Worst company ever! Emails take weeks to get reply’s. Orders rarely received when promised. Customer service is nice but not knowledgeable. Website and apps are absolute garbage. Delivery driver is great. It’s not worth the hassle at this point I’m thinking drinking out of the toilet would be a more enjoyable experience than dealing with this joke of a company .

Sad to report that this service company is currently unable to deliver in accordance with their promises. My water delivery has been rescheduled 3 times, and we have been without drinking water for a week. The app is great, and the notifications are convenient, however, water is what I need, and that is what they cannot deliver.

For pass 3 months I had to call and complain about my delivery guy keeps leaving my water in the lobbie I have fine some one to bring it up to Apartment stuck with Empty til they come and get them but they know where to fine my Apartment then..

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Two weeks in a row my water went undelivered. I sent an email with no response and every time I try to call I get an automated message that no one is available. Do not use this company

This company is horrible. Let me preface this by saying I go out of my way to NOT write negative reviews. But this one this one takes the cake. They are liars. They will take more money than they say. I agreed to a price and my first refill come us my bottles are outside waiting to be replaced and somehow my order is canceled! So now we have a bubbler and no water. I called to get it straightened out and the price I agreed to they cannot give me because thats a one time offer even though when I signed up the lady said it was for the life of my active account. As long as I order each month it stays active. The first lady I talked to was super nice and said she would fix it gave me as close as she could get to the price it was within a dollar so I said thats fine its not $20 more! She transfered me to billing to get it locked in because again it is what I was promised and No we cannot do that. It is literally cheaper for me to go buy individual water bottles than to have this service at this point. Exactly what I was trying to escape. We live in the city and the water is heavily chlorinated. This company lost my service as well as those that I had previously told about it as you can bet I will NOT be letting my friends and family be subjected to this utter nonsense. As a company the business practice is not sound. Do not lie to your customers (you literally had multiple life long customers that will not be using your service as we are trying to reduce our footprint not be swindled). Go to the store and buy your water its cheaper. Buy your own bubbler its $100 up front but let me tell you its worth it to not deal with these crooks.

I would give this company one star if I could!Ive given them months to take care of these issues and Ive had it!!!Weve been customers for 4 years. Until we moved into an apartment building, everything was fine. But for the past six months, some incompetent useless driver just drops off the huge 5 gallon jugs in the vestibule of our building. Its a tiny area before you get into the atrium of our building. There are mostly senior citizens who live here who have to try and get by these things.Weve been fined by our condo assoc.After 10 customer service calls and countless emails, we are left with 14 empty jugs in our apartment. I cannot understand how a company the size could have such a terrible customer service and such shoddy drivers. Its pathetic.And what kills me is when youre on hold with them they say how important it is to get the empty bottles back to them!! Its RIDICULOUS!!!Todays their last chance They promised the bottles will be picked up today between 7 AM and 6 PM. And Ive let them know that if theyre not, Im bringing them to the recycling center.

Besides the late and inconsistent deliveries, their billing method changes virtually on a yearly basis making it hard to pay your bills. They are my only service provider that has increased their prices and are completely unwilling to help anyone out who’s suffering financially from the Pandemic.This is the first review I have ever written. I usually don’t waste my time writing bad reviews just because I have such a busy life. HOWEVER I was so utterly disgusted by this company’s customer service I had to share. I called to inquire about lowering my price because I’m suffering financially due to COVID. The women on their customer service line kept me on the phone for 30-40 min trying to give me “discounts” and “work something out” with me but all her ideas and offers would hardly save me money. After going back and forth for almost an hour I decided to just cancel my service which was $70 for 2 jugs of waterBi-monthly! when I started Originally 4 years ago our price was less than half that. So far this is the only company I know that raises their prices during a national Pandemic. Any ways, after cancelling, the nasty customer service lady has the nerve to tell me ok we can schedule the pick up for your dispenser and empty jugs but that will be an extra $50. After just explaining to this women I can’t afford the service and I’m suffering financially, they are going to charge me $50 to pick up my obsolete out dated water cooler. Which I’ve been paying $10 a month for 4 years, $480 when they sell online brand new and much nicer for $200. Anyways so after she tells me about the pick up fee, I schedule for them to pick up my cooler and jugs the following Friday because that’s when I will be done with my last jug of water. Guess when they show up? 8am Wednesday morning. I work until 1am so I didn’t get to bed until 2am and here’s horrible Readyfresh delivery guy banging on my door at 8am 2 days before they are suppose to pick my stuff up. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. DO NOT DECIDE TO USE THIS COMPANY. Not only are they rude and unprofessional they try to intimidate you with extra fees and will go out of their way to bill you for as much as they can should you decide to stop service.

Terrible terrible company. Do your self a favor and just get your own water. They lie and say they made a delivery when they didn’t. Then charge you for the so called delivery. Their customer service is awful. Not worth the headache for water delivery.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE find another water delivery company because this is by far one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Delivery is constantly pushed at least 3-5 days EVERY SINGLE MONTH and customer service is despicable so do yourself the favor and at least try someone else first. It isn’t worth the hassle so definitely find another delivery service.
