Ready refresh horrible customer service. Never come when scheduled, charge for extra empty pick ups, when service is delayed and turned on there is no auto bill or communication.

I was duked by this company and it hurts. Never will I do business with them again. Buyer BEWARE!!!!!!!

This used to be a good company. Now everything is about a web site and you have waiting on hold for over 1 hour to talk to a person. They must only have 1 person on customer service. They are only interested in collecting your money.

Five stars says it all. Poland Spring has the best web site I have ever encountered. On it you can change delivery date as well as your order amounts and products. The site is beautifully designed and easy to use.

I thought the service was good until I needed to cancel it. My contract had long since expired (years ago) and we were on month to month. They charged me $260 because I wouldnt allow them to remove the plastic water line they installed! Absurd. They nail it into your wall, drill holes in your wall, and then want you to pay to remove the line and have exposed holes? Absolutely not! They then sent me bills for filters etc which were included in the contract. Scam artists. Buy your own cooler at Costco and install it yourself. It will pay for itself within a year. Installation took me 20 minutes and Im not handy. NEVER AGAIN POLAND SPRING!

They are incompetent and never deliver or pick up when they commit

Closed our account without notifying us and will not return phone calls to get reinstated for water delivery. Waited 2 weeks before we could get any answers. Do not waste your time with this company.

Delivery was great untilthe company changed names. Now it SUCKS!

Since Poland Spring changed to Ready Refresh we have received terrible service! They cancel your water delivery if you are late with a bill . They have also changed water deliveries scheduled and we have gone weeks with no drinking water! Horrible customer service ! Never again!
