they closed to say they needed to rental car back and that they was about to put my car through the car wash. I quickly woke up my 18 month old and drove there. When i got there it went smooth but my car didnt even look like it went through the car wash.
Overall an excellent experience purchasing a car. Pierre helped us find a car within our budget at a reasonable price, and was a pleasure to work with. He also talked us through the whole process, and explained the additional wrinkles with buying cars out of state. Would definitely buy from here again.

I am disappointed that as a wholesale customer bringing a vehicle there to have repaired was treated like a retail person. Totally, understand that tech and advisors are there to evaluate vehicles and inform customers of what may be needed. However, I brought this vehicle to BMW because it should have fallen under BMW warranty. In return I was given a quote for a $9000.00 repair. When I asked again, the quote was lowered but still received no notification that BMW was taking care of the repair. After, the third time I gave up. I asked how how much do I owe you for diagnosis. I was charged one hour plus state sales tax even though I am a wholesale customer. I buy my parts from this dealership. Fortunately, I brought this vehicle to another BMW dealership and this time it was repaired under BMW warranty. So we went from a $9000.00 estimate to a zero repair. Needless to say this wasnt BMW at their best.
Great experience working with Basel very experienced salesman who loves the brand and proud of what hes selling. Basel is always courteous and professional when handling our business. I will for sure buy cars with him again and again in the future. Another big shout out to Justin who handles online sales. Justin was very responsive, constantly trying to help you instead of just trying to make a sale. He was straightforward and honest. We were later fortunate to have the opportunity to talk to him in person at the dealership. We knew right away he shared the same enthusiasm towards BMW and the future development of the manufacturer. We did encounter some issues in the beginning but Ben the sales manager quickly intervened and resolved the issue right away before it became anything. His professionalism and sincerity impressed us and he is a problem solver should you encounter any issue there.Not every day is a beautiful day and you would know what I mean if you meet Chandran the general manager, as he proudly announced he was the boss there. We had a discrepancy regarding the trade-in value and I was offered lower than the lowest end of KBB recommended value. He said he could have provided us with better trade-in value for the old car and raised the price of the new car as retaliation but hes not into back and forth games. Wait! you meant you were going to raise the price on the contract we signed two months ago? Of course, soon later after clarification, he said he didnt say that. Sadly the whole experience dealing with him made me feel like I was buying chickens in a market and I had to reality check myself and reconfirm that I was in a BMW dealership.Gladly that was the only downer of the whole car buying experience. After consolidating the deal, Matthew handled our financials, and the contract signing process was pleasant, friendly, and professional. Joseph the BMW genius walked us through all the functions of the new car and he was very knowledgeable and passionate about sharing what our new car can do.This was an overall EXCEPTIONAL car buying experience. Although I am still iffy at the atmosphere of what general manager Chandran created, I highly praise Basel, Justin, Ben, Matthew, Joseph for outperforming their leader. They are the true representations of the luxury car buying experience. This review wouldnt be helpful if I were not honest so I share my experience in detail. I was so thankful for the effort made to track down an oil leak. They had me back twice, gave me a loaner and had my car for three days. They didnt find any leak anywhere, thankfully, and they didnt charge me anything. I am reluctant to say they didnt charge me. So many people these days want something for nothing. But it was great to find that BMW NH was as committed to exceptional service as I am in my business. At BMW, I have seen proof that they are committed to what they do and how they do it, because their reputation for service and commitment to their customers matters more than money.

I came in for an oil change and had an appointment for my Z4. After almost two hours, I ask for the car. The oil change was completed, but the car had not been washed. I was told that my car was staring slow. They said the battery was at 40%. I paid for the unwashed car and was pleased to receive $10 discount. Other than the extremely long wait, things seemed fine.However, the car would not start. Four hundred dollars later, I had a new battery, a clean car, and I drove away. This was a discounted price for the battery! I would have given the service 4 stars because the service rep was attentive (one off for the very long wait). However, when I got home, I received a service report Indicating oil and antifreeze leaks. These were listed with red flags for immediate attention. Why was I not told of these at the dealership? What is the problem?

I purchased a “trade-in” vehicle for my teenage son that we later found out had a faulty part. Our salesman worked with the service representative to arrange for the vehicle to be sent to the car maker’s dealership for the repairs and made sure it was done correctly. I have a 2014 BMW 320i I needed some service on it. Every time I come I get great service with a smile. My car comes back with a great hand wash. It’s a easy process, they give me a loaner BMW until my car is ready. Everyone there has great customer service skills and the service prices are not bad. I will always do business with them. People were great, communication great, but had a vibration problem and they have not fixed it from my perspective. They indicate it is minimal but last year there was no vibration. The did other work on the car, service and a repair....all that was fine.

Went to test drive a 4 series coupe. Was assigned Kevin as my salesperson and was pleasantly surprised at how easy going he was. Didnt try to pressure me into a purchase. I did, however purchase the vehicle that day as they gave me $2000 more for my trade in. Told me the car would be ready for pick up at a certain time and it was. After I took the car home. He sent me a text a week later, to make sure I was happy with my vehicle and said; I could contact w/any questions or concerns that I may have in the future. Will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.

TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE!!! Came into this service center due to someone shattering the window on my BMW i8. I was quoted at about $1200 initially for the repair so I drop my vehicle off for the service. I receive a call from the service advisor saying that the window regulator needs to be replaced and the new total will be $2700. I have him contact my insurance provider and they send an adjuster who sees that they are trying to charge me almost TRIPLE for the parts and labor. I let my service advisor know what the adjuster had told me and he says he will get back to me. The work is completed and the new total is about $2000.I pick up the car and pay the total. I see that on the invoice there is no mention of the window regulator that my advisor said they would need to replace so I’m not sure why he told me it needed to be replaced and what made the cost of the service go up?On top or all of that when I get in my car I see thick grease on my seats and when I open the door I can still hear pieces of glass!(they charged me for several extra hours of labor so that they can “clean” out all the glass)If able I would suggest finding another service center!

Perfect. Ive done services in San Diego BMW and some other BMW dealers but found BMW of North Haven gives me the best price as well as the service is excellent. I guess here everything is cheaper due to lower demands. (too mane rich people in san diego:)) Loaner is nice that they have the 5 for the loaner and is at least somewhat comfortable for me since Im used to 7 or X5.
I arrived a few minutes early and was promptly given a friendly welcoming from Ruis. We discussed the purpose of my visit and was offered a seat in the waiting lounge. I made Ruis aware of the fact that I had another appointments latter that day. This assured me that he would do all he could to get me to my next appointment on time!Ruis not only had my vehicle ready for me with time to spare, but washed inside and out. Thanks, Ruis and the rest of the service staff at BMW of North Haven!

This was by far the worst car buying experience of my life. We were outright lied to about when the car would be ready, lied to about the registration process and treated with rudeness and disrespect by the Finance manager and office staff. We ended upHaving to go to the registry ourselves to return plates that they ordered in error. Our phone message went unanswered. Only now, after seeing several bad reviews, are they reaching out to us. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.
Alison and staff are incredible, I have been buying BMWs at BMW of North Haven for many years and the sales staff, Basel Saad, finance staff and the service staff make it very difficult for me not to buy a BMW moving forward!
