They were very quick to bring oil to my house which was very nice after Don attendant that came helped with telling me how to pay bill when I paid bill service attendant there was very nice and helpful as well

This gas is always the lowest priced. Especially the one in New Haven off of exit 8. I always get good mileage on a full tank of gas. Most times I get close to 500 miles on a full tank when I fill up there. Never spending more than $45-$50. Depending on gas prices at the time. The full tank will last about 2-2 1/2 weeks local driving errands and back and forth to work.

I was charged a 52 dollar delivery fee due to them delivering under 100 gallons. I instructed them to call me before the driver came to my house to deliver the oil and had no idea he was here until I saw motion on my cameras. When I called to ask about the delivery fee they would not wave it even tho they did not do as I asked and then proceeded to tell me there is no reason for the driver to call me if there is a credit card involved. I am in the Hvac industry and have never heard anything so irresponsible in my life. It could have been very bad if I was replacing my oil tank and had to run out to get material to finish it and they just filled it because that is what they do. Very bad practice to do in business I do not recommend first fuel to anyone.

I called for a fill up of oil on Monday they told me the price I agreed, they filled up my oil tank the very next day and the price of oil had dropped 10 cents a gallon and they automatically gave me the cheaper price. First Fuel you have a customer for life!!!

Easy in easy out helpful reasonable

We ran out of oil, and when no other company would come same day to deliver more, even with an infant, First Fuel was there by early afternoon. Considering weve never lived in a home with oil heat before, they even took me through the step by step process, and gave me a recommendation for another company (Equally as awesome) to come and re-prime our furnace. We were warm and toasty again by the evening. Their customer service operators on the phone were extremely pleasant, even when I was freaking out, and their prices are in line with the industry standards.Thanks again!

I called on a Monday morning to try and have them deliver oil to my completely empty tank on the same day which I know its not possible because of the short notice, so I made an appt for the next day and they surprised me when they went and did it on that same Monday that I called.
