Love it here. The girls are so friendly. I got here when the store opened at 10. Some places hate when customers come on time but the girls there aren’t like they. They helped me get what I want and they were super friendly.

They have a huge selection of everything you need. From nail polish to brushes! They even have things that you did not know you needed. Great parking. The store is clean and organized. You can really spend the whole day here! Love the helpful staff. This place is very hip and modern. It can be a bit pricey but arent we all worth it if it makes us feel incredibly beautiful!!! If you are looking for a gift for your girl head over here and talk to the staff for ideas.

Such a great experience. I dont usually wear makeup and so I dont buy it often. The girls working there were very helpful to stay within my budget and make recommendations based on what kind of product I was looking for.

Usually I have an ok experience here, but lately Ive been having problems with coupons. My last attempt involved one I received through the app. I showed it to the cashier and she said I needed to show it through my email. I informed her I got it through the app, not an email. She said the app coupons dont work. Uh what? So Im receiving coupons that dont work? Wont be returning to this one anymore. Ill happily drive to the Milford one, never had any problems accepting my coupons there.

The Female manager is this place is a really nasty lady,Our Company Sends us there to do some work And this lady nasty attitude towards us was Crazy...Or thats how you were trained to deal with people of a different Race and Culture,She profiled Us as soon as we entered the store She didnt even know what we were there for We said good Afternoon to her and she replied in a manner like she wanted to tell us to leave the store When we told her the job we are here to do she seems even more upset about it She ask how is this going to take and told us straight up that someone has to be In the back room at all times and she had no one to do that right now because everyone is busy and we shouldve used the back entrance Then one of the other staff member say Ill do it and she came to the back to open the door,while we were going back and forth true the back entrance doing our job we returned to the back room and the area was blocked off just leaving a little space for us to do what we were doing and the worker was there the whole time and they just kept asking how long you going to take One said he had to go to lunch.The company order New Service to be put in so when we show up to work people like this lady has a problem with us even if the manager didnt know we were coming she couldve contact her head office and find out what is going on and stop disrespecting people,IF EVERYONE SHOWS THE NEXT PERSON LOVE THE WORLD WILL BE A BETTER PLACE...DO TO OTHERS AS YOU WOULD HAVE THEM DO TO YOU.

I had a terrible experience there. Went to Ulta looking for a new foundation and concealer. I asked help to find the better one for my skin. I waited 30 minutes while the staff was talking to each other. No one came to help me or ask if I needed some help. Dont waste your time there, go to Sephora.

I currently live in a state that does not have an Ulta, so I was super excited to go to this store while I was visiting. I had been to this store many times before, but on this visit I noticed that a lot of items were not stocked, beauty products were open, used and not placed in the proper distinction. I was just really disappointed and it took me a while to dig around and find a product I was looking for that wasnt just in the wrong place or open/used. When I went to look for an available employee I saw them huddled in a group and complaining about other people. I honestly just wanted to leave as soon as possible. I really hope that it was just an off day and not a regular culture because this store is so large and has so much to offer customers.

This place is really nice! Staff is friendly and they tell you ways to save money. I highly recommend!

Worst Ulta ever. I walked in and walked around for 10 minutes and no one even talked to me. People just stared at me. Maybe they are racially profiling me because I am not a white teenage girl. I felt like a burden. Never going there again and it was a bad first impression. They didn’t even have the product I was looking for

Cosmetic, health & beauty products for anyone. If you cant find it there, you wont find it anywhere. Such a fun place to visit but be prepared for sensory overload.

My home store since its a mile away from home. Heavy set employee always has a nasty attitude for no apparent reason after i asked her if my coupon was qualified for my order. Other than that i love the products available in store. Only giving store 2 stars because CUSTOMER SERVICE from that employee is very unprofessional.

I visited this location on March 18th and not one sales associate greeted me as I browsed through the Too Faced Cosmetics area. One sales associate was assigned for the Clinique department only. The other sales associate was with a client so I waited patiently while trying on some of the Too Faced cosmetic items until she was done with that customer. She walked past me and asked the woman who was behind me if she needed help. This lady came in the store well after I had been waiting for 10 minutes. I decided to not make a purchase and as I was leaving, the manager was at the front of the store speaking with another sales associate and I turned around and told her of my experience. I had no idea she was the manager. She was polite and I explained to her the situation and asked her is that the way to treat all customers? Or was her associate intimidated to ask me if I needed help for whatever reason? She said passively, no I dont think she was intimidated to ask you. I said well, I have no other idea as to why she avoided to extend her help. Being a platinum member, I would hope that every customer feels welcomed to be in the establishment that they frequent regularly. The Ulta location in Westport is much more welcoming and appealing. Id rather shop there or Sephora.

Costumer service is terrible, I called to make an appointment and no one answered the phone. I went to the store to see if they had any appointments available and the person had already gone home. Not the first time this has happened, no one is ever at the brow bar!!

Great cosmetics but not always fully stocked.

When I first went here the store didnt even look put together. stuff were still not on display. these things should of been done during the restock shift not in the middle of the day.

The manager Bri has an attitude and didnt allow me to come in with my cart which had my son inside. i requested so because my son is a toddler and it would be risky for me to let him walk around. It was in the middle of the day and no one was in the store and i mentioned i would be careful. She let us go for a minute and called us back again and said NO, which was utmost disrespectful. We came to buy things! Ulta needs to take notice of this woman on the loose!

They were not very pleasant in there during Black Friday I went there to buy my wife some gifts.Also they TOLD me some of the sale items were already sold out on TG day...!Also, this was most unfriendly rude store Ive ever been in MISERABLE staff.

I would write about my experience at this store but i wouldnt know what to write because we werent allowed to enter in the store because we had a cart with a child inside. The heavy set lady as someone also mentioned her below, who also was the manager brie, was unfriendly, attitudy and insisted that we cant come in unless we carry the toddler. she was very unaccommodating! Its unfortunate because i was going to spend about $150.. their loss! Someone needs to take notice of this lady!

I go to this ulta and the one in meriden. Theyre both great. What this one doesnt have the meriden one usually does and vice versa.

The old blond manager is so rude. She has no customer serve skills. I am calling the corporate office. She had a problem with my return stuff that I did not like and gave me an attitude about it. I never ever was treated this way by a store manager.

I had a terrible experience - by far the worst experience Ive ever had with a facial. I came in with better skin than I left with.
